Great selection and fair price and friendly staff

Went in to purchase some bolts. Im the only one there. A guy asks me what I need. I show him and he says yeah, we have that. Then walks out the door and leaves. Someone else walks in and the other guy starts helping him. Everyone else was too busy hanging a board on the wall. I waited around a few minutes and then walked out. Poor customer service.

Our company is based out of state and we have a crew in Jacksonville installing a system. When the customer wanted unplanned changes to their system we needed additional steel yesterday and Stott Bolt & Supply came through in a HUGE way! I would recommend these guys to anybody went in there to get a custom-made Bolt and a nut they told me to have a good-day merry Christmas good company to go to the bolts and nuts

This place is very busy. Great selection, knowledgeable staff. Give your self extra time, maybe even call ahead. Just picked up my anchor bolts for my new shop.
