I went in Sunglass Hut tonight to exchange my damaged sunglasses for another pair. Thankfully, my boyfriend purchased the protection plan when he bought my sunglasses. He said Chanel suggested he do so (thank you, Chanel!), so that made it super easy to get a new pair. Chanel was there tonight - she was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the sunglasses. I hope to see her in there again for my next purchase!

Worst experience ever!! Lady told me her name and asked if I needed help, but when I did she disappeared to the back for almost an hour!!! Stop hiring these young girls who don’t want to be there!!! I forgot her name but she was young and thin with very dark hair. So disappointed and I’ll just go to Wilmington next time I want some sunglasses.

I didnt appreciate having to put on a mask and the employees (3) not getting out of the way so you could see the product.

No service at all. I also spend like 5 minutes in the store and not even a greeting and both employees were talking with no attention to the customers. I was looking for a Oakley sunglass but with no service I wont buy.

AWFUL service, went this morning and expend maybe around 5 minutes by myself and the woman working there just talking on her phone, ZERO attention at all; and thats twice this month...
