Tiffany has been my favorite jewelry for almost 2 decades now. I’ve collected different designs and love all of them. This particular store has good ambiance and their Staffs are friendly and pleasant. I have a regular sales person that always help me with my purchase lately (Ron), he’s very helpful especially when I brought my friend that purchase her ring 😊❤️

I got an online appointment because of covid and was at the store on time. Shopping was a pleasure as always and the associate was very helpful regarding my purchases. They have some limitations like cleaning jewelry and perfume purchase, etc. because of covid but I was glad they were extra cautious!

Most upscale, personal, yet professional experience with JonQuail D. She remained in contact with me until my ring came into the store. And whenever I was on site, she would happily assist me and have another associate to complete my sale. My wife and I stopped in to have a necklace of hers repaired, and I just started looking around for gifts, since Valentine’s Day is near.Josh was excellent in helping us with the repair as well as showing us some items we were interested in. Rebecca assisted us as well towards the end of our purchase decisions.I mentioned we would be back soon to Josh, since my wife’s birthday is in May. He brings us two glasses of champagne on a serving tray and says “happy early birthday”.Phenomenal customer service and presentation. Looking forward to more champagne in May when we return for a birthday purchase.

Shopped here a few times and staff is always very nice. I love all of my Tiffany jewelry. Have also purchased lower priced gifts like a vase and a silver bookmark.

I personally love Tiffany and they are my go to jewelry brand but my bracelet broke from them about a month ago and I turned it in to get repaired and then after I picked it up and starting wearing it.. a week later it broke again.. I feel like their quality should be a little higher than that. I do not do anything adventurous with the bracelet on it just continually breaks. I am still a fan of the brand, maybe it is just bad luck.

Courtney recently resolved a 3 year issue I had with Tiffany. After dealing with half a dozen company reps, corporate, and the headquarters in New York I was left extremely disappointed about the quality of an item, lack of warranty and services. Courtney went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I’ve spent over $1000 with Tiffany over the years and intend to spend at least $20,000 more on an engagement ring and now i feel confident making those investments and am beyond impressed with Courtney’s approach to business, management, and customer service.

Nice jewelry but of course very expensive

I could not have had a better experience here shopping for an engagement ring and, after my fiance said yes, for our wedding bands as well. Rebecca deserves a medal for being the most friendly, helpful, and pleasant sales associate I interacted with across any store at the town center. She showed genuine interest in making sure I picked the right engagement ring for my fiance and she put in extra effort to facilitate my fiances custom wedding band arriving on time for our big day. I appreciate this so much. This store set me up with stunning rings and did so in a way that created an overall wonderful experience that was absolutely night and day different from everywhere else I looked. Strongly recommend 5/5 stars.

Great service when I wanted to exchange my gift for a longer necklace & invited me to return for free cleaning my purchases. I also love my wine glasses & getting wine glasses as a bridal gift that will impress forever 🍷🍷

I needed a repair on a Tiffany bracelet my husband had given me years ago. Josh was wonderful in getting it done quickly and my bracelet came back looking like new. Im very pleased with the quick and quality service I received.

Clean, well organized store with very helpful staff. A lot of windows shoppers come and go, but if you do your part to making sure you stand out as a buyer, the sales professionals have pretty good intuition to identify and offer real assistance.

My boyfriend bought me a pair of Tiffany sunglasses for almost $400. Ive had them for one year. During this time I have taken extremely good care of those sunglasses, I kept them clean, would put them straight into the case upon taking them off and some how I got a scratch on one of the lenses. I went to my local Tiffany & Co. Store to have them sent in for repair. When I called to check the status, Anthony in customer service told me that they would not be able to repair them. He didnt even offer a solution to my issue, no offer of any discount for future purchase, nothing. He stated that I could take them to another eyeglasses company and they could repair them for me. I am so disappointed with this company. I cant believe that my boyfriend could spend that kind of money at a company with the kind of standard they like to hold themselves to, only to receive such piss poor customer service. I thought Tiffany &Co.was better than this. Extremely dissatisfied.

Went here with my husband & I was completely oblivious to how we were treated but my husband was not shopping and he was of course just looking around. The security guards and the woman who “helped” us were following us around and pointing to keep their eyes on us as we walked around the store but we were clearly Going through the process of buying a necklace. I’m disgusted I didn’t even realize this and I’m glad my husband witnessed the mockery that we experienced. I know we were judged by the color of our skin and it’s so disgusting.

I always love coming to this Tiffany & Co. They have a wide selection of the jewelry they advertise online and in all sizes. Ms.Karie has helped us a couple of times with purchases and she is an absolute GEM. Simply amazing customer service and just overall very welcoming to anyone coming in to the store!

I just stopped in to buy a silver ball that was lost from my key chain. Brock the sales person was the best. Her professionalism is unsurpassed. I ended up spending $700 and enjoyed every moment. Thank you Brock

Husband and I went in on our anniversary and made our very first purchase from Tiffany & Co. We chatted with our saleswoman and learned it was also her anniversary. She went above and beyond to make it an anniversary we would never forget!! The service of all the staff was amazing and I will definitely reccomend going in and checking them out!!

Fabulous, friendly service

I would be weary of the watches from Tiffany and specifically this location. I purchased one for a family member and within a month it stopped working. If you do some further research it seems that quality has been a bigger and bigger issue recently. Just be aware that youre buying the name and that at least in my case the product was inferior.

The GF loves when she gets gifts from here so it works.

Very poor quality and no customer service. Will never buy Tiffany again and would never recommend. They don’t stand behind their products and the managers have zero say in correcting customer and product concerns.

Although beautiful pieces quality is not good. If you actually wear the rings they wear through, break, fall apart. Been a customer for 30 years and just had the bow ring break. Usually fixed for a price but shouldnt break if worn daily.
