After purchasing a table set and 4 chairs we werent contacted for over a month about our chairs. When we finally reached out to them they said they just arrived that day. I dont mind mistakes, they happen, but dont lie to me, that tells me something about your businesses integrity. After that debacle I scheduled a delivery date and time. The chairs didnt show up by the latest delivery time. I finally got in my truck and just went up there. They then told me that they were having driver call in issues and everything was behind. Thats fine, you need to call me when that happens, this does not help my trust either. I grab my chairs and as I am loading them up I notice a screw in one of them that has been drilled through the leg of the chair and out the other side. This is the least of my issues but its one more screw in the coffin. I wont be using them again.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales person and good selection of items. Place to go if traveling all over is not wanted and what you want are basic items.

Good experience, they didnt pester you, but offered help if you needed it.

It has large variety of furniture but I found dead roaches in the store.

I bought the most expensive king mattress from the store manager that the store carried. Everything was okay until time for delivery and then it was a barrage of you said/I said and he became rude, sarcastic, and got an attitude. If you buy from this place get EVERYTHING in writing before delivery. I wont be back to this store although Im not ruling out online purchases.
