Leather Ave allows you to choose anything from Palliser, which is a company in Canada that completely builds there, NOT CHINA! You simply pick your style and then choose your leather type or fabric and color. Wait a couple months and it’s delivered to you. I had Palliser previously for years, you have to try really really hard to destroy it! Sherry at the store helped me choose the right leather because I have a very hyper indoor dog with some mean claws. I’m not in the least bit concerned about him hurting my beautiful furniture. Clint was very helpful in assisting us to chose the perfect furniture for our home. The staff was very friendly. The furniture is so well made and solid, it will serve us well for many years to come. Clint also went above and beyond the call of service when he personally delivered the batteries and transformer for our furniture to our home the same day as delivery. A shout out to Modern Movers who delivered our furniture; they were wonderful and payed close attention to details in setting up and being careful. Were looking all over for a sofa and lounge chair for our upstairs game room. Couldnt find anything we liked, then saw Leather Ave out the corner of our eyes after lunch nearby. We didnt think we could buy a leather sofa because of our dog. But after seeing what they had, and being directed to a sectional on sale that was a darker (which we wanted), more scratch resistant leather (which we needed), we gave it a chance. We got an excellent deal on a sectional sofa (so didnt need an additional chair), and it has worked out wonderfully! Weve had it now for two months, and its fantastic! Excellent customer service. Three years after we purchased five pieces of leather furniture, there was some color loss. I checked the manufacturers website and there is no warrantee on color loss. I called Clint just to let him know the product did not perform as expected. The next week he had a professional leather restorer (Coastal Color) out and the color is like new. Clint and leather Ave. did more than we would have expected from any company. We highly recommend them and will purchase from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!Bought a sectional and store owners wife ran the financing for the wrong amount. I caught it and she said she would cancel that amount from the system. She ran the new amount which I signed.Receive first credit card statement and she ran both amounts through the system. Amount is in dispute with the credit card company.

Great people! FYI to negative reviewers, furniture leather is tanned differently than automotive leather, and as such should not be cleaned or conditioned with products designed for cars!

A leather sofa purchased at your store on Philips Highway, four years later leather has peeled off on arm-rest and on the front of a sofa cushion, in addition, back pillows have collapsed. Only two adults in the house. Store alleges that claims are not covered by warranty.
