I went to get milk, yall didnt have any, so I went to get sugar no didnt have any, made me mad so I put the stuff I had in my cart back and left

I was in the store yesterday and you can hear live rats in the roof SCREECHING for their lives either caught in traps or something. It wreaks of rat urine and feces!!!!!!!!! The roof lining is falling down and theres water on the floors!

The staff are very friendly and welcome you inside the store like they have known you for years. They will help you with anything that you need and help you find whatever you need. Also if you dont have exactly what you are looking for they will help you find something similar and nine times out of 10 you end up purchasing something you didnt even think of

Very convenient with a good selection of items..

Store is pretty new and was pretty messy. Items and paper, etc on floor. The wine needed to be restocked. A lady stocking the cold items was blocking the walkway and didnt move or even offer to when I approached, had to walk around the isle to get on the other side of her. HOWEVER, the lovely mom to be at the register was super pleasant and helpful when we were checking out. Very disappointed in the conditions.

I love this store. Its perfectly located in the neighborhood, without having to jump on major thoroughfares. The staff has always, and continues to be, courteous and helpful. Thanks

Ive worked with this company for less than a year the lack of respect digna the District manger have made me just quite to say that i am crazy for telling my team member to work on the truck an recover as they go an stop an just recover at 6 an then,there,is joe a guy that hates blacks was willing to say that I had a gun threatening him when I have never owned or he a gunIf this is a company you want to work for I wouldnt recommend working under digna she give whomever she wants to a raise an not those that deserve it while still over looking her best employees

I walk into this location Saturday at 12:27pm and asked the Tattooed Manager about the price of Energy drink the Monster kind. The price on the display said all 16 to 15 ounces was $2.00 and in another location it said $2.25 so I proceeded to ask him and rolled his eyes like a girl and caught temper tantrum saying its $2.25 and Im going take sign down and rushed very aggressively down the aisle! First of all, he done tried the wrong one! If you dont like your job or customer take yourself somewhere else! Im looking hard and Im gonna find put who is over this store and its gonna be hell to pay!! I will never return there in my life!

Typical Family Dollar Store. Well stocked with items from A to Z. Staff changes quite frequently. Good for last minute items or when you do not want to go into a large store for one or two items.

Really dirty, but the employee was really nice, and professional. There were boxes stacked everywhere, nothing had order. The doorway to the bathrooms had trash and containers piling up and thrown back there. The ladys room was covered in soiled toilet paper, pads, tampons, and even a pregnancy test placed on top of a overflowing trash can located right next to a very dirty toilet. I actually felt very sorry for the pregnant woman working there.

They NEVER answer the phone, which is really important for those of us with pins and rods in our knees, legs, and ankles from being shot when in service in Iran. They refuse to acknowledge there are two kinds of customers: walk-in AND phone customers! During hurracaine Irma, it was easier for me to call rather than task my legs to just find out if they had water, but no one answered the phone for an hour of my calling, so I was forced to go to the store, which only had two cars in the parking lot and inside no one was at the counter and one employee was stocking shelves who could be answering the phone when it rings! I asked the manager why no one ever answers the phone and she, defensively, snarled, you should have seen it two minutes ago. When I challenged her by saying, I wasnt born yesterday, she angrily kicked me out of the store to wit I called her a B and she called me an AH. The manager has poor managerial skills when she doesnt answer the phone during hurracaine preparations or, at least, allow her stockers to stop long enough to answer the phone to handle their phone customers. I realize part of the problem is most employees of Family Dollar come from a pool of undereducated populace, but whatever happened to the adage, The customer is always right?
