City of Jacksonville should be ashamed of themselves. This is the only decent store for miles from the center of downtown, and they blindingly dont control the bums and vagrants around the city. Since this store is the only decent place to go get what you need in a hurry, thats where these vagrants go. Kudos to the staff that put up with this and to anyone involved with this store. Minus a star because of the City Of Jacksonville ignoring this area.

This would be a nice convenience store if they would control the beggers outside and inside. Its not stop. Also, the employees are definitely not the best for customer service. Plus you need to count your money after certain cashiers give your change, it may not be the correct change.

This is only the Second time Ive walked into this gas station and handed the woman at the front desk money. Every time she takes 20 or so cents from my money. Pretty sure when it involves the sale of gasoline its a felony? Correct? Either way, terrible gas station. She needs to be fired.

What you expect. Self service gas pumps with windshield washing equipment etc. Travel convenience store with a wide variety of products. Clean rest rooms. Easy fast in and out. This store is very nicely placed downtown. Limited parking, easy to see, find.

I visit this 7-eleven location every once in a while and usually get great customer service, but not today! The two cashiers were working very slow and were also very rude. The female cashier had the nerve to ask me to remove my earphones after I called her out on her adding a coffee refill charge on my bill. The cashier next her then made this statement Its too early in the morning for this., but he shut up real quick when I asked him who was his manager? This store is also getting more dangerous too.

I go here alot. Probably too much. The only positive thing I can say is that they usually have a good selection of donuts. Also, the coffee is ok. Ditto what others said about the homeless asking for change. It is what it is, although lately they seem more aggressive. As long as you keep walking fast, and give them a firm no youll be ok. I think lately theyve either given up on the breakfast food behind the counter or I get there too late. The one eastern European lady manager is nice, as well as the workers (although some can be a bit gruff); but its to be expected for what they deal with. That being said, Im thankful for it, because it serves its purpose when youre rushing out the door to get to work and you didnt have time to make breakfast. My suggestion to management: hire an on-site cop, and keep the store better stocked.

Convient location with a good variety of refreshments and I love the pizza. However there is a huge problem with homeless people loitering and panhandling in the parking lot which has caused me to stop going. Working at a convenient store myself, I know theres only so much employees can do. Perhaps people need to stop giving their money to these bums. Thats why it continues to be a problem. Employees have plenty of issues that they have to deal with already without their situation being made unnecessarily worse.

Not only is the store a home for the homeless to hang out but the hot food served is not safe. I have never got sick when eating a hot dog but I did last night. This store needs on sight security 24/7.

I dont go here unless I absolutely have to. You cant even go here without being harassed for change and/or cigarettes. The Opera music doesnt help any. I will say this; I will go here before I step foot in the Shell gas station across the street.

Open 24 hrs and I go for cash back for laundry. GREAT customer service! My only complaint is I normally have to go up the the store armed, be it downtown Jacksonville, and there are way too many ppl that are either homeless and asking for a handout or just ask for change when u come walking out of the door. There are a few that will offer to pump ur gas in exchange, but regardless, id like to be able to go up there even one time and not be hassled by some vagrant.

If you look at the map of Jacksonville, this is clearly the most important 7-11 in America, as it has an entire city centered on it. All of the road converge on this chips-and-soda stop. So for that alone, 5 stars.

Id give this plave negative stars if there was a way to do that. Every single time I have to go to this location, I get hounded relentlessly for spare cash from panhandlers or I get harassed by random strangers trying to sell me cologne or their personal mixtape, etc. To say this place is a mess would be an understatement. They dont want to invest in security, so their only countermeasure against the constant influx of panhandlers is to blare opera music 24/7.They sell Arizona drinks for like $2, which youre not supposed to do by the way. They put a $1.79 sticker right over where it says 99c.Dont ever go to this location.

Review №28

Dont like this location. Havent been there for months but I used to go all the time. I guess I get tired of dope dealers hanging outside and panhandlers hitting you up for money EVERY TIME you walk inside. And homeless men wholl walk their wheel chair there then sit in it to make people think they are lame or crippled and try to get money or you to buy them food. Do people even notice that? Well anyway, this is their favorite spot. The service is Ok except for one girl and I cant figure out her ethnicity but she has dark hair and wears glasses. She was very rude to me the last time and has a snobby attitude which I dont care for so I never go because of her. And because of all the panhandlers. So i usually go to the other one off of forsyth. Maybe this location should have 24 hour police patrol or something?

Had someone asking for money 4/5 times Ive been here, but honestly I have no reason to come in here. I usually just come it to buy a soda or something before I go to where I came downtown for but everything seems more expensive than you can expect at Gate or somewhere. Even Arizona tea cost more than a $1. Damn.I guess they have a wider selection of food that Ill never try, and Ill probably end up here again as the Shell station across the street scares me.
