First time to visit a Kum & Go in the state of Arkansas, very impressed, great selections, clean restrooms and shopping are.

Very sizeable convienience store. Very clean and still actually looks almost new. They do have a very large selection of grab and go food . Clean parking lot and all the gas pumps are operational. U give them about a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Deli workers were rude. I asked if they were going to be making anymore of the Turkey Provolone sandwiches, and she told me no and rolled her eyes. Where was the need for the attitude?

Ive never seen a 5 star gas station until today. I didnt think Id ever walk into a gas station bathroom and think, man this smells great. It looked clean enough to eat off the floor in there. And I probably could have created more drinks than I could at a Sonic. Im pretty sure I glimpsed the future today, and idk if Ill ever be the same.

Clean store but employees are not nice. Employees enjoy standing around and talking to one another instead of turning on the gas pump. Then they act rude when you have to go back inside to ask them to turn on the gas pump.

I tried calling Kum &GO! at 12:23. for 5 minutes no one picked up. If Kum& GO is a 24-hour service. How is it that you can get no one to pick up the telephone. Just to ask for Benadryl poor service. answer your phone.

Rudest employees ever. Some people forget that the customer is how you make money; they act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. Also, don’t even think about forgetting your mask: the girl working 8/29 at 11:00am started shouting threats as I immediately came through the door. How difficult is it to politely remind someone that they don’t have on a mask? It’s no wonder these people are being replaced by kiosks.

I witnessed a Kum & Go employee rudely holler You need a mask!!! at an older man that was entering the store. Her tone was inappropriate and rude. It would be much more customer friendly to just say in a quieter tone Sir, masks are required to be worn by customers now.

Closed down bathroom so I couldn’t use it tonight.

Kum&Gos have consistently been one of my favorite gas stations to go to.This one is no exception. Not the best prices on gas. But phenomenal selection and prices of drinks and snacks

Employees always seem friendly

I like this service station, there’s usually a police presence to keep away the vagrants & foolishness down & I’m able to come & get my gas without being bothered. I also like the layout it’s different from other Kum & Go’s & I usually get me a tasty drink too from the machines before I leave.

Worst dam service ever never got served just looked over and over again even by the manager Cassie multiple times! made I contact and turned and helped another customer repeatedly here for 17 min thank you

Our favorite gas station/ reststop to stop at when on our way to MO. Its always clean, stocked with our favorites and the staff is very friendly. They also usually have the cheaper of the three gas prices from the three gas stations at that corner.

Great station, I had an issue called to get it resolved and a young man that said he was a manager named chris was very rude needs to learn customer service

Scam if using credit card. They will charge you $125 for 48 hrs even if you get $20 gas. Go somewhere else
