Wonderful selection of European groceries and goodies. Found the German bread we were looking for. Loved the Bible verses other walls too.

I would have been glad to leave more stars and/or good review, if I was able to actually enter the store and shop there. Something as basic as making sure your store hours are posted correct online. I came there all the way across the town just to find out the store is closed on Sundays. Just a little respect to your customers...

Good store but some items are way more expensive than other European grocery stores. I do like their variety on certain items. The bakery section is nice with fresh sweets, coffee was okay.

We are new in here from other state and my wife is Mongolian. She always asking me Russian market. She is now soo happy. Thank you guys a lot

Love this place. I’m russian and it’s not easy getting real russian food and snacks. This place had all the things I love. There’s frozen food to cook at home, fresh food, snacks and drinks, deli and bakery items:)

Extremely clean! Friendly service. They have a wide variety of products from sweet to meat. The latte was perfect!!

Limited variety and higher prices than other Russian stores in the area. The workers still dont wear masks a year into the pandemic and insist on coming up close to you when speaking...Complete disregard for customer safety.

Great selection of worldwide food products. Their coffee is great and the homemade cakes and pastries that you can buy with the coffee. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful. Definitely stop by if you are looking for some authentic groceries, or delicious chocolates.

Charming little coffee shop/ European treat store. We enjoyed relaxing with family and had sunflower seeds, coffee, and sweet caramels. They have frozen treats, chilled dairy products, dry goods and candy. There is room for about 6 customers to sit and enjoy an afternoon coffee. Cozy!

We asked Natasha, the woman who works there to put a mask on because the pandemy, but she got very offensive. If she cant talk to customers she should not work there

Cozy place to have good coffee. Has good varieties of Russian delicacies.

If I had chance I would have given 4,5 stars due to prices being slightly higher compared to another European store which is significantly closer. Overall it is a very nice and cozy place, the sign was a bit challenging to notice though. However when you walk inside you see cozy coffee lounge area, everything is neat and tidy. Havent tried their coffee yet but we shall on our next visit. I wont be a regular most likely due to distance proximity but its a definitely place to check out if you are familiar with Eastern European cuisine and delicacies.

Good place to sit down and drink some beverage

Locked my keys in my car by accident while inside getting coffee. I ran back in to ask for a hanger because the window was cracked a little. A man who works there (possibly owner I’m not sure) came out and was able to shimmy his arm in the cracked window and unlock my car!! Saved me a lot of money on a locksmith! Plus the espresso there is delicious! If I could give 100 stars I would. Great wonderful people!!

Good Store. After 35 years finally I found birch juice in Gastronome. Also they have many of different European food. Great Job Owner.

Great cappuccino at this up and coming Cafe and European grocery store. Large selection of Lithuanian bread. Staff speaks Russian and English as well.

The best coffee shop in Jacksonville, it have alot of products you want to eat or to buy home, great coffee, nice staff of beautiful Girls, the prices are great not like starbucks, and the taste of coffee are amazing..I like the music and bible words in the wall..nice to sit on labtop, read or study,I dont know the owners, i want to thank them and encourage them to open more sites, everything is perfect for me and i have never seen any coffeeshop like it in all America.

Prices are way high. But gladly now there is where to choose from.

I really had a bad experience in this store... Product I bought was way too old and rotten but when I back to return I was told they do not accept anything back and I have to change it for something else. The owner was fight to me like it was not at all rotten. I will never return to this store again.

Yesterday I bought expired goods. (one cottage cheese overdue for 3 weeks, another for several days). I called the store, they said that I probably bought it in another store, that they have everything fresh. Generally interesting store position, nothing that I have a check for this purchase?
