Came to this location because I was on that side of town and all 4 of my drinks are messed up. My caramel macchiato taste like water. The caramel frap taste like straight up caramel (sugar in a cup) and something was off about my wife’s refresher. Only saving grace was the cashier who gave great customer service.

Awesome staff. I came to this location 2 days in a row & on the 2nd day of ever going here, they literally finished saying back my order before i did. She knew exactly who i was & what i was gonna order (down to the cup of ice & extra strawberries) they are super sweet & fast. I will go out of my way to be a return customer @ this location.

I like getting this before school in the morning Starbucks is always good especially when you have the gift card

Standard Starbucks with great service. Met a friend here. Had the barista explain the cold coffee and she did a great job.Coffee was great as usual at Starbucks. They are certainly consistent.This store is at the corner of Philips Highway and JTB. Went in a Sunday afternoon. Parking was easy probably due to the time of day. They do have a drive thru.

What can be said, BEST COFFEE DRINKS!

They made me an old drink menu item, Apple Caramel Spice. It was perfect. I also got a sausage and cheese English muffin and asked them to not put the egg. They were thoughtful enough to ask if I had an egg allergy. I dont, but I always appreciate it when someone in the service industry cares enough to ask.

Not a big fan of Starbucks coffee but their chai tea latte is very good.

Got there right before they closed at 9pm. Fresh brewed coffee and service with a smile! Limited amount of tables are now open for indoor seating but since they were closing we sat outside and enjoyed our coffees.

Great coffee place. Drive thru in the mornings is very busy so be patient. You can access the drive thru from two directions so it gets a bit confusing at times

Love this location and their southwest veggie wraps for breakfast! Those things will fill you up for an entire morning! Also, the workers are very informative and knowledgeable about all of the products, which helps when trying anything new from Starbucks. Give this place your time and money- its worth it!

My first order ahead experience. Went very smooth. The staff is always friendly and my drink was ready on time.

Not every drive thru experience is equal, and it most certainly isnt equal when you drive thru at 5:45am fumbling through half sleepy eyes to order a pick me up coffee. I have had two great experiences at this location and thankfully they are one of the few Starbucks that is on my way to work and is open early enough before I go to work. Ive gotten personality and friendly faces, and Im not even a morning person, but I appreciate the extra friendliness especially during this weird time of Covid. Masks can cover a smile, but they show a friendly face.

I have been consistently pleased with the Starbucks response to the covid-19 pandemic. Taking care of both customers and employees.I drive a 13 ft tall truck that will not fit in the driveway and they have made exceptions for me to be able to get my drink and I am more than happy to make sure to wear a mask around them to reciprocate their kindness

Its always packed, but its the more slower Starbucks in the area. So plan to wait atleast 10 min in drive thru in the am hrs.

Consistent as usual. The service here was extraordinarily friendly. Everyone seemed to love working here and serving our drinks. It was a very personal experience. Our food items came out relatively quickly too so we could get back onto the road. I didnt use the drive thru window but hearing the guy who took their orders, he sounded so welcoming and friendly to each guest.

Well, it is a Starbucks that has a great location on the riverfront, and a brand new facility.

What can I really say? Its Starbucks! I loooooove it! Its clean and the staff cares about the quality of the product they make and send out the door. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you just cant really go wrong.

Trisha is amazing! Remembers the frequent customers and always has a smile on her face no matter how slammed they are. She is one of the reasons I switched from DD.

This particular Starbucks is often INSANE with the parking situation and how busy it gets but the staff is always so pleasant and relatively fast given the high volume they push through. I think because of that volume theyre out of stock in things more often than most Starbucks are but the staff really does their best to make it up to customers when that happens. I visit here about 3-4 times a week and have always had fantastic customer service!

The morning crew is always on top of things! I use mobile order, and Josh always has it ready and waiting for me -- and with a smile, too! Theyre so friendly, enjoyable stop on the way to work, for sure! Thanks to everyone!

The person who rang up my beverage was great. The person she asked for assistance from was a witch. Totally uncooperative and unhelpful. Ive probably been at this Starbucks two or three dozen times on my travels. They always want to make it difficult to get a simple pour over. Ill give this a better rating in the future when better employees are more helpful. Maybe.

I must say, as busy as this Starbucks this location has been on of my favorites! Josh (manager) is fantastic and one of my favorite employees is Kyle! With my day starting off terrible this morning, Kyles customer service was excellent and he was able to turn it around for me, without even knowing it. He was just his self with his customer service. I go to Starbucks quite a bit but both times Ive had that leaking cup issue, along with the coffee tasting old the first time and the second time it tasted like burnt plastic (had to throw it away). Im not really sure whats going on with this particular location but Ive always had a pleasant experience at other locations.

Had no idea what the drive through person was doing handing the drink out seated in a mug to prevent corona. I grabbed that instead of the drink.

Typically I visit a lot of Starbucks all over the place and normally this place is one of my go-to especially since I live so close. But tonight they really ticked me off. I understand everybody wants to go home as soon as the place closes down but it does not make sense to shut down coffee 15 minutes prior to closing. Youre a coffee shop!! They really should not be cleaning up everything until theyre closed and serving their customers as should be with any establishment.

As a fellow partner, when visiting different stores I have high expectations. While the baristas were friendly, I wasn’t given the North Star experience I was anticipating. The store manager, Josh, happened to be the one handcrafting my beverage. While patiently waiting, I did not feel acknowledged. It’s important that we as partners create the best customer connection and deliver the North Star experience. And with that being said, I’m writing this in hopes of encouraging all partners to make those connections!

Visited this Starbucks on our last trip to Jacksonville. Customer service was great and the Mocha frappe was awesome!!! Like most Starbucks this location was neat and clean to include the bathrooms. The cake pops still blow my mind everytime...

I love my Veranda Dark with my espresso shot with honey added. I am hooked on that one ever since I tried it the first time. I also love their cranberry bliss during the winter when they have it in stock.

The quality of people that work there is great.....they always make eye contact and tell you to have a nice day even with your mobile orders ....now it’s a busy Starbucks in the morning so parking is horrible and the early morning coffee getters are straight up scary....I was stuck trying to take a left out of parking lot being blocked in (I parked in front of dumpster in the Starbucks only parking) and the morning people didn’t care I was trying to get out....the people there are great! FYI I’m a green tea getter at Starbucks

I understand a hurricane is coming and precautions have to be taken for employees, but if you are going to close your store early - at least put a note on your drive through screen. Your screen is on, all lit up - as if you are open. Had to drive to the window to see a note that youre closed. Every other business in this area is open, except trendsetting Starbucks.

Expensive for a cup of coffee. Whatever. And they still require masks.😑

This is as good as any other Starbucks, so my issue is with Starbucks in general. Lousy seating choices for confidential talks, no fountain drinks, poor food choices, etc. I will go to Panera next time.

Literally come to this Starbucks 5 times a week.... I always get the same thing. Half the time the get it right... asked for no whip cream, like I always do, I get whip cream and literally had the amount of drink. I went to open my cup and was shocked that like, three inches from the top was empty and I have this little dollop of whip cream. Lol. I specially ask for no whip cream because they short me when they do put whip cream. Always dissatisfied

I love this location. I work at Autobahn nearby, and they are always fast and never mess up, even when I have multiple orders. When I go to the drive through, Matt always has a smile on his face, and is very polite. They work efficiently here even with the high traffic from JTB.

Wonderful customer service

I go here almost everyday because its right across from my work. Love the staff always so nice to me. Until today Bailey happened she was rude and then smart mouth me and when I told someone he parked in the spot that has in big letters no parking he said thats why he parked there she laughed and agreed with him. I work in customer service and she was rude and wrong.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to in relation to the quality of employees that work there. Holly is one of the best and will greet you by name on a regular basis. I would recommend driving out of your way to visit this location.

The only negative is that, in a room full of multi seat tables and chairs, not a single place to sit because 1 person is sitting at every table with their computer or tablet. Even the long community table is hogged by a spread of papers and highlighters.Ridiculous... Even worse that only one person actually had a Starbucks cup in front of them.Service was done and the coffee too, but I cant enjoy my experience standing up with my lunch in hand. There has to be a better model.

Having just moved here from California but grew up in the Seattle area, I was skeptical that the Starbucks here was going to be as lackluster as the stores in San Diego, I was pleasantly surprised that this location does coffee the way I like it. They are friendly and a happy staff, I am happy to go here in the morning even before my coffee. Blonde roast Americanos are my absolute favorite and recommended for those that think Starbucks is too bold or burnt tasting. You wont regret it.
