I’m not really sure how anyone can write a bad review of this placeI bought some docs a while back and since then i’ve been in just to shop around and the employees are always really helpful. Hails (not sure if I’m spelling that right) and Bree are always the best. Love this store

I never leave reviews but I was so happy with the costumer service that I decided to leave one. I went on the first of this month and the girls where very helpful and extremely nice. I wish I could’ve gotten their names so they could get credit for their hard work. Overall great experience!

I come into the mall multiple times a week. I use the same entrance everytime I come in just so I can stop in Journeys and hang out with the staff. They are entertaining as hell and it keeps me coming back to buy shoes from them. Won’t buy from any other place in the mall 🤷🏻‍♂️ Experiences matter 😁

If you’ve ever stepped foot into this store the employees have 100% talked badly about you or made fun of you. There is so much drama between employees that you’d think the store was run by a clique of middle schoolers. The company does not value their employees nor their customers and places sales quotas above everything else. Teamwork is nonexistent here and everybody is left to fend for themselves. Their version of firing you is removing you from the schedule for weeks, lying about the fact that it’s due to a “slower season” when questioned about it, and then removing you from the work group chat. Management is a joke and needs serious change. It is a horrible place to work with a hostile, negative, and greedy environment.

Employees are hilarious and incredibly helpful, all the socks are super cool

My first time in a journeys in awhile but I had a awesome experience. Although I don’t remember her name, she had blonde hair and tattoos. She was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely come back here!

The manager and other employees are very disrespectful to one another. While shopping I over heard the manager talking about one of her employees. Very unprofessional! Based off the other reviews this seems to be and on going problem. A very negative work environment! Also watch out for the their sock scams. They ring a pair of socks up without your knowledge or approval !

I bought a pair of shoes and a hat. The very next day I returned the hat but was unable to find the tags which was my fault. I had a receipt and the young man who sold them to me was standing right next to the manager as she was extremely rude to me about it. The best she could do was store credit, which was fine. What was not ok was her attitude about the whole thing. She literally acted like I was a thief. Needless to say I will forever walk past journeys and continue on to better places to spend my hard earned money.

I was 4 minutes late to an interview, and the manager smiled while saying, “I can’t do it anymore.”Never been to the journeys before and never will again. Glad I didn’t get interviewed because I wouldn’t want to put up with that attitude anyway.I’ll take my 8+ years of C.S.R. experience and Business degree where human error and empathy exists.

My granddaughter is purchasing shoes for her younger brother.

The woman helping me was an angel, she was friendly and fast in bringing out what I asked for. She even brought out different styles of shoes she thought I would like. Highly recommend this place!

The manager and employees (all female) are very abrasive and borderline argumentative when just “greeting” customers. If I come in to look at/potentially buy shoes, how/why should I give my full attention to a salesperson? The girl became defensive when I didn’t answer her question to her preference, like she wasn’t satisfied with my answer..very strange. I purposely avoid this store and go to the other journeys in front of J.C. Penney where I’m not harassed by shoe employees.

My husband went into a store here in Jacksonville,NC ordered 2 pair of shoes and bought a pair of socks. They never gave my husbands the socks and refuse to give us a refund or the socks. I have been emailing customer service since June! No one will give me an answer all they keep sending me is someone will contact you in 1-2 business days. Each time I contact them!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I only gave 1 star because it requires it.
