Good customer service. Great atmosphere

They always have what Im looking for

The employees were not very friendly. Two ladies were standing up front when we walked in and they didn’t speak. They continued their conversation and when I asked for something to size my sons foot she stated they don’t do that. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. They didn’t have his size and she didn’t really give any options. We ended up going to Hibbett Sports where the employees there were super nice. They measured my sons foot and even though they didn’t have his size they offered to order them and have them shipped for free. I won’t be back to this location.

I visited the CHAMPS in Regency Mall. There is an Assistant Manager there name Adrian. MrAdrian is a very respectful young man who is both personable and honest. I loved the shopping experience. I was not going to buy anything initially, but could not resist buying 2 pairs of slides and 2 pairs of shorts. Keep up the great customer service Mr. Adrian!!!!!!

Employee was really nice and very helpful with finding my size! Ended up buying some nice Adidas NMDs.

This location moved from the Regency Square Mall. Unfortunately, they did not see fit to postt a sign in the mall stating they have moved. This store appears to be larger than their previous location. They have a large variety of shoes, but not shoe sizes. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We waited about 15 minutes just to have the young woman to come back and say that they had the size we wanted listed, but it was not in the inventory. This begs the question: how is the possible unless.... The frustrating part was that she chose to assist other customers while she had us waiting. Unprofessional!

This is no longer the location for Champs in the Regency Mall. This location is the location for the Duval Co. School uniform store. Also they have no air conditioning

Have been going to regency 20 years, this place is going downhill. Shoe selection is slim, and overpriced. Found the same shoes 40$ cheeper other places. Manager and staff unintrested and lazy. Guess its off to the towncenter, we will miss you Regency.

Worst Customer Service ever.....4 employees working at the store and none came towards me to ask if I was looking for something specific or if I needed help!!

Waste of time stopping here. They only have basketball shoes and clothes. The markup on the clothes was ridiculous. Buy online at half what they are asking.
