Their wasn’t any good shoes. They didn’t know how to do their job. It took them 20 minutes to even find the shoes. Everyone had an attitude… was the worst experience I ever had at a FOOTLOCKER. Every time I asked for a shoe they would give me the wrong pair. They acted like I couldn’t try on the shoe

It just did not give much friendly vibes. Small selection as well. There could be more variety

Excellent customer service!! I went in looking for a specific pair of shoes and Pablo Sanchez was extremely helpful and made the visit super easy. The store was very clean and the price and quality of the shoe that I purchased was an amazing deal!

Went there to pick up new release that was won by raffle. They had the doors locked. The manager is pregnant and was feeling faint but was still waiting on customers that were already in the store. They had no plans to call an ambulance or anything. They just decided no customers will be helped until further notice. I drove from another state to make my pickup. These people should not be in charge of running anything.

Great place for trying in shoes to see what you like as well as what fits. I wouldnt reccomend actually buying anything here though. Its probably smarter just to find what you like and then save money and order the shoe online

This was the Worst experience Ive ever had at a footlocker. First I called to check if they had a shoes in my size. They said that it was in stock. When I Arrived I was shocked to not only learn they didnt even have the shoe on shelves but that apparently that it was my problem and could figure I your myself. Terrible customer service and overall attitude.

They were close. Bit I did get a box of Publix chicken in Gateway.
