I had my phone screen fixed and the same night, I dropped it again and the exact same issue happened. I have never had this issue until I got my screen fixed with them before. I spent $119 after tax for my phone to have the exact same issue again, even though it was in an otter box and had never had this damage before from similar drops.

This place is so amateur. Do not trust them to fix your devices. I brought in my iPhone with cracked glass and they couldnt get their parts to work with my phone (which works perfectly fine with the old glass).Not only that they couldnt fix it, they also messed up my LCD panel underneath when attempting to fix it. Offered no reimbursement or make-good for their mess up. Now I have to take my phone somewhere else and pay to replace their mistake.Do. Not. Trust. Them.

Had a problem with my charge port and battery. After ordering the parts, they got my phone fixed in less than a day. Very responsive and good work. Now my phone van fast charge and has a brand new battery. 👍👍👍

Went in the store to get my phone repaired- He ended up keeping it over night. I got it back with my screen practically coming off the main phone connecting piece??? really? I spent $140 for my phone to get even more ruined then I brought it in to be fixed. My phone originally needed a new LCD piece. Now, my finger print scanner no longer works. My phone overheats when charging now. I cant even use my phone longer than 2 minutes without me scrolling and it freezing over the whole screen. When I am looking at videos on Snap-chat or FB it ends up flashing a dead pixel looking screen. Honestly, I wouldnt be upset if I didnt have so many issues become so faulty to me getting it back. This is my second time getting it fixed and didnt even fully fix it again...sad experience. Will not be doing my business here again. Sorry, but do your research before going to businesses that fixes phones. Better yet, pay the extra fee for insurance with phone provider! What a joke...

I am livid. I got my phone fixed on 8/4/2018 and then a couple days after, my phone screen would flicker. So, I’d restart my phone and boom we’re good. Well, it kept happening. I figured out every time my phone gets hot, it starts doing this. FYI this is a brand new phone too. Now, as of yesterday, certain parts of my screen have stopped working, it starts typing and changing through apps by itself. I had 0 problems with the phone besides me cracking the screen. Now, I have a phone that I barely can use.

Twice now we have used this business to fix our phones. Each time we have been greeted by friendly employees who seem knowledgeable and ready to serve. Now, as far as prices go...pretty high dollar but the work comes w a 30 day warranty and I believe they will do what they can to correct any issues.

This will be my 3rd time taking my phone back to the store to be fixed. At this point Im just getting to the point I want my money back and they can have the phone they have messed up. Not to mention I live in Lawtey Fl so each trip back and forth takes a lot of my day. My drop down screen freezes up and locks my whole phone up you have to shut it off to unfreeze it. I can no longer check my voice mail and my pattern screen lock only works when Im lucky. Im not sure what to do from here but I am very unhappy and this is my business cell so it has inconvenienced me a lot. Today I am taking it back to them for the last time. I am praying they can fix whatever they broke. Also Im not even that upset that it took 2 hours to fix it the first time and there are finger prints under the glass. Come on guys lets get it figured out. I thought I was safe bringing yall my phone???????

I Went Here to Fix my cracked phone, When they were Finished It was a brand new screen & There were no cracks & the touch sensitivity was good... BUT.. my screen is cracked & the claimed That it happens when they fix the screen & on top of that one of my soft key buttons for my s5 wont light up.. Dont recommend at all. Customer service was not either

This place is horrible. I brought my phone in at 5:30 P.M. My phone was supposedly repaired at 6, when I got there to pick up my phone, the phone read no service. I told the girl behind the counter that my phone had service when I brought it in, she said she didnt do anything to cause it not to have service. After paying a $134, I HAD to take apart my phone in the store, because she wasnt able to take apart my phone. (Lets pause here. This is a PHONE REPAIR SHOP OK? ) then come to find out, the connections at the SIM card reader, was not making contact. And then was told, my phone could not be repaired. After all that grief, I STILL owed THEM $30!!!!!! When she couldve stopped trying to repair my phone, knowing it was broke and not repairable. Btw I didnt get out of there until 9 PM.

I got my screen replaced here and they were awesome! Great customer service and they fixed it quickly. Hopefully I won’t break my screen again but if I do I’m coming back here!

Went in to get my screen fixed and the lady seemed to know what she was doing. She had wonderful customer service and I thought my phone was in good hands. It now dies at 80% if its not on low power mode and when it is on low power it dies at 60%. The screen is falling out. I can see glue that she used to keep it in place. I am absolutely livid. Paying $200 for someone to ruin my phone even farther is not okay. I should have just delt with the cracks.

Went in tto get a cracked screen fixed, the guy who repaired it was nice but the phone screen after wasnt working correctly. Went back the next day to tell them about the problem didnt even get greeted upon walking in then the girl working there was just straight up rude. Not sure if shes ever heard of the customer is always right policy or good customer service in general. She pretty much called me and my boyfriend a liar after she said the guy who fixed the phone the previous day told us that the Galaxy s5 is one of the hardest phone screens to fix and that its prone to having problems after, we told her that was never said to us and she told us yeah Im sure he definitely told you that we told her no he didnt so she stood up there, called him, and asked him if he told us that and obviously hes gonna say he did even though he didnt.. and during that conversation they had on the phone she responded right in front of us to him yeah I figured you did tell them that(keep in mind we were never told that) so hearing that was beyond annoying and rude. Wasnt happy with the experience.

Stopped in to have the battery replaced in my wifes iPhone 6. Tech seemed knowledgeable and had the phone apart and the old battery out quick.After trying 2 batteries in the phone, tech says that these are the last batteries they had and she thinks they were previously installed in a water damaged phone and may be bad. After she looked at them closer, she confirmed they were bad. Now the phone is down until a better repair shop opens tomorrow.Will be extremely irate if the phone is damaged due to neglegence from your tech.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Dropped off ipad to be fixed. When I went to pick it up two days later at 3pm the store was CLOSED. Note on the door read be back in 5 mins. NO ONE came back for TWO hours. Management/Owner is useless and unresponsive. There are far better more considerate/punctual places out there to get your devices fixed - use one of them. This places sucks.

DO NOT & I MEAN DOO NOTTTTT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CELL PHONE SCREEN FIXED!!! Right after I got my cell phone screen fixed the sound on my phone did not work. I took the phone back the very next day & they corrected the issue. Right after they corrected the issue my phone started spazzing out & randomly cutting on in the middle of texting/phone conversations & occasional web search. It was such a pain in the ass! Long story short I have had MANY MANY MANY problems with my phone that I have never had after going to this company!!!

Bought a phone and was told it was a great repair and was only an lcd replacement. After two weeks the screen would not respond to touch which was due to the lcd which they opening admitted they replaced. Called and explained the issue and was told sorry we wont help you due to signed waiver of as is. Went up to the store the guy looked at it and even admitted it was in perfect conditon with no damage.Tried to give them every opportunity to make it right even by offering to pay half of the lcd replacement cost and still was told no.

They have horrible customer service. I have gotten my brothers iPhone fixed three times from this company and the same thing has happened over and overvwithin the 30day warranty. They did not put the screen on properly so it has cause the speaker and led to go out each time. We were out on summer vacation and called about the problem, was told they would repair the screen and speaker and note the account, once we returned. Once we got back they told us nothing was noted and they would not fix it. I asked to speak with the Mgr. Who told me there was nothing he could do but give a discount for us to get it fixed again. We have spent $400 in 3months, we could have bought a brand new phone. Never use this company, their work isnt great quality.
