I took my phone to couple of repair shop because it would not hold charge and granted my phone provider was sending me another phone, I wanted to keep the current phone, due to items saved on phone that are not transferable. This location was the only one, that was able to fix port, others could not or wanted to charge the price for new phone. Big shout out to Elmer.🙂. Thanks for repairing my phone. Their warranty is completely unsatisfactory when it comes to screen replacements. Got my screen replaced 3 weeks ago. It casually fell out my hand yesterday, mind you the fall wasnt of high distance or hard impact. When i picked my phone up the screen was unusable. It looked like when your tv is broken & has the blue screen as well as a slight crack. I called the store ( normandy location) to ask about the warranty bc mind you again i just had the screen replaced 3 weeks prior. The manger proceeds to tell me i cant have the screen replaced for free bc the screen was mildly cracked due to the fall. But the crack wasnt the issue it was the complete non functionality of the screen. So i had to pay full proce yet again for anoter replacement screen. So in conclusion their warranty policy as well as customer care are extremely poor & would not recommend.

They lost our phone case, they tried to make it seem as if i was lying and never came in their store with one. Paid $80 for our iPhone screen to be replaced but left feeling like we got robbed and couldn’t do anything about it.

So I took an iPhone X to be fixed and was told it was the screen that was messed up I paid $140’for it picked up the same day and the next day the screen wasn’t working I took it back and was told it was water damage and I needed to pay another $140. I took it to another repair shop on San Jose and was charged $110 and was told by a rep there if I had gotten my phone fixed recently and I said yes. He said whom ever changed the screen on the phone didn’t get it right and therefore it wasn’t working there was no water inside the cell phone at all

Another awesome experience with 10,000 cell phone repair. Thought my iphone was toast. I couldn’t hear anything, it wouldn’t hold a charge, and the charge port worked sporadically. They replaced the battery and cleaned the saw dust out of the charge port and ear piece and it works just like new!! Will continue to come back and always recommend 10k to friends!!

I asked them could they fix my cracked screen the guy said “yes the only thing I can’t fix is the scratches on the phone I said ok cool. Then I come back and my camera not working and the screen kept popping out, so I took it back to him and he said because my phone was cracked, he didn’t tell me any of this before I got the phone back or anything. But they made sure they took my money....they scammed me.

I went to get my phone fixed and they broke my face id i can no longer use it and my phone says no sim card detected do not recommend if i could give a zero star rating i would

I visited this place after dropping my phone in water. Yikes!!! I was in such concern over losing all my data. Elmer helped me. He was not only kind and polite but very efficient, as well. He gave me a time to come back to pick my phone up THAT DAY and it was ready when I got there. He did not try to take advantage of my situation by offering all kinds of trumped up options but did suggest that I replace the battery, should I have more problems. I felt valued as a customer and trusted his professional opinion. I did end up replacing the battery...it made sense. The display screen was out and at that point I didnt know what to do. A friend recommended me to this location specifically. I went there and thought it was going to cost a fortune to get fixed. Prices was very reasonable for my situation. I didnt hesitate at all and got it done. When it was done they gave me a complimentary tempered glass! I left a happy man. Took a tablet for repair but I feel it wasnt a thorough job as less than a week later it wouldnt charge again. I even drove 45 minutes to go there as they were highly recommended at this particular location

They do good work but could seriously improve on customer service. Usually when you walk into an establishment you’re greeted pleasantly. Not here. The dark skinned guy looked at me as if I wasn’t even there. If someone chooses to give you their business when there are plenty of other options the least you could do is say hello how are you? What can I do for you today? Also I didn’t receive a call when my phone was ready. I shouldn’t have to check on it. They should’ve called me. Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere.

You know what happens if you let your toddler always use your iPad? That’s exactly what happened to mine, of course I couldn’t blame my kid but I’m not ready to buy a new one, not on my budget! This is my second time that Ive been to a 10,000 Cellphone repair shop. While working out, I accidentally dropped a 50lb dumbbell on my iPhone 6. It shattered the screen inside of my lifeproof case. 10,000 Cellphones replaced the screen with no issues. The employees are super friendly, quick and very thorough. 10,000 Cellphones Jax West fixed the charging port and busted screen I’ve been putting up with for an age now on my iPhone 6S at a MUCH better price and time frame (within a couple hours) than any of the other companies I called. Had I known the service would be that fantastic at this location I wouldn’t have put the repair off for so long. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. I have also used their Orange Park Wells Rd. location for a broken iPhone screen and received great/fast service!

My 4 year old son freaks out having his tablet screen wrecked and so do I with all the crying and for being unable to do stuff at home trying to calm him down everytime hes done playing and remembering he do not have a tablet to use. So for some reason my mom and sister break their phone screens about every other month so weve come here a lot. They always do a good job. They are also priced fairly and get you your repair back quickly.

If you’re looking for a same day fix of your gadgets then Lee is the man at their store! I brought my Iphone to their store because the charging port won’t work. Lee volunteered to fix it and in just 15-20mins it’s done! How cool is that?! Who won’t be pleased with this kind of service if most people now a days have their phone part of their daily lives already.

I just wanted to give a special thank you to William at 10K CellPhones of Orange Park. Myself and one of the other guys over here doing disaster relief work in the panhandle broke our phones and had to ship them to Jacksonville to be worked on because there is no place local to do it. A little issue on my iPhone’s battery sometimes it charge well sometimes not so went here about two weeks ago and have them fix it for me. Not having issues charging it so far.

My wifes iPad Air charging port was going bad - had to put pressure on the cord to get it to charge. I got the part online and was going to do it myself but micro soldering is not a skill I have honed yet.I called 10k cell phones and they said that their tech can do it, and have it done by the end of the day. I brought it to them (on a Friday) right before lunch, and got a call mid-afternoon to let me know it was completed.I picket it up, paid the tech (a VERY reasonable price! Less than another place) and it works as it should now! My wife is happy, so Im happy.Thanks a bunch guys!!

Highly recommend using 10K cell phones on Normandy for any repairs you need for your mobile and electronic devices. Service was great and quick. I thought I would have to come back a day or so later but, they had me done within 40 mins for a cracked screen on my iPhone. Cant say enough good things about the courteous and professional staff and I have been back several times since to have my kids phones fixed as well. Definitely give them an opportunity if youre in need of the services they provide.BTW, I read the reviews prior to going there and decided to give them a try cause it was either 5 stars or 1 star, hardly anything in between. I just personally figured there were a few disgruntled customers and thats a given for any business. They had enough 5 star reviews to make it worth giving them a try. They for sure have earned my business moving forward. Ive worked in the service industry for over 20 years and learned that there are just some customers that you can never please. Just my $0.02...

Came in yesterday paid over $100 to get my phone fixed getting ready to head to Panama today to help relief after hurricane Matthew my husband barely tossed my phone in the front seat the screen shifted and broke you can see how cheap the glass is because it’s literally just peeling off!! I called told them what happened and the told me they could fix it but would charge me another $60! Worse place ever! “Their warranty” dosnt cover fixing the screen which is what I paid for! Now I have to go find someone who will actuallyFix my phone the right way and when the say has a warranty actually sticks to their promise! Cant believe how selfish this company is! They are just money hungry!

I was on a video call with my cousin, my cellphone on the center table, I was so excited to show her my new stuff, so stood up to get it when I forgot I was wearing earphones so it fell down and even dragged it a few a steps from where it was. Imagine how shocked I was at that moment?!!!
