Recently I had a substantial amount of work done on our boat, which took more than 2 months. Having sailed and delivered both motor and sail boats internationally, I have a lot of experience in boat yards. I found Sadler Point Marina the best. The owner, Brooks Busey, a hands-on owner, spends a lot of time in the yard supervising the work and is proven to be honest. I gave Brooks a list of repairs I needed. After inspecting our boat, he showed me why I did not need some of the repairs I requested and saved me a few thousand $. When they found that my drive shafts were frozen to the packing, Brooks recommended trying a non-tradition approach to pulling the shafts. His approach worked, saving me approximately $2500. When you take your boat to a yard you expect to spend a lot of money. By choosing Sadler Point Marina you get excellent work and can be sure the charge is fair and most likely less than at most other yards. Also, I have needed information about other marine questions since leaving the yard and Brooks has always responded the same day with an answer. That is going way beyond expected service.

I bought a boat that was close to Sadler Point and I live about a 7 hour drive away. On very short notice, busy Sadler Point came and got my boat and brought it over Sadler Point and did service for me. This included prop swap of a prop they were not familiar with, replacing a seacock and oil changes. Getting my boat for me saved me so much time, and was instrumental service and timing for us starting our passage home to NC on time. Brooks is a true professional, friendly and helpful. We cant say enough about our experience with this crew. Brooks gets 5 stars from me! Thank you.

We own a 42 ft sailboat. We were heading north and need a slight emergency haul out due to a crack in our haul. We couldn’t find a place that could get us in. We Called Sadler Point per a friends suggestion and spoke to Brooks, owner, and he got us right in. He and all the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we fixed our own crack and did a whole bottom job. The marina store had every thing we needed to do the job. Brooks and staff shared great tips while we worked. We were able to stay on our boat while we worked there were bath houses that we could use and were in the process of being updated we would highly recommend this marina for any needs.

Sadler pulled the prop and sent out it for repair,. They removed the rudder, had a new rudder shaft bushing fabricated and installed. They fabricated an anode attachment point for the bow thruster. Price was great as was the quality.

I cant say enough about Sadler. The owner and his staff provide top notch customer service, quality workmanship and reasonable rates, and they always take great care of the facilities. Just had our boats 200 hour service completed. They did a great job and rushed to get it done in time for a trip we had planned.

I feel great about having my boat in the care of these folks! Great engine service, helpful hints on general boat care, and easy in/out!

David, Service Manager and his staff provided excellent service and took the extra time to educate me on bottom paint and other services the Marina performed. The entire staff was on point from the time my boat was hauled out until put back in the water several days later. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Old world feel marina Very relaxing atmosphere. Everybody from the owner to the service staff provide prompt and professional service. Sailors Exchange is just a walk away from your boat. All major retail shops, restaurants and fast food within walking distance of the marina. The Owner, Brooks Busey, is always in contact with the boat owners and always looking for ways to improve your stay there. Full service boatyard. One of the few places left in North Florida where you can work on your own boat while its out of the water.

Brooks and his team know there stuff and are fair on pricing. I have been happy with the work and their helpful nature. They treat you well regardless of boat size, I feel like a wanted client even though a 60ft sportfisher may be sitting next to my little sailboat.
