Awesome service. Fair price. Great communication. Tony did exactly what was expected and more. I dropped the boat off instructing Tony to replace my amp that was not working. 3 hours later and a new fuse and all is well. He could have easily put in a new amp as I asked but he is a stand up guy and treats his customers right.

Power pole would not work. Tony said call them. they talked thru problems and said sent pump in for work. sent Tuesday they got it Wednesday sent new pump next day. great customer support and Tony was right on money. He is a pro you can count on.

I don’t do reviews typically for good or bad service but I wanted to give Tony and his team credit for helping me out. Recently I had a SIMRAD unit start acting weird and couldn’t figure out the issue. The guys at Boattronics diagnosed it and brought in the local Navionics rep to assist as it was a very odd situation and very expensive unit. Working together with the rep, Boattronics was able to get a brand new NSO evo3 19 unit installed on my boat and get the problem resolved. I didn’t purchase the unit from Boattronics initially and the guys could have given up but they wanted to help and get me back on the water enjoying my boat. I highly recommend Tony, Matt and the rest of the crew at Boattronics for any of your boat electronics.Thanks guys!

I hired Tony Eden to do a complete rewire and electronics installation on my 26 foot Jones brothers Cape fisherman. This was the second boat he did for me. Both magnanimous work orders and jobs to complete.Tony quoted me 24 hours which equals three working days of rigging and installation. It actually took four 10 hour days to complete due to unforeseen challenges that Tony trouble shot and rectified.Not only did the job come out extraordinary, but he kept to his original estimate and only charged me for 24 hours. Furthermore the work that he did was nothing short of artistic : the form and function of every system he installed is brilliant.I have no dogs in the fight: just two boats that he rewired, completely outfitted with new electronics, and customer service that I would put against anyone else in the marine industry.Thank you, Boattronics, for making my dreams a reality and creating a masterpiece that my family and I will enjoy for years!

Asked him to rewire our boat, after three and a half months we finally get the boat back. The boat was returned back to us in a worse condition. Nothing works that was supposed to be fixed. And I wasnt able to use the boat for the whole time that he was working on the boat. He advertises making everything nice and neat, our boat looks nothing like how he advertises. His excuse was that he didnt have time to do it. Now we have to hire someone else after paying him almost $2000.

Tony has done a ton of work on my boat over the years, from rewiring the entire console after the deck was replaced, to just recently installing a new ACR power management/charging system that saves me from having to switch between batteries all the time! Always top notch execution on boat electronics...definitely continue to have him do electronics work on my boat as its needed!

Terrible service. Tony was late for the appointment by hours and charged me an hour labor after the fact for his travel time. He left my boat unfinished and never scheduled a follow-up as he said he would.Prior to the install date he was supposed to provide a consultation so we could discuss the install (this never happened)If I wanted to nitpick I would add that he installed my dual displays slightly crooked but that pales in comparison to the lack of communication and poor customer service this guy provides. There are far better choices available in the Jacksonville area from people who care about your project and will take the time to make it right.

Tony called to say he had a cancelation and could install my SIMRAD G07 that afternoon. I rushed over to take advantage of this time slot because he is booked out a month in advance because he is an excellent craftsman. He did an exceptional job on the installation on my Beavertail Strike. I totally trusted his judgement on installation decisions because of his extensive experience. I was not disappointed. His installation was clean and professional. My standards are very high as I am an aircraft mechanic and an engineer. I am very happy with his services and will utilize Boattronics again.

I rarely write reviews, but had to somehow say thank you to Tony and Boattronics. Tony has worked on several boats for me over the years, including an Edgewater, Islamorada Boatworks, and an Egret. Each one has had new electronics, wiring upgrades, stereos/amp/speakers, and/or lighting installed by Tony. He knocked it out of the park on all of them. Each time we walked through the entire boat and discussed what would would be best to upgrade and what would be a waste of money. He has never tried to up-sell me. Every time my boat comes back nicer and more importantly, safer that it did when it arrived. Worth the wait.
