Publix always had such a clean store. Very pleasent to shop in!Love their Boars Head sliced pastrami, rust beef, turkey and cheeses!

Still looking for water last day of the sale. Also issue were charged for food item as cash purchased snuggle product & dove products also used coupon off on both .Food purchase was with food stamps. When I had ck out receipt food only run up for $2.00 & I had over &7 in food with nothing costing $2. So since I pd over $11 in cash not to hold up line, went to manager that was near bye & showed him receipt, & advised him what happened he noted their was a problem but didnt know what happen & didnt try to resolve what happening. It may seem like a small deal to them but as a senior on a fixed income its important to me & others that have worked for years. I worked for 45 yrs & Im 70 years old. I have never received food stamps & was thankful when advised could apply for stamps & I use them wisely. This is why Im detailing this because if my head wasnt hurting I would have requested transactions be cancelled & not purchase from their because this has happen before. Also, they had no water either . Maybe old but all of us not slow & do better to your customers ☹️

Local shopper here! I really hope you start carrying more of the Kevins Natural Foods selection! I went in today and the lemongrass chicken was out unfortunately but id love to see more!

So many choices and neatly stocked. 15 minutes to select salad dressing. I had tobget outta there. Make sure you have time to read labels and I appreciate the many selections.

Love their barbecue, especially the big deals meals .I always get the pull pork one, and the baked beans.

I always love shopping at this Publix! But even more so today. I needed kitty litter and they had my brand and a 40 pound box marked at $15.99. After shopping around I came back for it but when I checked out it rang up at $17.99. The manager, Derek went back with me and confirmed that an old sticker was there and agreed to honor the price. But when we got to the register he gave it to me at no charge simply because of the error. Then he was kind enough to help me in the pouring rain put it in my vehicle. Just had knee surgery a few weeks ago and so that was such a great help. Will always be a loyal customer here. This store is always clean and well-kept and all I can find everything and more that I want whenever I shop here.

Only grocery store I choose to shop! Everyone from stocking, cashier, to manager are personable, kind, and professional. Ive shopped at this location for years and throughout time their service remains consistent.

This is the only Publix in town with indoor seating so that you can eat your food without flies and birds and other animals trying to help you. So I went there got me a sub sandwich a small salad and a soda and I also purchase some of their everything spice. They were nice and friendly. And it was clean there.

Always love Publix. The store is always clean and awesome friendly and helpful employees. Love their subs always fresh and made to perfection. Walking in this store is light years beyond some of the other local grocery stores. Lighting is just right over fresh fruits and veggies. Meat case is always clean and well stocked. I always love shopping at this publix and others. But being ignored in all of the bakeries and the delis is beyond annoying. Last night ALL of the deli staff was rude and nasty to people, except for William. He was so nice, polite, accommodating, and fast working, all while maintaining a very clean work area.THANK YOU WILLIAM.

Gone back for the same thing three times over two weeks and still dont have the item. Would like to see more vegan items. Clean store but never have enough cashiers.

Clean store. Some really friendly, helpful employees. Great quality food and the price usually reflects it but they also have periodic sales.

I just had an employee at the deli, who was already being short and unpleasant to me, slice my turkey 1/4 inch thick. A pound was like 8 slices, and when I said that I didn’t want that, she acted angry and annoyed. This stuff is too expensive to be treated like my presence as a customer is an annoyance to the employees.

Sold us month old expired meat! Partially on us for not checking it but we were using it within 24 hours of purchase and figured stores actually made sure they weren’t selling rotten products. Upon opening the package of sausage it had a terrible smell and it was gray. Looked at the expiration date it it was July 9th. We purchased it on AUGUST 7th. We’ve dealt with flowers and produce going bad within a day or so but this is beyond acceptable. Please be aware. Legitimately concerned that someone could become very sick based on the lack of efforts from this store.

Out of stock on most everything. If you are single and buying for one, guess what all they have is family size Extra Large boxes of cereal.

Excellent service. I always appreciate how clean it always looks and feels.I also highly respect that adults of varying abilities and differences work here. I wish inclusiveness was more prevalent everywhere in society.

If you let an employee know that you need help they will walk you to the item you need. They are courteous, kind, and all about customer service.

The self checkout is incredibly frustrating. The layout of the store causes a lot of choke points. Not exactly a pleasure, but not torture either. Fresh produce, and a decent selection of plant based options.

I absolutely LOVE PUBLIX and shop with them quite often; but today is absolutely horrible. I am sitting here in the pharmacy, as I am leaving this review. I made an appointment for my daughter to come in and have her second dose of the Pfizer done. The only reason why I chose here is because CVS (where she received her first dose) didn’t have anything available. I have been sitting here since 6:45 p.m., which was her appointment time. It is currently 7:34 p.m. and my daughter still has not been seen and there are others waiting along with us that had appointments and have not been seen. I understand that there are those that are picking up prescriptions, but what is the point of having an appointment when you can not be seen at that time. I very upset and irritated, especially after pulling a 10 hr. work day. The pharmacy techs are walking around as if they do not have a clue as to what is going on. I have had 2 pharmacy techs come and question me about my daughter 1st dose (for which I have her card) and all that had to do is communicate with each other. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY. With CVS, I scheduled my appointment, they sent me a link to click when I arrived and we all were in and out. I suggest to ANYONE to use CVS because they are absolutely amazing and they were VERY PROFESSIONAL (and of course we all are still sitting here).

When life gives you lemons, take them to the bakery at this publix and they’ll make you lemon poppyseed cake. Colby, Caroline, and Noke (not sure if spelled correctly) were extremely gracious when I made an error on my order. They fixed my mistake and saved the day (and baby shower I botched the order for). Thank you all, again!

They Store Super Clean anything you think you want Believe me they got it. Employee are Super friendly.

Place was clean, everything was well placed and organized. Self checkout was available so that was a quick in and out.

This Publix has an awful parking lot. They are often terribly busy and understaffed. You will likely have to wait in line for a while. Thats expected with Publix but the aisles in this location are so small youre likely to bump into someone. Solid beer selection though.

Full service grocery store with pharmacy. Good deli, bakery, produce and meat section. Butcher services are available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will do special orders. New sale starts every Wednesday with several BOGOs.

This store has everything absolutely everything but to me it is too big and too busy I much prefer my Publix at Riverside you can walk yourself to death in this one and people are elbow to elbow not a pleasurable experience

The parking lot when it rains heavy is unbelievable! seriously a good third of the parking lot is well over two feet under water. easily! vehicles going through the parking lot were creating waves that were breaking up against the curb. one lady driving through that part of the parking lot car stalled when her muffler went under water and a group of Good Samaritans helped push her out. I know when I left there at 4:30 on Tuesday the 22nd of June it rained heavily for like 3 or 4 more hours so I imagine by 8-9 oclock customers had ta be swim to and from their vehicles.O btw the sandwich I bought (a footlong ultimate, with swiss chesse. Boars Head brand) was hands down the best in town!! Best Ive had in a very long time. Thank you Publix for that! It was definitely worth the swim. Lol. I also did a little shopping customer service was great everybody was very friendly and courteous and helpful and help me find items and you just cant beat that customer service!......and thank you for that, too. :0)

3days ago the fruits and vegetables department was horrible rotten items,slimmy items, and very poor quality unlike Publix. Today was better well kept. I thought that Management would like to know, the man I spoke to was defensive, uningaging and wanting to school me not accept a compliment! NOT THE PUBLIX IM I KNOW!

I was greeting by an older cashier named L###d!. She Told me I had over 10 items. I told her I dont. She told me to come on. Once my husband got items on for her to scan. She stood there and asked if the person behind me could go infront of me. I turned and it was a Publix employee with a giant bag of dog food. She refuse.I feel the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Customer service was not there and it was a little saud that this older person of color for me was be so disrespectfulNever the less, I remind calm and voice my concerns professionally.

You just cant go wrong with Publix.

This publix is always completely stocked, has fabulous customer service with knowledgeable staff. Courteous and professional. There usually isnt a wait here even though they r very busy, they get u out quick. The prices r low and buy one get one on alot of things, but somethings r a lil high. The subs they make in front of you is amazing top 2 choices of Publix Subs of my choice is 1st The Italian Sub on white sub bread with seeds on it and 2nd is Egg Salad with almost everything on it for non expensive sub.

Because they have everything you need. And their Publix brand is awesome.

Had the deli make some lettuce wraps in a pinch for my boss when they didn’t have too. Chris and the girl who made the lettuce wraps are awesome!!! Everyone at my job loved the Publix sandwiches they made for us as well.

4 of the last 5 times Ive ordered my groceries to be picked up, people were parked in the spaces reserved for grocery pickup.

Its one thing for the deli to not finish an order on time. Things happen. But for them to hand over an unfinished order like its done? Thats unacceptable. Didnt finish cooking, left off ingredients I paid extra for and they couldnt even bother to put the mustard on the sandwich, they just threw some packets in the bag. Insulting.

I had a bad experience leaving the Publix parking lot with all of the construction. Warren was so helpful and went above and beyond! He went out of the way to help me one night, when he was already leaving work and finished for the evening. So thankful for all of their wonderful employees!!

Ordered a sub online to be picked up one half hour later. Arrived at the store 25 minutes later and there was no sub in the bin to pick up. Ten minutes later I asked the guy making subs to check on my order. After he made four subs for a lady who had just walked in he finally checked on my sub and said a lady in the back was working on it. Next time I will order from Jersey Mikes, Publix has lost my business. What good is ordering online if they serve walk-ins first?

Employees, checkout, bagger, they are all do nice & friendly!!! When I ask where something us, I must tell them to just tell me or theyll walk me to it. They all do it with a smile. Always LOVE Publix!!!!

This review is specifically about the deli. The rest of the store is ok but the deli has some serious issues. Good luck having your order ready on time or having anything done with any sense of urgency. The people are also extremely rude. I have religious dietary restrictions (no pork) and they always act like it’s such a hassle to accommodate them. I worked at Publix for 4 years a while back, and the way I’m treated now as a customer never would’ve been acceptable back when I worked there. Literally saw someone throwing things around bc they had misunderstood someone’s order. Unbelievable.
