For the past 20 years or so Ive gone to this Publix. Over those 20 years I havent ever really had much of an issue with them. Their chicken has always been great, any sort of problem with purchasing has been resolved efficiently, and their pharmacy has always been fast and helpful. If I ever move away to another area of Jacksonville I think Id still go to this Publix.

Save yourself the trip. If you want it, theyre probably out of it. I completely understand there are nationwide supplychain issues, but they dont seem to be affecting the Winn Dixie across the street nearly as bad. Add to that an increasingly unfriendly/ unhelpful staff and the general inability to get your groceries bagged without whatever food you were able to actually get being crushed, and theres just no reason to come here and pay the higher prices. This used to be a great store I would go out of my way to shop at. Not anymore.

Just had a wonderful experience at the Publix deli. If Adam is making your sandwich, youre in luck. Great service and overall an awesome experience.

I go to this location at least twice a week tonight I went to the The deli made eye contact with 3 employees as they were cleaning up and ita only 8 30 they close at 10 after 6 minutes I was approached by David the deli guy he just looked at me with out saying anything so I said I need a pound of mortadela and half pound of cheese thin cut he was slamming stuff I told him il do my shopping then come back to get it came back only half pound of mortadella instead of hole pound I felt like I was at Wal-Mart not publix went to customer service requested manager Ben Smith he told me wow u didnt even get a hole pound he said he would talk to him instead of getting the ordered a requested horrible customer service hospitality and management I know the workd is changing and ita tougjf u have a job do ur job or lets someone else do it.

This Publix has a great location right on baymeadows and 295. Ive been here many times and always had great customer service. Recently I went there to use the pharmacy and I was not disappointed. I was greeted and they took my prescriptions. They answered all my questions and within 15 or 20 minutes I had my prescriptions. Their knowledge base was very good and I will definitely visit the store and use their services again.

The deli was extremely slow . 5 people behind the counter and only 1 making sandwiches. 25 mins to get a sandwich is ridiculous

Worst run publix deli I’ve ever seen. Staff can’t do their job, online orders are constantly late and made incorrectly, staff is extremely unfriendly. This Publix is a one minute drive from my house and I often travel well out of my way for better service.

Good bogo selection. Was looking for tailgate platters of either sandwiches or veggies trays and they only offer them special order through the deli. Using Walmart pickup for the rest of my needs.

I’ve placed online orders multiple times and they have been ignored and not made until 45 mins after I order. ONLY because I said something when I already arrived. The overall service sucks. Doesn’t even feel like I’m at Publix.

Clean store! One thing is not good the repack publix cheese that the deil people cut in the store need to have paper in every single slices if not it becomes one chunk of cheese the next day. The deli is my favorite part of the store. Great service and excellent employee.

When are you guys finally going to get it right?Prescriptions called in hours prior yet every time we show up a confused cashier tells me its not ready. Wait another 15 blah blah. Also the employees look miserable.

Cindee aka the bearded dragon, is soooo rude. People like her shouldnt work with the public. I paid with EBT and she made me announce it in front of a line of people while getting visibly angry because she couldnt figure out how to separate a plant from my groceries, the bag boy even intervened and went to get the manager but I left and didnt buy my plant. I will never be back. This was humiliating. There is a winndixie across the street and while I prefer publix, it is NOT worth going in if this is how they treat poor people.

This is a great well stocked Publix is the Anchor store in the Reedy Branch Shopping Center. Plenty of parking as well as restaurants and services to select from in the shopping center. Publix has perhaps the best bakery and fresh crispy bread selection of all the big box supermarket stores. Prices are higher for many items than the big box Wal-Marts but selection is huge. Nice Deli area and great Hero Sandwiches plus sides and Fried Chicken. Again not always a bargain hunters place but a good place that you should feel comfortable buying your items.

I miss Publix IMMENSELY!! I took full advantage of being in FL and went as much as I could to their bakery. Nothing is even remotely comparable in NY to Publix.

Let me start by saying I love Publix. This one has to be the absolute worst one I’ve been to however. Anytime I’ve been to the deli you can count on at least an hour to get what you want. If there’s a person in front of you it’ll be closer to two. Every sandwich I have ordered from this location is either not even started by my pick up time (normally about an hour after I order) or it’s completely wrong. It’s very unfortunate but I’d rather drive to nocatee then visit this location ever again.

I went to Publix this morning around 730am to get my sister some medicine, when I walked in I was expecting a warm welcome, but I got the opposite. The customer service person did say good morning & I said it back idk if he didn’t hear me or what but right when I walked by he goes “or not” I stopped a little, he goes to one of the other staff members and goes, “ I hate when I say good morning to people who don’t bother saying it back”. The way he said it was super uncalled for & I got really bad vibes from him & would like for you to make sure your staff knows that we hear them if they talk about us

I have a Great time at Publix at Baymeadows and I-295, Alienne is very courteous, she was at the salad and soup bar today; also Stephanie in the deli is always friendly and courteous. They make my visit worthwhile.

This is the first time Ive been in this Publix and it comes to the same as amazing standards of cleanliness amazing personalities of the employees and care

I just had a great experience. I’ve been coming to the store for a few months but only recently have I let someone in the bakery help me find what I need. Though the store didn’t have what I was looking for in stock, the tall man in the bakery looked all around and in the back stock without me asking. He was great and is a great addition to the store. I’ll definitely be coming back for a long time and hope use his help more often! 5 star customer service!

Good selection of grocery items, the bakery doesnt have as good of variety as some of the other area stores. I like the cooked samples they have everyday and have picked up some excellent recipes from trying them. Most of the people their are very friendly and helpful but I have ran into a few that were rude when I asked where a certain item was. The prices are a bit high on most items and the cost of the deli items is way more than I have seen in other stores. All in all its a nice place to shop and I normally split my shopping up between them and a couple other area grocery stores

Went in to get a sub at 945. The store closes at 10. The employees where all helpful and took our orders. The sandwich was the player special and it was great. I would highly recommend not only going to this store but the sandwich as well. There are 2 other Publix on Southside closer to where I work,however the counter people are not as nice and helpful.

Publix is just awesome. This is our closest and favorite Publix. The staff are very proactive and responsive. I will say it is obvious Publix treats their people very well as compared to Winn Dixie for example. Its like night and day between Publix and Winn Dixie. Even though Publix is a bit smaller and not as new the experience is worth the smaller amount of options. Happy employees create happy customers.
