Loved the pharma - not the store, so a 5 star pharma review is muddied by a 2 star store review. FIrst the good: I went and got my final flu shot at the Harbour Place Publix pharmacy and it was a great experience. Professional, organized, courteous, and friendly. I only waited about three minutes! What else could anyone ask for. Well there is one more thing: a professional grade injection that minimize the pain. Mike the pharmacist did a great job, he was pleasant and very professional. His speedy and thoughtful advice made me feel confident and comfortable with the shot. All in all, it was a breeze.The bad: the stores clientele felt rough and i have a theory. Going into the magazine section, you find the usual plethora of ladies magazines and it appears that the second biggest category is not magazines about sports nor cars, nor health, but about guns. I like to hunt and I have a rifle and a handgun. But the combat tactical and sniper-like orientation of the magazines (see photo) is the sort of thing that helps encourage some feeble minded guys to do stupid things, can lead to gun control, and that makes it harder for those of us that enjoy firearms responsibly. Hey Todd Jones, I thought Publix was a community-oriented business but your need to get a few extra dollars shows an ugly and not very thoughtful side of you.

The assistant manager is very rude I think her name is Marilyn or something like that. She tries to be intimidating and short with her words with an authoritative voice. And she tries to make you feel incompetent and ignorant. I will avoid this store if I can just because I dont want to cross a path that she is on. Talk about Sister Soldier

Its OK. I went for a cup of coffee... Idky I thought they sold hot coffee lol but the lines were extremely long. I got a side fries and waited 15 in line.

All Publix stores are wonderful! Glad they are branching out. We shop there 98% of the time.

I got my COVID vaccine here and due to fault of my own, ended up fainting. The entire pharmacy staff were so kind and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made sure that i had water and orange juice. I wish I had gotten their names so I could personally give them kudos, but unfortunately my mind is a bit hazy. Thank you again to the kind staff who helped me out in my most embarrassing of moments. I appreciate each and every one of you for helping me.

I dont go to publix often but its not because I dont like it but its just that I dont think about. One thing I like about publix is they have a lot of stuff that Walmart and Wa____rt and other stores do not.

The store itself was okay but the deli was filthy. I told the person cutting the meat that the slicer was filthy and she said they get cleaned every 4 hours and did nothing to clean it and kept on slicing. Someone is going to get really sick from this

Easy access good place shop there for the last 10 years.

Staff is really great here and love that they have special meal preps for families! Their chicken deals are great with a great price when you have no clue what to cook and the pub-subs are hands down the best sub deal you can get. Get a custom wedding cake for around 300.

Wow! I am still in shock by the actions of one of the employees at the bakery today! I ordered a cake last night for a gender reveal party and was told it would be ready today by noon. I arrived around 2:30 and they had my slip but no cake. Before I could even react Sam at the bakery immediately offered to bake, decorate and personally deliver the cake to the party for free! She said she’d have it there in 45 mins and by my surprise SHE DID! Absolutely incredible! I will always order my cakes at this location from now on! I attached a picture I took when she arrived with cake! Note: The mother to be added the chocolates on the cake. The decoration was absolutely perfect and the cake of course was delicious -as always! :)

UPDATED UPDATED……….I pre ordered my sub and when I got there it wasn’t made (they were not busy) had to wait for my sub to be made and made wrong 20mins after scheduled pick up time. The deli in this Publix is poorly managed when just 1 person is making subs (at lunchtime) and 1 person slicing meat while the others are chatting away and not stepping up to help out.I disappoint myself every time I come here. The deli is just junk and that’s sad to say. I’ve gotten better, faster and friendly service from every other Publix but this one. The only reason I keep going there is because I don’t feel like driving out to the beach but after tonight that will be what I do. Every single time I have a poor experience at this Publix and that’s sad.

One of the cashiers she was young had a attitude with my wife and gave my kids some nasty look maybe she had a bad day either way the bagger was the sweetest person ever i can see why they were partnered up

I use the ATM free of charge for business transactions. Its on the front west of the store outside close to entrance/ exit. Didnt go in but signs posted to wear facial covering/ mask.😎 classic rock rollin a 68 camaro would be wonderful exit. Emerald green... yeah😏

A) when people come at lunch time, they probably have somewhere to get back to. If youre serving food, it might be good to act with some alacrity. the deli staff acted like they needed a break between making individual sandwiches.B) if I have to wear a mask when I walk into the store, then the deli staff, who is preparing food, should have to wear their masks covering both their mouths and noses. It really looks great when a Publix branded face mask is tucked up under your employees noses.

Today was my first visit to Publix since Covid took over. My husband has been doing our shopping since I am disabled. I was pleasantly surprised to find the amount of items available. For 3 months I have heard on TV and from my husband that shelves have been empty or brands of items were not available. I could still tell there were shortages, but this is nothing compared to the days when toilet paper was being hoarded. Publix has done an amazing job to minimize any inconvenience to its patrons. The fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats looked so good, I actually started salivating. Job well done!!

I never went this early in the morning very quiet and empty which I enjoyed people to Delhi were very friendly and helpful meat department also helping me find the steakums I was looking for cashier was very quiet and the guy who begged my stuff I had reusable bags made them way too heavy and almost ripped the handles off of my strong reusable bag when I saw him trying to send a box of tissues and one of the bags I was like oh no I dont mind using plastic you dont have to put everything in those three reusable bags all in all not a bad experience just have to get used to this Publix Ive moved here recently and I miss my Publix at Windsor Commons

Twice Ive been deceived with orders. I live in Jacksonville, Fla the zip code I chose was 32204 Riverside. I got orders that was wrong. What is the purpose of getting orders without paper receipts. This store is 26 minutes away from my zip code. Is there any way to know before order arrives where its coming from and will it have a paper receipt.

Dont bother. Super old Publix, always out of things. Definitely dont bother trying to order a sub for pickup - it wont be ready. I got here 5 minutes after the time it told me to pick up my sub and they hadnt even started it yet. There is no point to ordering ahead if you can get it in the same time by not ordering ahead.

I get a Publix sub on my lunch break, I am typically in a hurry. I went in expecting to stand in line, wait, and waste 10-15 mins getting a sub. Jamie made my sub so quick! I had plenty of time to eat. Thank you sooo much for your great customer service!

Wonderful people working there. Was having problems walking and young man got the cart for me his name was Ted. Young lady in the bakery was very very sweet and helpful. When I was leaving young man walked with me to bring the cart back in when I finished. They all made me feel very special!

Expensive bring your wallet

This is the Publix I go to on a weekly/biweekly basis for my normal grocery shopping experience. Ive gotten to know a few of the workers in there by name, and there are always friendly faces when Im stopping in for groceries. The pub subs are of course the best that you can get in Florida, and the prices arent bad!
