The cashier Carol was rude to me. I went to this Publix on Halloween to purchase something and had on Minnie Mouse ears and she laughed at me when I walked up to the register and after she rang me up and I paid she said sarcastically as she laughed, “ Ok?? Thank you.” like I was crazy. Not sure why she thinks it’s weird to wear a costume thing on Halloween. I acted completely normal and was very nice and polite to her, so I’m not sure why she had such a bad attitude towards me.

Usually a good store; always friendly, professional people at the checkout lane at in the customer service booth. Unfortunately, this is overridden by upper management that takes no responsibility whatsoever for items not placed on shelves by vendor personnel. Specific examples: Vanilla Coke (Coca-Cola); Vanilla Creme Nekot Cookies (Lance). A number of times I have had to drive to another Publix to get the soft drinks or the cookies which I need or which are on sale because there is obviously no direction or supervision in regard to the drivers for the vendors who stock these areas. I might add that the other Publix where I ALWAYS find these items in stock has EXACTLY the same shelf space (or less) allocated to the items mentioned above.

Great Publix, clean on the inside and friendly workers. A smaller store though, so if you need a bunch of groceries your selection may be a bit more limited.

This Publix is great. They were unfotunetley out of some items I wanted but that is probably more of an issue with supply chains lately. The deli online ordering was great but because they were out of a product I did not receive my sandwich and did not notify me or refund me. I had to go through hoops to get the sandwich charge changed.

Clean and good selection of items there. I recommend the blackberry lemonade. It tastes so dang good! A must-try!

I have lived down the street from this publix for the last 3 years, not one single time has the deli line ever been efficient with the exception of 3 times where the manager was called in by myself or others due to lack of support (understaffed section based on the line) or slowness in speed. As well as one time, when they had someone from another Publix working the location and was on top of her stuff.I travel around my city for work and love the subs. I have used at least 7 other Publix’s deli and not a single one has ever been this absurd with speed or inconsistency. I have easily seen triple digits in customers over the years leave the line because of how long it takes for 3 people to get their food. Today, I waited 25 minutes to get a sub with one group of 3 people in front of me, in that time, 3 different people came into line, and left due to the wait.It’s unfortunate that this is the Publix I live closest too, please please get some aid and support to this location. Ask the Publix up southside in Tinseltown or down by 295 for help on what they are doing because I do not see this problem there or is extremely rare.

Terrible experience in bakery and deli department. We grabbed a bag of bread it fell on the floor. We told them guy was mad act like we waste the bread. Woman in deli had no motivation to cut meat and cheese act as if we were disturbing her. People in this store are very rude.I will never go to this place again

Everyone was very helpful except the young man with a head full of black hair in the sandwich department. He was very rude to everyone - the lady in front of me and the six people behind me. He said that he only had wraps left as he was out of bread. The tall, older gentleman told him to get bread out of the bakery. He did for me. However, he seemed angry at the way I wanted my sandwich made. I have a specific order of how I like my items to go. It may not be the way Publix trains its employees, but I am the customer. He turned all the people behind me away as they didnt want wraps. I am giving 5 stars because this one employee shouldnt take away from the kindness shown by everyone else.

This review is in regards to the deli. A few weeks ago the Publix Ultimate sub was on sale for a pretty decent price. Around 5 or 6 dollars I believe. I specifically asked the person working the deli for the Publix Ultimate sub that was on sale. Without consulting me or giving me any kind of information, I was insteas givena Boars head sub and was charged a ridiculous 9+ dollars for a sub that was supposed to be around 5. I was given a small discount, but the sub was still way more expensive than I was prepared to pay. I should also add that they didnt close my sub properly meaning the contents of it were just spilling out. To top it off, the person that helped me was quite annoyed with me and made that clear despite this being an issue with Publix.I have worked at Publix in the past and I know this is nkot the standard of customer service that they hold themselves to.

Always great selection and value (many bogo offers). They dont carry certain items that are listed as being carried according to their app (specifically Hebrew National salami and any type of chopped liver). Otherwise, great!

Great location, I have shopped in the location for over 25 years. It definitely has challenges keeping up for a busy over populated area of Jacksonville. Keeping shelves stocked definitely is a open to close work in progress. Not sure if there’s any room for adding additional buildings space.

Feels like a smaller Publix store for some reason but its clean and nice. I used to come here quite a bit when I lived in the area. It has to be one of the busier Publixes I would assume. Never had a bad experience here. Publix prices do seem to be getting higher and higher over the years though!

What I like about them most is every time I shop there they make me feel welcome and make every effort to ensure I am well serviced. As a Handicap man the respect and help offered, without asking, is a blessing.

Well stocked isle, most employees greets customer and decent prices on few items. Some items are priced higher. This gives tough competition to Publix with other stores for same brand products. Surprisingly, no one ensure customers are wearing masks and their washroom are not up to the mark.

Stopped by for some lunch on our road trip. Found everything we needed, including some freshly-made guacamole. Lots of great meal options.

This store is a horrible store and poorly managed and their parking lot is a safety hazard as Ive indicated in the past since Ive been rearended twice. They will tell you that youll have subs available to be ready to be picked up at a specific time but then you wait for an additional 30 minutes while you watch The other people in the line getting their subs made get their subs faster than yours which you pre-ordered and gave them an hour to make five subs and yet they still didnt have it ready I called the store while I was waiting and a manager told me he would send someone over there he didnt. My experience at Publix shopping is definitely not a pleasure Not when youre dealing with people who are incompetent and disrespectful of your time and money I will never recommend Publix to anyone.

Produce at other locations are fresh but the produce at this location is disgusting! I bought lettuce and noticed it was partially frozen. Its like they freeze the produce and put them on the shelves whenever they need to restock the shelves. Publix is better than this. They need a new produce manger with basic common sense!

Is not the nicest Publix, but had most stuff all publix have and never can beat the employees of a Publix as they are nicest of any place I shop and not just grocery stores.

My favorite Publix! Ive never had any problems here and they always ask if I need help bringing my groceries to the car. I never do but its nice for them to ask everyone. Friendly service and products are in stock when I need them to be. If there was anything Id change it would be to make more rotisserie chickens towards the end of the night. I usually get there right on time but there are people coming right after me asking for them and theyve run out. Sometimes the skins on them are light but other customers may like it that way so I wont dock any stars. The service here is the best and 5 stars are well deserved.

I just moved back to FL from TN where I frequently shopped at Publix like almost daily. I tried to buy a BOGO item where in other states you can get one item at 50% off. Before I even got to the register the bagger yelled at me over the other customer that I had to get two. I asked why and she said they’ve always done it that way. Then with attitude turned to the manager who was at another register and said she thinks she can get it half off you tell her, again yelling over other customers. The manager did politely explain FL was different with tax laws but why was this bagger yelling at me and causing a scene? I’ve never experienced a rude employee at any Publix before. It’s the one grocery store you always expect to have a pleasant experience at. If an employee is going to decide to jump in and be so vocal and aggressive they might need to be educated on the policies. Or just mind their business and let the cashier do their job. It could have been politely explained.This location is also too small, too crowded, and no self checkout lanes. Won’t be back.

Placed an order for a Fondant cake. They never gave me a price. They said they had to order the fondant and they weren’t sure if they could make it in such short notice(I ordered it 8days in advance). I completely understand. However no one ever called it’s been 5 days since I placed my order and I still don’t know if they can make the cake and if so, how much. I just got off the phone with the bakery I explained the reason for my call and they said “ so you want to know the price? I don’t get why you’re calling” ....I may buy this cake now bc of my time crunch but I will never place a cake order ever again. unbelievable, the service and the communication isn’t so great. I don’t blame the employees I blame the managers and team leads clearly they have no guidance nor structure they just seem lost.

This particular Publix is as excellent as most of the rest. Always clean and management is usually about making sure everything is going well. Consistently well stocked, with friendly employees. I like going to this store.

Love publix in general but this location never has what I need. Will be out of product for sometimes months in a row while other nearby publix are fully stocked. At least the staff is nice as they tell you theyre all out over and over again.

Management and employees do not ask customers to wear a mask. I go to this publix regularly, and I have seen dozens of customers without masks walk right in the store past employees and managers alike. Its not my job to ask employees to enforce their own policies or make sure they arent violating government mandates, so I dont.Just dont go here if youre worried about the spread. I am finding a new location myself.

This Publix has “new policies” which are not posted anywhere that makes these “policies” seem situational. I have purchased hundreds of money orders in my life with a debit card. I have never had to show I.D. Because if it’s a debit transaction, you have to enter a P.I.N. Number. My mother is 66 years old and is social distancing due to COVID-19. I was told by Cindy a manager at this location that my mother who has all kinds of health reason to stay home right now, she would have to come in the store to purchase a money order. It’s ridiculous, and I do feel as if it is race motivated.
