So we went here looking for a king box spring. We were definitely given a lot of information about the bed we purchased off line. Because the box spring wasnt located at their facility the manager took off $20 for each box spring & the delivery charge!! Pretty awesome that he worked with us!! When the delivery people got there they just didnt drop the box springs at the front door. They put booties on their feet & took them all the way to our room & set up! They were very polite &&& said that the memory foam pillows that go for $25 a piece at the store were now $9!! I was wanting them, but they were too expensive! Man that was pretty cool they gave us that info! Very pleased!!

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Unprofessional!!!! Set an appointment and rearranged everything to be here for this appointment. No one was even here and it was closed. I called to speak to someone and they can’t even make it here for close to an hour. This is not how you do business. I barely had time today to do this and now I have to find somewhere else to go last minute. So unprofessional and unorganized!!!! This place does not value customers time for sure.

Even before the sale was finale he asked me a third time, are you sure this mattress is the one there’s other we can look at again I just want to make sure your comfortable. With any customer service there’s first impressions and how you make your customer feel is detrimental to how your sale will be like maya Angelo said “. Ive learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” My mattress is phenomenal I’m happy with the sale I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I didn’t want. Customer service is good. But, if you have back problems and on limited income dont invest into mattresses from here. Purchased 1st mattress and it lasted 4 months. Hank was so kind to replace it with another. We got 2nd mattress and within 1 1/2 months 2nd one started caving in. We have 10 yr warranty and we hope this helps. Hank can you please help?
