I stopped in to look at mattresses and found the perfect one. I picked it up Saturday and decided while I was there to purchase a couch. The owners are good people, its hard to find that anymore. Pros: You can get a good quality mattress at a great price here.Cons: The lack of communication between the guys that run this place and there customers is baffling. Brad Roberts throws his phone number out there constantly on the website. But try to call him and he never picks up. Try to leave him a voicemail? His mailbox is not even setup.The other guy Todd actually has his voicemail box setup, but he leaves it full so you cant leave a message. If youre actually able to get him on the phone his tone of voice and general attitude make it clear he doesnt want to be bothered.Visit the store in person? Better call first and make sure someone is actually there. They advertise their hours as 10 to 6. But when I went there during business hours the store was closed. Get them on the phone somehow and theyll tell you to come back later.The bottom line is we all have enough to do without having to chase down a salesman to get him to sell you a product.Buy your mattress from a store that treats you like they actually want your business and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these two guys.

Ive had this frame for 2 years and it still works as if it were brand new. Todd hooked it up; even on holiday he delivered and installed. Im actually getting another frame for my grandmother.PS - the motor is extremely quiet.

Run is all I can say. I spent $850 on a king mattress about 2 months ago. I have a bed that fully supports that mattress. Im 155 lbs and there is dips in it already. Its warped. Came in a plastic sleeve that was not sealed. Everything about the place just screams cringe. Salesman doesnt care. Hes too busy posting pillowtop mattresses on Craigslist for $199, which are not the actual mattress, clearly. Do yourself a favor and shop around a few places. After all, youre going to be spending a good portion of your life on that mattress. So how did I cope? I spent another $200 on a my pillow topper just to make it liveable. All together, over 1k. Ive bought an iComfort brand new for $300 (just to compare what a good deal is) These people mark up their products heavily. Theyre probably swimming in $

Purchased an adjustable bed frame from Brad for less than the cheapest price on amazon. They even helped us load it into our CRV.
