Nikita is the best stylist there. She is always professional and my hair turns out really nice

Don’t go to Linda - my color never looked so bad. She doesn’t listen. I agree with another post on here orange and white hair. I’ve been coloring my hair for years and never looked so bad.

Truly loved my experience with Paris. I got treated like a queen and I was just a spur-of-the-moment walk in. First time I’ve ever gotten the card of a nail tech to make sure I get her again.

Amy is AMAZING! I have booked back-to-back-to-back appointments with Amy because she is friendly, thoughtful, thorough and gives me what I want! I have been to many stylist as a military spouse but they all seem to get my color wrong! I like the “natural” look and my hair is always so much darker and I’m told to wait a week or two for the color to fade but with Amy i don’t get any of that I get the perfect color! I always enjoy my salon sessions with Amy and often refer others to come to Amy! Thanks Amy for always going above and beyond to meet my expectations!

Asked for blonde highlights in the front to frame my face including my bangs (my hair is a light brown) and instead just my bangs were colored. I look like a skunk and am extremely disappointed in this service. Furthermore, the bleach was so severe on my hair it is stringy and very damaged. I wanted a copperish blonde and instead got platinum. I will NEVER come back to this salon. They only offered a 10% discount for my experience.

Unfortunately I put my trust in Jen to do my hair color. I showed her many photos of what I wanted. I wanted an ombré with darkish ash blonde tones. Instead I am left with fried brittle orange and white blonde uneven hair. She said my hair would not be damaged if she did a deep conditioning treatment so I went ahead and did the second lighting treatment. I am so disappointed that a hair professional would put me through this. I don’t understand if you are not able to do what the client wanted, then why do it?! Now I am stuck with this hair until months I can fix it. My hair is already short so I can’t clip it off. So now I called the manager and am waiting for a call back. The point is, if you can’t give the client want they are looking for then be honest...my hair is not just a bad color but it is completely damaged. I am so disappointed in this salon. Never again will I be returning here, andhopefully no other client will have to go through this.

My girl Cheyenne is the BEST! I wanted to try something new and get bangs which I haven’t had since I was a kid (I’m 24 now) and I was extremely nervous but they look AMAZING! She layered my hair perfectly! Definitely the best scalp massage/scrub/shampoo I’ve ever had in my life! Thanks again girl, I’ll be back soon for sure!

Had my hair cut and highlighted last night. Cheyenne was amazing. She spent extra time giving me a scalp massage and hot towel treatment! My hair looks and feels great, and Ive gotten so many compliments! Thank you for such great service, youve gained a client for life!!

The service was very good. The colorist Guy was very charming and very good at giving a relaxing experience. I got a cut and color and was very satisfied with the results. The only reason I have knocked off a star is the pricing was very much off what was quoted, I didnt mind so much for myself as I believe I got great results but if youre going in expect to pay more than what you may have been quoted. Its not a deal breaker for me but it was about $45 more than I expected. All in all I will definitely go back and bring my daughter to see Guy but with the expectation that Im probably going to be paying more than what Im quoted. The receptionist did the pricing over the phone so its not a knock to the stylist as I believe he did a wonderful job.

Janogui does the BEST haircuts. I swear by her!! Since the first time she cut my hair I’ve come back to her ever since. She’s been cutting my hair and curly perming it. She’s talented and pays attention to detail and never cuts it too short if I ask her not too and always gets me the best curls with the perm!! Thank me later for sending you i her!

One of the best salon experiences ever. Service was amazing and Terry did a phenomenal job on my haircut and color. I definitely will be going back.

Generally speaking a good place for walk-in mens style cut. Rarely ever have an issue and mostly very skilled stylists.

Came in for relaxer with Rachel or Richel poorly done service with chemicals. Would advise buyer beware. Find out what stylist are experienced in the service you want. Only given excuses, “she’s new”and no apology for the poor service. Should have been offered a full refund only got partial back. Had to come back 3 times before hair is done right. If you go ask for Tara because she was able to correct poorly done relaxer.

We booked an appointment online a couple months ago. No one called to confirm. I tried reaching out several times. I could not get an answer so I showed up on the day of my appointment and no one was there. It was regular buisness hours around 10 or 11am on a Friday. Waited around for a while, never saw a single person so I left. They really need better customer service and someone needs to be monitering their online booking system better.

Took my 5 year old to get a hair cut, (the lady)shouldnt be cutting kids hair. Wasnt nice at all to my son and didnt bother the keep the loose hair out of his face. The paper neck thing came loose and all the cut hair went down his shirt. All of these things made him very uncomfortable and couldnt hardly hold still. If you cant do a kids cut then say so.We where in a pinch and gave it a shot with this place, but we will never be back
