Great variety of beauty supplies, but customer service need more training. I would give them a five stars but they are responsible for who they hire.

I Over LOVE Beauty Depot! 😍 I can’t help but get excited every visit I make, they have a gorgeous variety of beauty items making it far from your average beauty supply store! I admire that they stay on top of trendy styles as well as popular products. From bundles, to makeup, accessories, wigs, and even fashion! Beauty Depot definitely lives up to its slogan “Where Beauty Begins.” They have multiple locations throughout Jacksonville but “Beauty Depot Super Center” is by far the largest beauty supply in North Florida 🙌🏽

They always have a great selection of wigs, weave and braid hair, every product you can name and everyone is so helpful. They now have a full clothing womens section with elegant gowns, chill sets, purses and designer hats.

All the young ladies who worked there were very nice and helpful

Its huge and has a wide variety of hair extensions. They have everything you need for your beauty accessories. I can never run in and out in 15 minutes I always find something of use. 🙂

I love this place. My son has been raving about this store for a while. Since he highly recommended it, I decided to take a drive 🚙 to check it out and boy was I glad I did. Everything you can possibly need is at this beauty supply. One thing is for sure, I dont know of a place that tops it as of yet .

Great Store! Staff is really friendly and helpful. However, I did not give a 5 star review because of my experience on today . My husband purchased me two pants sets from here and they were to large. I tried taking them back to the store to exchange them but the lead lady on staff wouldn’t allow me to even exchange them for the correct size. Unfortunately because It was a gift I wasn’t able to give her the receipt. However, I do understand the store policy because I frequent aswell as shop at the store quite often. However just BEWARE of the return policy. Please please PLEASE even if someone else is purchasing you something, get the receipt even if it’s a gift!!!

My favorite beauty supply store. The variety of hair, wigs, hair products, and makeup is great!! My wig collection has grown tremendously because they have so much to choose from. The customer service is usually good too.

You tell someone they’re hired just for them to quit their job and turn around and tell them that you never had any openings. Very unprofessional and probably just wanted the PPP loan. Never buy from this shop.

The only reason i am rating this location a 1 star is due to the horrific customer service I received on Wednesday ( am) 24 June. I mean like how difficult is to receive quality customer service. The young women who work in the store act like it pains them that they have to come to work, I mean when its time for you to receive your paycheck Im sure youre excited and ready to receive the rewards of your efforts, then why not treat customers as if your paycheck depended on it. I went it to purchase a human hair wig and the young girl behind the counter acted as if she had no idea nor clue what I wanted, She tried to sell me a wig for $500.00 and I was like Ummm Maam, are these the only human hair wigs they this store carries, her response was yeah, now clearly the store has an entire wig section, after dealing with her non-nonchalant attitude, I will gladly patronize another establishment or better yet start supporting Black Owned Hair Stores.... Good luck to all the other shoppers, IJS Customer Service should always be #1, if it was not for us as customers patronizing your establishments, then your business would fail and your sales margin would be in Red not Black.... Stay Woke People...

So this was my first time in beauty depot and I loved it!! I ended buying too much hair and needed to return 2 bags. I looked at my receipt and it said only store credit or exchanges granted. I went back there, bought a different style of hair, went up to the counter to check out and the young girl says we are NOT excepting returns or issueing store credits at this time. Keep in mind this is only 3 days later. I told her the receipt says this at the bottom but they had a sign saying no returns or exchanges due to COVID19. So, I think they should grant me my exchange because there is clearly a conflict here. Sign says one thing, receipt says something different. I told the young lady you all need to get rid of this information at the bottom. She was not very nice about it. I will not be returning here. Sorry☹😞😫

The store looks great!! You can find any and everything but I have came in to purchase items that had one price on their display and but once Its time to purchase, the items are check out a different price. It happen twice since shopping there.
