I love their lash service and products they carry. Everyone who works in there is friendly willing to help and get to know you quickly which matters when I spend my money. The store does not have control over the patrons that shop that but when an issue arise it is properly addressed. The shoppers need to be more adult like!

That picture alone makes me when I want to shop here. The inside was dirty and junky. They have boxes thrown EVERYWHERE.

I have getting my lashes applied since 2010 at Beauty Town. Jo Jo was my girl back in the day but, God blessed her with her own business. Im still a very happy and loyal customer. Since Jo Jo left Sarah has been doing my lashes for years and to the present shes still the best! Always, greets me with a very warm friendly smile. We share good conversations and a couple of laughs here and there. Thanxs, Beauty Town......and a very special Thank You! To my girl Sarah.

Poor quality and over priced

Great place to shop the owner and all the staff are very friendly and very helpful!!! And they have really really good deals and good hair and a rewards programs that gives you money towards your next purchase and you can build it up!!! Its the only place ill get my hair from now LOVE IT❤❤❤

This used to be a great hair store back in the day now its old and ran down. Their wigs look like they never changed them from 12 years ago when I used to be a frequent customer back in the day. They look old and ran down and need to be thrown away or at least replace it with a new one from another pack. Then they have the nerve to sell some of their wigs for $149 - $399 LOL. The wigs dont even look like real human hair and they have the nerve to have a 3 wig minimum try on! You must not really want to sell any of your wigs limiting your customers to a 3 wig only try on policy. I will never go back here ever, I wanted to wear a protective style since Ive been wearing my natural hair for a little minute without protecting it. Now I see why its been 12 years since Ive been here!

They cant do eyebrows I told the guy to arch my eye brows thin he did them how he wanted to do them and the Asian guy behind the counter tells me aint nothing they can do yall want get my business ever again you have to do what the customer wants.Bad customer service if you miss up something fix it.thats how you lose customers .

My second choice to get lashes done. Wigs are expensive here.

Terrible customer service. Got lashes applied for my wedding, and was told that baby oil would remove them when I was ready to. The lashes really started to irritate my eyes a few days before the wedding, and after multiple attempts with baby oil and a professional salon trying with their techniques, the lashes still would not come off. The lady at the professional salon I went to for removal said they glued the lashes to my real lashes, which they were not supposed to do! They are supposed to glue them to your eyelid. I called the store and they said they had done everything right and that baby oil definitely will remove them. I kept attempting with no luck. I ended up being able to tolerate them for the wedding, but when I removed them after, I pulled nearly all of my real lashes off with them. Absolutely horrible experience!

They do great lashes that last. Its ALWAYS a long line so you know the service is good and the wait is worth it!

Use to be the best place to get your lashes done when Jojo work in there but now the young girl doing them is the WORST I gave them to more chances after my lashes came off the same day I got them done same thing then I had to repay to get them done...I use to go there every week now I rather go to Jojo shop lease they last.
