Ive been getting my hair and hair care products from them for a while now, and I have yet to be disappointed! Whether it’s for my natural hair or my bundles I get from them they have whatever it is I’m looking for. These ladies do an amazing job at making everyone look and feel as beautiful inside as they are outside when they get out of their chairs. I’ve had great experiences with the hair I’ve purchased it’s been 7 months & counting, I’ve had 3 different installs with the hair and it’s still in good condition no shedding, no tangling, no nothing! Ive worn this hair off and on for 2 years and its still look fabulous. Ive applied heat washed and dyed it. The hair is still full and will last a long time if maintained and groomed, I recommend anyone to purchase your hair from beautyfablab, very helpful & great customer service, and its a one stop shop! 😊💇🏽

If you are looking for quality hair I would recommend. However I would not recommend getting your hair done here. While you do get laid and slayed they are totally unprofessional. All of the stylist, (excluding the one who does the braids on the end) are unprofessional. If you schedule an appointment in the morning Id recommend you coming at least 30 minutes late (I once waited a hour) because if you come on time they will not be there. You will be waiting. Then when they do theyre gonna look at you like, what time I had told you to come in? THIRTY DAMN MINUTES AGO THATS WHAT TIME. Why do you schedule appointments if you dont even write them down? And if you schedule an afternoon appointment go ahead and show up a hour late because apparently they all think they can do sew ins in 5 minutes and book 5 people at the same time. And them being late to begin with doesnt help. Needless to say dont get your hair done here. I wont be anymore.I rather just pay more for better service.

I have a simple tip. Please be sure to list your establishment as a “private business” when you advertise. It will prevent potential customers from driving across town to patronize your business. Your potential customers would greatly appreciate it.

I have always experienced good professional service at the Lem Turner location. The owner was so accommodating that he ordered a product for me that he didn’t carry at the time and had it available at the promised time.

My wife received her bundles of hair prior to our wedding day in 2017..Loved the look she has when she wears it ..still looks good 2yrs later.

I was promised I wld get my hair in the next order and will be notified when it was in store. When I got there all I had to do was make my payment! The service was amazing and hair feels great! Can’t wait for the install.

It was last minute on Sunday and I needed a closure. I reached out to beauty fab lab on IG n he responded and gave me time to meet him with no problem..I was so thankful for the great customer service.

I like the owner! But the employees are rude and very unprofessional. I have cancer and my hair is very short, when arriving the stylist laughed because I wanted a sew in. I left, didnt even get my hair done. Take pride in your job ladies. Smile and greet people. You never know whose life you can change by being sweet and sincere, instead of acting like hood rats. I only recommend business there because of the owner and other than the salon everything else is grand. Other than that FIRE all those unprofessional little girls who want to gossip and act ghetto and put real women up there that know how to act like women and carry theirselves like it too!!! P.S. if you dont wanna work then QUIT. Theres a lot of women who would love to work!

If I could rate this vendor and his product I rate them both a negative 5! The hair is lowest grade possible. Its nappy after 1 day. The only way it looks decent is after washing it. You have an hour or 2 afterwards and its bushy again. Then you call him with an legit complaint he is unconcerned, rude and, unprofessional. If you are looking for quality hair that is guaranteed DO NOT SHOP WITH FABLAB-#BAD BUSINESS

Do NOT I SAY DO NOT shop here. Rude to its 10th power! I just went in to buy hair glue had my 2yr old with me i said hello tho heffa replied what u need with an attitude. She was twisting so danm hard and trying to stomp with some force she almost knocked my baby over and thats when i almost knocked her out. I added to my order A stocking cap she snapped her teeth n rolled her eyes but she didnt notice she ended up going me 3 caps instead(thx) if she had focused and less attitude She could of caught it and i probably would have returned it but since she wanted to play who can be nastier i kept it. Dont shop with this hair store never!!

Made special trip here on our way back to NY (we like patronizing minority owned business,) pull up to front door, sign indicating “CASH ONLY!”Oh well, we’ll take our business to CoCo beauty supply, see how we “fair” there!

Went in for a frontal . Came out looking like boo boo the fool . My frontal was tinted to an orange color . I’m not orange I’m brown skin !! They use too much of the hair like my head is big . Not everyone needs 3 bundles and a frontal especially if my head is small . Frontal didn’t even last a week . Wasted time and money

The girl that did my hair messed my hair up, after I took out my sew in my hair was completely damaged . The way my hair was braided down cause me lots of breakage .. this was really unprofessional braiding and the whole team was unprofessional
