I’ve made over a dozen attempts via phone and email to obtain service from Doug Gaus with American Shade Pros in Arizona and his regional manager Gregg Jensen without resolution only excuses and misdirection. There is no method to contact their corporate office rather your call is redirected to the local dealer. The tech who finally showed 4 months ago up failed to bring the correct parts and fabric was incorrectly sized. Can’t make this up!

7 months, since my sister had your awning installed. Serviced multiple times and now denied repair on the main arm. SUNESTA of Jacksonville...technician and corporate stating her children were hanging from the awning!! Her children cannot even walk! All 6 children, that she adopted, are all in wheelchairs!! They CANNOT stand nor climb!! Im utterly shocked by your company and this blatant fraud! The porch is something her children love!! With the Florida sun and heat, she invested in your awning. Not even a year, yall should be ashamed of yourselves!

The distributor in Arizona refused to make a service call. DONT buy any Sunesta products until they find a new distributor in Arizona that believes in customer service.
