We were very fortunate to have had the same experience both with Kristen and Stephen who did the installation. Kristen was very patient with us as we had many windows to decide upon in a new build. Same can be said of Stephen. Stephen takes great pride in his work and is makes sure the customer understand how the product works and goes over all to be sure you understand - this due to cellular shades for large patio sliders that work from either side. I was very impressed and pleased with the service I received from Heather Deptola in your Mt. Pleasant store. The day I spoke with her, she gave me the answers I needed to complete my request. My new blind was ordered right away and I will receive it in early April. It was under warranty and there will be no charge. I had not purchased the blinds originally from her, but it didnt matter. She took care of me as though I had made a big purchase. I will definitely call her in the future to make other purchases and recommend her highly. It is rare to receive this kind of service today.

We had Patriot install some glazing as well as plantation shutters in an arched window which required a bit more attention to detail, care and skill than I could do on my own. Everyone we talked with was friendly and professional. I also appreciated how timely they were—their sales associate and installer showed up exactly when they said they would and did their work neatly and efficiently. At the end the shutters look great and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Were very happy with the selection process (thanks Mark and Daniel), installation and final look of our windows. There were a few mistakes made on the order, but Patriot Blinds stood behind their work and made it right. Steve came out yesterday, and corrected the issues. He was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is still a part of the re-order that did not arrive, but I am confident that this will be addressed quickly.

Fantastic service from the free estimate all the way through the installation. They sell quality products. Might not be cheap, but they look and feel like you paid for a quality crafted product. Everything about the staff at Patriot blinds was professional and friendly. I wanted to shop local so I asked around and heard nothing but good things about them and I decided to give them a call. Robert showed up at my house with several options for me to look at and helped me pick the right style for me and my family. He was even kind enough to wait while I went to catch my dog who had gotten out as soon as he arrived.
