Very long wait. They do not initiate calls about your vehicle. It appears it will take all of 2 weeks for work to be done on transfer case.

This auto repair shop always gives great service. I could not do all the repairs needed, but they guided me with a plan to get the other repairs done at a later time.

I enjoy supporting locally owned businesses. I will go to NO other than Mr. Best Wrench for ALL my car needs. I have four cars, Acura to Honda and they have always been very fair, reasonable, and as timely as possible. Any delays were only due to vendor deliveries. Lee, Steve, and the garage gents are always friendly, provide helpful advice, and are ready to help. I had a battery go bad, drove in and was out in 10 minutes! Lee, the owner, isnt hesitant to help. Lee carried the battery out to the car for the mechanic removing my old battery and got me on my way. If you have a problem with prices, it probably has more to do with the cost of car parts. If you have a problem with the people, check your attitude in the mirror, ...these guys are great! I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Best Wrench for whatever ails your given mode of transportation! This place is absolutely the worst automotive repair shop we have ever used and we have had cars for over 50 years . We had them do a complete automotive overhaul pretty much on our 2000 Honda Civic, it’s a great little car and we wanted to keep it in good condition .. after $3000 spent we still have problems with our car . We let them know and they have had it back several times because it has had an oil leak since we got it back from them . They said to bring it back and they would fix it ... after 3 times taking back and still leaking we took it to another mechanic .. it’s what my husband had suspected but Mr Goodwrench couldn’t seem to find or fix!It’s now going to cost us again to get it right .I would never recommend this company .

Great place to service your car. Reasonable prices and you can make appointments. I like the fact they communicate with you. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I appreciate having someone I trust work on my car.

This is a great place referred to me by someone. I was having trouble with my car and had taken it to the dealership. I called them and explained the problem and the exact diagnosis the dealership gave me. They actually gave me a quick quote for the same repair over the phone for less money. They even told me that the quote was good for 24 hours while I had my regular mechanic look at it. Inevitably, I brought my vehicle back to them so they could actually test it a few days later. Unfortunately, the car was acting normally that day and they couldnt recreate the problem, nor was a code coming up in the diagnostic. The manager talked with me for over 15 minutes. He offered different options that he could do to help. More importantly, He gave me options that didnt include HIM fixing my vehicle. I wanted people to read this and realize that not every mechanic is a crook. I ended up trading my vehicle to purchase another, but I indeed have a new one. Its The guys at Mr. Best Wrench.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I had my car towed to their lot at 2 pm on a Monday and by 4pm the next day, the car was fixed. Had a complete radiator removal, replacement, flush and fill. Plus they had to order the part. Great job guys. Thank you for the quick turn around.

Working with a national chain I waisted 3 trips trying to get my brakes fixed - which they never did fix. Took my car to Mr Best Wrench and they had fixed it before noon and rotated my front tires because they noticed a slight shimmy. My Dad had originally recommended them, claiming that they would do a good job overall. He was right. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they try to save you money where they can. The mechanic did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them every time it needs something. One thing I really liked was that they did not try to sell me on other things for my car once done. I paid for a service, they finished it, and I was on my way!

Best tune up I have had on my 150k+ Accord! Prior tune-ups had never done much for me (or my car)... it seemed they were just a necessary & expensive evil, which did not improve car feel, run and sounds. Well - this one did! The 12 year old car runs better and smoother ever since. Very satisfied!

One of the best prices around. Went in to replace two tires, price was comparable to SAMs Club, straight forward pricing with no hidden fees. Since I have a less common tire size they had to order the tires (same issue with every other dealer I spoke to) they had the tires delivered by their supplier within 2 hours. Install was about an hour with no wait. Ill be using them for all my tire needs in the future. Thank you for the service.

Also they never call you to let you know what they are going to do to it, or any additional charges that will be added. Upon finally getting my vehicle they charged me a ridiculous price just so I could drive it 30 minutes down the road and the problem come right back. I have never seen such a terrible car shop NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MR. WORSTWRENCH!!!!!!!

Had the guys do a TeraFlex lift on my new Jeep, great work and excellent service. Very accommodating around my busy schedule. They also did tires and suspension on a Rav4 for me, again - high quality work at a great price. I highly recommend them!

Always get a second opinion on their estimate. On two occasions their estimate was three times what our second one was. The second one had fewer required parts and completely fixed the problem.

Great for straight forward obvious problems but terrible for diagnosing problems. Ive live nearby and have taken many of my vehicles here for over 10 years and for oil changes, tire repairs and straight forward stuff I find them convenient. If its not obvious though stay clear. They have charged me over $1,000 to replace a fan clutch which didnt fix the intermittent engine light which kept coming on. I was charged over $500 for a light controller on my old caravan and the problem resurfaced shortly thereafter, no apologies or refunds for either. I keep wanting to give them my business because they seem like a great bunch of guys but they need a better trouble shooter onboard.

Ok service, prices are a little high, had to take it back a few times for the same issue, really not worth the hassle but I dont have a Jeep so maybe thats why?Took way to long to change a belt and pulley I would have changed had I not been at work way to much for the work they did and they were trying to put it on for a 6 cyl when i clearly have a 4 cyl ( haha) and then charged me for the labor including that issue instead of giving a discount, got my oil changed the same day again because I was working and 4 days later my car says to get an oil change and oil level low, to bad they did a bad job as i have well over $3000 ( not including labor) that needs to be done to this vehicle since I use it to go all over the US for work... save some money and time. Go somewhere else

I KNOW this company well. I live across the street from them, and have used them for 24 years. We have had 5-6 vehicles serviced by them over the years, and have even purchased tires from them. TRUST ME, I am picky as hell about anyone who TOUCHES MY TRUCK(S). No one, and I mean NO ONE touches my ( 2 trucks since 2001) EXCEPT Mr. Bestwrench. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING, and their quality of work is the same. You WILL pay more for the same work elsewhere. And receive nothing remotely close to the workmanship they provide.

Went in with a bad tire leak and they couldn’t even take the time to patch or plug it. Go somewhere else if you need real help.

Total Rip Off!!! Charged me way too much and didnt even fix it.Guy in office and one of mechanics got into a big argument in the garage while I was there.I could hear them from inside the office it was so loud. Alot of F bombs. So unprofessional and a sign this place is to be avoided at all cost. I had my car towed to my regular shop and got it fixed right and for alot cheaper. NEVER AGAIN. Avoid them or pay the price.
