I have a 1998 BMW Z3 2.8, that has been modified with a lot of custom parts and when it was not running correctly and the Check Engine light came on I reached out to Bavarian Rennsport. Being relatively new to the area, left in 2002, I was not sure where to go with my Z3 that was not the Dealership. Call the shop and made an appointment, after getting to the shop and meeting everyone I knew that I made the correct decision. I left my Z3 with them for initial diagnostics, they were able to provide me with the items that were in need of repair. They are very professional and explained everything that needed to be completed. If you are looking for a place to take your BMW to get an item repaired this is the place. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great alternative to the dealership.

These guys are very helpful, punctual and do an excellent job communicating and keeping you in the loop every step of the way. They worked with my warranty company seamlessly, and got my parts ordered and installed in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend.

I spent over $4,000 in one year with this shop these guys just didnt know what they were doing have they always want to overcharge you or find other problems with your car to make more money. The owner never called thats a lie car sat up there for a year cuz nobody ever contacted me on what was wrong with it and you couldnt rip me off for more money call her looks like hes on pills always wearing Dark Shades even at night and a known felon will always tell you that his business is faith based full of integrity while hes ripping you off

Through a friend’s recommendation, I called and talked to Dara and Chris about upgrading the exhaust on my 2015 Audi A6 3.0T. From the very start they were amazing. When we moved to Jacksonville I was pleased to find a shop to take care of my Porsche. From the first visit to Bavarian Rennsport’s website I was impressed with the detailed information and ability to book an appointment online. I opted to not book online and give the shop a call. I spoke with Dara one of the owners and she was very nice and informative. She was not only able to book my appointment but she also had the Porsche technician get on the phone to answer some of my questions. When I arrived for my appointment I was immediately greeted at my car by a young man who was eager to welcome me by my name and check my car in for my appointment . I have to admit, I felt kinda important. Once I was checked in, Jeffrey the Porsche Tech came over and discussed all my concerns while the young man took detailed notes of our conversation. Considering my laundry list of maintenance request was going to take a couple of days, they got me a ride home. Another nice perk. Once the work was completed, I received a phone call and text notifying me the work was done. I wasn’t going to be able to pick up the car during normal business hours, so they made an exception and met me after hours to pickup. This shop goes over and beyond to make its customers happy and to feel like a friend. The facility is very clean, organized and very welcoming. The work is quality and affordable. Car was there for at least two months with limited amount of techs, couldnt wait anymore and had to snatch from them and take it to a dealer. Not cool at all! Because you spent extra time on the vehicle at no charge I will leave a 5 star based on that!

I would highly recommend this company over going to a Porsche dealership For servicing. They provided white glove pick up and delivery of my vehicle in an enclosed transportation vehicle. They took exceptional care of my car and did everything plus reported out other items that the dealer would not have done. My car is a 2015 Porsche 911 GTS Carrera and even though I have barely 16,000 miles on the car it was required for a 60,000 mile check up. The owner personally went over with me every detail that was needed and ensure the work was properly done. Excellent value For a classic car. All I did was ask for a quote and I was asked for my phone number and my email. They said that by Florida law a quote takes 48 hours to process. What? I know whats wrong and I wanted to get it fixed. Im not sure why the run around. I just wanted a quote. Couldnt get one. Way too complicated for an auto repair. Going somewhere else that already gave me a quote without all the questions. I was just trying to do a price comparison but my God. Geez!

After many letdowns from my local BMW dealer, I needed a new BMW shop that I could trust to give me accurate information about my car. My 2010 335i was throwing a mystery code neither I nor other specialty shops could figure out. Enter the experts at Bavarian Rennsport. In a few hours they were able to figure out the cause, talk me through the remediation, and get the work done. Oh and they picked up and dropped the car off. Superb service, excellent communication, and expertise unlike any others in Jax. Cant recommend enough.

Im the proud owner of a 2011 BMW X5 XDrive 35d. Ive spent a lot of money to figure out an engine light problem. One mechanic made me replace all kind of parts, every time I drove a few mile, the light came back. After a while, I took it to the dealer, I decide to take it to the dealer. I took it to the dealer twice, both times, I had to replace something different, the problem still was not resolved. It was not until I got referred to Bavarian, the problem got diagnosed correctly. What I like about Bavarian is that they send you pictures showing what theyre doing/ what parts they are replacing/the condition of the parts, even showing you all the Diagnostic codes before they do anything to your car. I will recommend them to anyone. European vehicles are their specialty.Gueldo

Ive had my 2006 Porsche Cayman S serviced here twice now and could not be more satisfied. I feel they mix the right amount of professionalism with courtesy making the entire experience as simple and stress-free as possible. I can not recommend this shop enough. I have never actually enjoyed my experiences with any mechanics shop until this one. Bavarian has helped me with a few issues as well as helped with some performance parts and I dont think I could be anymore satisfied. I wanted to get the crank hub on my F80 M3 upgraded and looked around Jacksonville and surrounding cities (Orlando, Tampa) to find the right place. The crank hub is no easy task and requires an expert technician to complete. I called Bavarian Rennsport and set up a time to visit the shop and discuss the project. I was greeted by Chaz, Shawn, the owner and his team who took the time to discuss my car and future plans. I want to go with Pure Turbos in the future and we discussed the right steps and parts needed to safely run the upgraded turbos. I just picked my car up last night after the upgraded crank hub and charge pipes and the car runs better than ever. They also identified some wiring that had an issues and took care of it. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would recommend Bavarian Rennsport to anyone with a BMW or European car. They are simply the best.

The owner expressed reasonable concerns from a previous visit to Melbourne bmw. He made sure that any concerns i had were addressed. I will return without a doubt to this shop. I was interested in using you for my new engine, but you sent a total lack of info and what u did send was not clear. U should clear up what u are sending people. People want specifics when buying a new engine. This is an addendem to the post. When I posted the above, a man from this company called me and was extremely obnoxious. He did not want to know why my post was as i did it. He simply started to berate me for posting as I did. What that told me was that my post was correct and that his business tactics were awful. When I first inquired about an engine, I was looking for help, and did not get any from him. So if you are someone looking for engine help, this does not seem the place to find it

I called in to get a quote. Within minutes, I was emailed a detailed quote with a a link to accept or decline the services. It could have been easier to schedule an appointment, they were able to take my vehicle in the same day. I was able to drop off and pick up my vehicle without any contact, which is great considering social distancing. If I could give this mechanic more stars, I would. Bavarian Rennsport provides great service on my 535i. I needed the Driver Seat rear panel repaired. BR did a fabulous job on my car and I am very happy with that as well as the appearance...looks brand new! I will be using BR for my upcoming Oil Change service to see how I like their product

I recently bought an e46 m3 and wanted to get it tuned up and checked out. I heard that this place was the best around and throughout my experience I was shown that. They keep in touch with calls, texts, and pictures describing what they are doing and if you want them to proceed. They work with you on price with financing help, and treat your car as their own and are happy to do so. As a return customer, I am still very happy with the care and quality of my service. I went in for an oil change but decided last minute to get my wheel alignment. Mind you I had an appointment for next week at another shop but was pleased to add this service now without further wait.

Also the issue was resolved quickly and with minimal money spend. They don’t mind working with you and patch the problem till you get enough money to fix it right. Also, $99 an hour is a deal compared to BMW that charges $149. Same knowledgeable techs, less money. I’m good with that. A+ in my books.

Exceptional customer service. I took my E92 M3 for a rod bearing replacement and I couldnt be happier. These guys truly amazing and and far from the average mom and pop backyard mechanic shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and treat your vehicle like its their own.

Had the Mercedes SUV in with a check engine light. Emissions issue identified immediately with Mercedes automotive diagnostics tool that Stuttgart licenses to worthy independent shops like Bavarian Rennsport. Part installed. A week later had a 900+ mile round trip with total confidence in the Master Technician who performed the service. I shall return for scheduled maintenance and any other issues that may crop up on down the road.

So far this shop and people in it have proven very capable and well. I contacted them on a WED night regarding an oil leak. They took me in the next morning, had parts ordered that afternoon once a diagnosis was made. The part was overnight shipped and installed. I picked the car up SAT. Very good timing, efficient and the car isnt leaking oil anymore. The Owner and a few techs also showed me the culprit when I went to pick up the car. Very good experience and thank you to the North Florida BMW guys that recommended this shop. Will update if anything changes.

Took my car in for oil change service and also advised on a/c not blowing cold on half the vents. Was advised it was a $2000 repair to fix the leak in the A/c unit.Got a second opinion and it turned out there was no leak and repaired for $90 with additional freon added.Not sure I will be back!

After having issue with my 335i charge pipe we brought our vehicle here. I could not be more satisfied with work that was done. Dropped off my X5 during the covid pandemic to have a few items checked out. The shops website was easy to use to book the appointment and there set up for social distancing was actually really cool. I dropped my key in the lock box rang their door bell to let them know the key had been dropped off and left. They texted me about 20 mins later to let me know they started the inspection. Then sent me a report via text and email and sent me a code to open one of the lock boxes to retrieve my key for pickup. Id say this was the most prompt, tech friendly, easy to use mechanic service Ive ever experienced.

Not a good experience at this shop...First I was referred as an excellent shop but I experience otherwise..Took my BMW for brake job and oil changeThey treated me very nicely..The next day after brought the Bmw home saw a puddle of oil on the floor on my garageMy car never leaked oilI called and try to explain it to them over the phone about the oil leakI was told to bring it back to be lookedAt that point I lost faith and didn’t trust this shop because I knew they did something wrong on the car. So I took it to Tom Bush BMW on Atlantic and they found out that the oil filter was not tightened up enough and the rubber was pinchedVery disappointed and won’t recommend anyone at this shopIf they can’t do an oil change right they don’t deserve my businessYou will be better off going straight to the BMW dealership

Bavarian Rennsport was able to fix a problem with the right front turn signal on my wife’s Mercedes-Benz that had bugged us for over a month. A mechanic from another repair center had replaced the bulb four times. It was still not fixed. So I brought the car to Bavarian Rennsport and they found the trouble and corrected the problem.
