We had an awesome experience with Infiniti on Atlantic Blvd. We had been to so many dealerships and looked at so many vehicles but the main thing that brought us back to Infiniti was our salesman Bryan. Yes we loved the vehicle but even other vehicles we liked from other dealerships did not have the customer service Bryan provided. We ultimately wanted to give him our service and wanted to help him make money because he was amazing. Other dealerships we had seen were so pushy. You could tell they just wanted to sell sell sell and they wanted us to shop according to their standards and their budget and bottom line they weren’t listening to our wants and needs as the customer.. However, Bryan, was just great. Friendly, kind, down to earth. Did not lean us one way or another. Gave us straight numbers of the cars we inquired about. Made the test driving process a breeze. He was personable and working his butt off that day. There was just this genuinity about him that we trusted and connected with that ultimately drove us to make the purchase of our Ford Flex for our new growing family! We even said that morning we wouldn’t buy anything that day and would take the night to think any possibilities over but Bryan just made the process simple and enjoyable. If we keep him as our salesman in the future for all our car sale needs I’ll never dread car shopping again. He deserves all the customers, take your business to Bryan at Infiniti on Atlantic! The financial department guy, Alex, was also pleasant to work with. Kind, to the point, and easy to work with. I’m so happy we stopped here as we had no intentions to. 5 stars all around for this experience. And will gladly spread the word and return for any personal future car needs! THANK YOU BRYAN!

I have bought a good bit of cars in my lifetime and this experience with my sales guy Brian and the sales manager David was hands-down the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car!!!I live in Georgia so everything was handled over the phone. When I got there I literally signed the paperwork and was pretty much out the door!!David was fast, friendly, efficient and amazing!! Brian was friendly, efficient, amazing and he went above and beyond! Paul is the best salesman at Infiniti. He has never pressured me to buy something I wasn’t interested in and is so incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicles, options and set up. He is so kind and warm and trustworthy that I’ve done business with him 3 times and I will continue to as long as he’s there. Paul was amazing!! I went to look for a car alone, and being a woman I was very scared of being deceived. Well Paul was a breath of fresh air. I had my vehicle there 4 times....until I took it to American Transmission to find out the transmission is no good. I spent $1500 on parts and labor for work that should have never been done as the transmission was no good. I paid out of pocket on one occasion for a rental for 4 days. This was a very stressful experience for no reason.I will say this....my experience with my Advisor Mike Shee was very good. He has excellent CS skill and treated me very good. He has nothing to do with the one star rating Im giving the dealership.

Went to Infiniti Atlantic. Staff were very accommodating. Handel was very professional, down to earth person, personable and have a very good sense of what the client is looking for. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and showed me around the highlights of each models. Alex who handled the finance part was very professional and explained the details easily. This dealership was awesome. When I got there I went in to find a salesman and was instantly greeted by Bryan Shannon. He was fantastic, asking if I needed any help and if I would like anything to drink. I told him I was interested in a particular vehicle and he got the keys and we went for a test drive. We got back to the dealership and discussed numbers and came below what my wife and I were willing to pay out the door. We then spoke to Daniel Southworth the financial manager who was very helpful. He tried real hard to be able to get us a low interest rate and low monthly payments if we went through them for financing. Overall they were very helpful and they were kid friendly as well, we had our 1 and a half year old with us and everyone was polite and helpful. Definitely a great place to do business.

The car was super clean when I picked it up and have not had a single issue with it since. As always Atlantic Infifnti exceeded my expectations. I helped negotiate a deal on a car for my son law who lives out of state. Bruce gave a great price on an awesome vehicle. All the paper work was sent for E signatures and was just like it was supposed to be no surprises. Son in law picked up the car and it was spotless just like the photos and had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I have purchase over 15 cars from AA and will continue to use them. Great experience as always

I left to go to work planning on buying this car... got a call from finance “ you need to get a grip!! My wife had some noise in her engine compartment. Called the service at 6pm. Call was answered promptly, got transfered to a service manager. Service manager answered call. We were able to drop off car for service as needed under warranty. Service manager brought up an issue with the recall of ABS and offered to take care of that at same time. Loaner was provided. An amazing experience overall. Wife has a car to go to work, and our vehicle is being taken care of. Thank you Infiniti @ Atlantic!!!

I have a a 2017 Q50 that I did not get here but have brought it in a few times for warranty things.I know a bit about cars and will do most basic things myself and will check for many things before taking it anywhere . Atlantic Infiniti has always been straight up with me and never tried anything sideways/ unethical when I went in, Ive experienced it before and many places will routinely work to fvck you outta more money but this place has never done anything like that and I was pleasantly surprised. Great place to purchase a car! I bought a car for myself and my mother. What impressed me most was that for her car they addressed her for everything. I have experienced a lot of other dealers that would talk to the man and ignore the woman in the equation. Very nice customer service I actually have a 2006 infiniti m35 and they sent me a letter about a few recalls and they are taking care of everything at no cost to me and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could still make it to work while they fix my car!! Thanks infiniti atlantic for being so nice 🙂

Be weary of this rip off dealership. According to them, my car (2013), is to old and they can’t fix it properly... and this is after they ripped my warranty company and myself off of money. My warranty company has now flagged this dealership after discovering that they over charged me for parts and labor, as well as, charged me taxes on a warranty repair when that is against federal law. If you got money to blow, by all means shop here. They know how to spend your money.

If this app would give me 0 stars I would have given that a rating. Over the last few year I have experience several issues with this dealership all of my business goes to Infiniti of Orange Park now. Recently had my convertible serviced offered no loaner after services were accepted. Spent over $1k for services. Had to get rides back and to the dealership first attempt gave my the convertible back with an alarm ringing in the car and the top would not open. You would think for quality control someone would of checked it before calling me back that the car was ready. After a supposed thorough inspection of the car it was deemed a battery issue. which off course I had to pay for. Mind you they said they performed a multi point inspection where they quoted me $400 worth of preventative services that were needed on the car. Thankfully I declined those since they dont seem to be able handle fixing an adjustment to my convertible top correctly as was the primary purpose of the visitNeedless to say one month later the top is not working big shock! After scheduling another appt where I requested a loaner the same rude and unhelpful service person after a 1 min inspection deemed it must be another issue not related to any possible work that they did to the convertible top and proceeded to offer me a fee to diagnose the top and told me that I cant get a loaner until they do the diagnostic and I accept whatever quote for additional repairs. I asked for the keys back and will get my car serviced by a competent and friendly dealership. This is also same dealership who a year before bounced me back and forth for 2 hours for 3 to 4 calls while I asking for a quote and installation services on an a new dashboard before hanging up on me on each call.with no call back or follow up. Stupid move it cost your dealership over $3k in profit. I have had major work done by my car at this dealership over the last 5 years but apparently when I went in last month they had no record of my car. I cannot begin to express my complete disappointment and annoyance at the sloppy and unprofessional behavior I have experienced from this dealership Infiniti on the whole has been in a major tailspin over the last few years hastened by lack of new product, technology and innovation. Unfortunately this level of customer services also exemplifies why its on the bottom of the scale for luxury brands.

I went to Infiniti today and had a wonderful expierence with the exception of one thing. A guy named Alex. From the start Alex was very pushy and didn’t seem to want to take no for an answer. Dan on the other hand was WONDERFUL. I understand the fact that usually dealerships want you to finance with them. I explained to Alex, or at least tried, I was cut off more times than I can count during our conversation. He was trying to counter offer the lease & warranty I already had without even knowing what it entailed. He never asked about what I already had just INSISTED that he knew he could do better or “beat” my current offer through my credit Union. Which was fine, I get it I do, although Alex was also rude & condescending. To the point where I had to step out while my spouse and Alex finished the transaction. I had to leave the dealership to acquire the check & return. I told him NUMEROUS times that the bank was printing my check along with all of the paperwork. & I had to leave acquire the check and documents and return to finish the transaction. When I get back to the dealership he asks for the check glances at it & looks at me & says “your spouses name is first on the check..” I say “mmhmm” he says “I thought I asked you who’s name was on the check first and you said yours, now I have to re-print all of the paperwork” to which I replied “No, I told you the check had not been printed yet, so there is no way I could of known who’s name was first.” I followed that by saying “are having a bad day? Is there someone else we should see?” He countered “well I’m the only one here so ....” at that time I realized it was time to remove myself because I had done NOTHING to be treated or talk to this way besides decline his efforts to finance me. I day I was suppose to thoroughly enjoy was DEFINITELY dampened by Alex, his attitude, & condecending/rude remarks/behavior.

Bought an used car a year ago and I’m still regretting. So overpriced, in part it was my fault for letting the pushy salesman convince me. When I arrived home I realized it didn’t have the jack. No spare key. Had to change the tires a few months after.You got my money but I’ll make sure you won’t get anybody’s I know

I bought a used 2016 q50 from this dealer before i sign the papers, i notice the bottom of the bumper was damage and all scratch up, i point this out to the sales rep and they said they would repair and repaint it for me,i made a appointment, left the car there for them for a whole good day, next day i come to pick it upand check to see if it was fix, pretty much they didnt do anything at all, one of the manager come out and told me that the bumper got painted already,i asked if it got painted then why these scratches is still here not cover up in paint, i also told him if i bring this car to the body shop they will say the same thing this car never been fix and the bumper never been painted,the manager then told me, well all i can tell you is the bumper got painted yesterday and thats the best we can do, so have a good day, wow very very poor service from this dealer and bad attitude toward the customers, they always say customers satisfaction come first but i guess this dealer dont care anything about that, i wouldnt recommend buying another car from this dealer stay away

If I could give 0 stars I would give this Dealership 0 STARS after my experience with them today. I took my car in today for a oil change, I was told that I needed to leave it with them for about 2 to 3 hours, because of a recall on the car software. I got a call from Mike the service tech 20 minutes after I left the dealer with a loaner saying I need other extra stuff done on the car which I declined. Ten minutes later Mike service tech called again saying the car was ready for pick up. According to my calculation my car was worked on for 30 minutes not 2 to 3 hours. At the time of pick up I noticed that my sons air pods were missing from the car. I immediately told the female tech that brought my car upfront and was told that there is no manager present (at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening) that can talk to me about my stuff being taken from the car. I was told by the female tech that someone will contact me the next day. I am very disappointed in the service that I received and feel violated of the fact that the air pods are missing. My 12 year old son saved up his allowance in order to purchase the air pods. I already called the police to file a report and was told I have to go back to the dealership tomorrow when the manager is in for me to file a police report. I will NEVER use this dealership for any services on my car and you lost me as a customer.

Review for service department: I own a 2017 Q50 with about 33,000 miles on it. I went in for an oil change and an inspection occurred and found nothing wrong it. One week later, the car leaves me stranded on the side of the road with a shredded serpentine belt. Coincidence, maybe. However... after having the car towed and finding my own ride home on a Saturday night, on Monday morning I had to Uber to work and then they had NO shuttle service or pickup so I had to Uber to get my car. Not what you would expect from an Infiniti dealership.

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the Atlantic Infiniti, I directly went to this place by skipping the other small car dealers because Atlantic Infiniti is a huge and prestigious company, I have to say that at the beginning they helped me so much but not everything went well especially after signing the papers! I have bought a clean, with no accident report 2017 Nissan Rogue on December 2019 (not so cheap with finance by the way), First time when I was examining the car with my friend we have seen that the front bumper was slightly gone away from the body for 0.5-0.7 inches and there were minor scratches on it, so they offered me to paint it, I agreed and said that I want it fixed completely, after one day I got my car around 20:00 with the trust and hope that the bumper is fixed, when I came home I noticed that it was well painted but that 0.5-0.7 inch space was not fixed, than I thought that after holidays I will go there and talk to them, one holiday followed by another one, Christmas, new year, so I showed up there after the new year and everything started going not so good. Firstly, I was told that too much time has passed, secondly, they said that the during the painting process the bumper is not touched not taken off, actually here lies the point, it should be taken off in order to fix that 0.5-0.7 inch space! They offered me to handle it by myself and claimed that there is no a such written statement on the agreement that they are going to fix it, I was disappointed, frustrated and decided to swallow that tricky situation. But this not all! The second issue is about the remote key, before buying the car I asked for the second remote key, they said it is with the owner and it will be given to me, Days passed, regularly phoned them explaining that not feeling myself comfortable and safe, I was told that they are working on it. One month passed and received a phone call that the previous owner HAS LOST THE REMOTE KEY! So according to this situation every normal person like me should expect from the dealer to compensate a new key changing all that remote controllers code, system etc. whatever is it. I don’t feel myself, my family comfortable and safe as someone may still have key of my car, if something happens who will be responsible? As a solution they offered to me again to fix it by my own and gave me an address where can I buy it! SO, MY CONCLUSION IS: I DID NOT EXPECT IT FROM A HUGE PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY SUCH THINGS! Review update - after a few days - my QX50 has been repaired with a replaced rear taillight and I had the windshield replaced by safelight sales person. No out of pocket expenses and thanks to Barry in sales and Mike in service. Both were professional and prompt in all regards.

Mel is the best service advisor, he calls with recommendations and pricing. Makes suggestions for what is needed and calls during the process of vehicle being worked on. He also called the next day to see if everything was going great. I highly recommend this location for service, prices are also very reasonable.

Phenomenal service! I inquired about a vehicle via email on a Thursday evening. I heard back immediately via email and a phone call the following day by Paul Smith. He was up front, flexible, and responsive. I drove from Tallahassee to Jacksonville on Saturday morning to purchase the vehicle. Paul worked diligently to secure the vehicle for me. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience and a safe car to drive back home. Throughout the process, they kept me up to date and informed without me having to inquire. My finance guy was awesome and doing on the job training. Both gentlemen were very efficient. The sales rep that previously lived in Cincinnati gave me several laughs. Yes, the bathrooms are lovely as well as the customer lounge area. At one point, even the sales manager came out to assist and keep me posted on the progress of my vehicle. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Icing on the cake: I even nursed my 2yr old in the lounge area and the salesmen never skipped a beat. We actually got a few laughs out of it. Great service over the past six years. Loaner cars available when needed. Service always done right. Nice alerts through mail and email reminding me of service times. Now I can even schedule my apt online- tried that and it was perfect / very convenient. Rome has been my service advisor for all of these years and does a rock solid job. Good guy and cares about doing good work.

Best auto sales experience I have ever had. When the vehicle I wanted to test drive was out on loan to another customer, they gave me another model to take home overnight and let me take home the one I was considering for another night. I bought it the next day. Ive never had a dealership do this EVER! The other dealers wanted to ride with me in the car for a couple of miles. Although this was a few years ago, Ive never forgotten it.

We bought a 2012 G37 last summer. Wanted to give it some time before reviewing to make sure the car was great as I hoped, and to make sure their service team lived up to great first impressions. I can say yes to both. First, I love the car. It drives great, and looks even better. The reason to buy from Atlantic Infinity, is the buying experience. It is so much better than my previous experiences at other dealers. When it was time for an oil change we brought our car in. Great service, good communication, and great waiting area. If your interested in an Infinity, I would say that is a great choice, I would highly recommend you do it from Atlantic Infinity.

Nice! Just kidding. Rude would be a better word. Took the service department 20 minutes to offer me a seat in the lobby. Bob Arena greeted me with an awkward smile and a mumbled are you here for an oil change or...service? There was no hello, how may I help you today? Or a how are you doing?. Rude Bobby Arena. I came for a small service for my old Infiniti and to get a feel for the place before I came to buy a new one. Ill go with someone else for sure. Theres no way Ill spend one more cent at this dealership. Unfortunate that Bob Arena has 0 customer service skills. Kaitlin screws was nice once she was done with what she was doing though. Overall not very nice people.

Easily the best dealer experience you could possibly expect. Sales people are low pressure and helpful. This place clearly has a healthy company culture. Staff seem like people and not commission chasing robots. Really great service department - i am a repeat customer.
