Arrington Automotive repaired a break issue on my truck. Honest, effective, timely repair and prices!They did such a good job I brought my car in the next week for needed service!Excellent mechanical work!

An update from yet another month of passing, still no contact made from the owner. I had to get in touch with another local mechanic who was gracious enough to help.He came to tow my Jeep from Arrington Automotive, and after looking at it, he stated that his team could actually rebuild the transmission. Smh. 8 months total that my vehicle has been sitting up. Couldn’t help but leave yet another review to state that this issue could’ve been resolved months ago. I’m rating this place yet again to expose them of their lack of professionalism. 2309 is what I paid in total CASH for the picture shown below. To anyone considering, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, it’s simply not worth it.They still refuse to refund me my money.

I would not recommend anyone do business here for any type of major repairs. Anything other than a busted head light or oil change I would suggest you go the other way.This place is unprofessional and a huge scam. Customers aren’t respected at all. I’ve been without a vehicle for 6 months for a transmission. $850 taken from me for labor costs and my vehicle still isn’t running.Owner refused to give me a refund and has failed to return any of my calls. Very poor business. This place should be raided and shut down.

This place is awesome. Have sent over 5 vehicles here with no issues. I dont know where the other reviews are coming from. They may not be the cleanest shop but they give the best deals. Ive had an engine swap completed in 8 hours with them and no issues at all. They are honest and hardworking.

The owner Ray is an awesome guy who will do whatever he can to help someone out. They are a very busy shop for a reason but if you talk to them they will work with you and let you know what they can do.

Completely unprofessional in pretty much every way you can imagine. These guys have had my car for a year for an engine rebuild. They have been paid in full already for almost 8 months now and continue to lie about when my vehicle will be returned to me. I will never do business with them again. I am in the process of threatening to sue for my car and my money back and also having this place black listed so that no marine will have to endure the frustration that myself and my family have gone through having to work with one car having a family of four.

This place oughta be closed down. They repaired my car and it is still broken I paid an unbelievable price for the labor because I bought the parts myself. To tell you the truth, I am more than positive they kept the new parts for themselves and just took it apart and put it back together. Buncha crooks there. DO NOT take your car there for anything other than a junk yard.

I have been conducting business here for over 13 yrs. Theyre one of the most honest shops around. When i bring in my own parts both parties understand that only the labor is warranteed. Fully understood as they can not validate the quality of the part I/YOU brought to them to install. I too had a required service take longer then expected but that is why they give an estimated time (in some cases) due to unforseen delays inparts delivery i.e. bad weather. They are very customer service orientated. Ive witness him take a walk-in and got them in and out and still finished a job for a satisfied waiting customer. To this day I still recommend customers to utilize him and form their own opinion. I will continue to do business with Arrington Auto.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. You will absolutely hate it. The place is dirty and the service is awful. They will hold your vehicles for repairs beyond the time frame. To replace an engine, it will take them MONTHS with promises to have it done the next day... every single day!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! WARNING!!

My son spent $400 trying to get his car fixed at Arrington Auto. He is still having the same problem with his car!!! Car still not fixed!!
