We originally went to Service King Mandarin because they were convenient. We will continue to use them (hopefully we wont have too), because they did excellent work, and because our Service Rep, Angel, was the best ever. He made sure to take care of us and our SUV, keeping us apprised every step of the way. He takes pride in offering excellent customer service and definitely loves his job. We experienced that first hand and witnessed it with other customers. If all people in the automobile service industry were like Angel, it would be a well respected industry. We highly recommend Angel and Service King Mandarin.

My car was in a accident and Service King had my car 100% fixed and running in 2 days. The staff there are so polite and helpful and always keep you updated. I would 100% come back and refer people to this business. And Angel in the front is an Angel 😇 for real!! Thank you guys

Fist off, Angel at the front desk is a god-send. The man will go above beyond for clients. My Fiancé got hit in a parking lot, and I was terrified of how replacing a bumper on a 12 year old vehicle would match up. These guys not only made the bumper look like it came from the showroom floor, but they even buffed and polished the rest of the car to match. It looks like it went back in time 10 years. So pleased, and I never write reviews for companies, but these guys deserve it.

The Team at this location (Mandarin) truly are Service Kings (Queens for the Ladies). Everyone is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, I could go on for hours singing their praises!!! I received daily texts and phone calls every other day to advise what what was going on and keeping me informed. The body work they did on my Toyota Tacoma is flawless, I was sure the damages would make it a total loss, but this amazing Team did phenomenal work.I have recommended them to everyone I can think of.. I live in Callahan and still insist on using this team!!! God has Blessed them !!

Great job, very professional. Took about two and half weeks total turn around time so I would suggest getting a rental if you can. However the actual service was great. Great communication. Great work. Great warranty. Nice respectful and LISTENING staff. they ain’t the cheapest. But the work is good.

My Ford F- 150 was struck on the right rear qtr panel in an auto accident. The repairs to my vehicle were outstanding. Perfectly matched paint, perfectly aligned repairs. And they cleaned it up so well, that my truck looks MUCH BETTER today than before the accident. Cordial and very professional Staff. I will use Service King for any and all of my future vehicle repairs, without a doubt.

They were prompt in doing the work and keeping me informed of the status of that work. When a problem developed afterward with the air conditioning (we didn’t realize thermometer had been damaged) they were quick to repair. And they quickly replaced a key fob when I called to say it had been damaged (unbeknownst to them) while in their care. I truly appreciate their quick and responsive service.

I’ve had experience on a different vehicle at service King and the outcome was excellent so I decided to take my truck back to get work done and it was done very professionally they are a good company. I was updated on the work was being done and it was done in a timely manner and I would recommend service King to anyone who needs to get body work done.

Service King on Mandarin far exceeded my expectations of customer care, car repairs, and my overall service experience.Their staff was super friendly, setting my mind at ease about the repairs in an otherwise stressful time.They were done ahead of schedule, and they were also a preferred provider for my insurance company. That meant the insurance company paid them directly—yet another concern that was taken care of.The staff even went as far as to help me move my two booster seats over from the rental car. They washed up my car in the meantime and made her feel good as new when I finally picked her up.I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I am very pleased with every part of the experience I received at Service King, and will be returning there should our car need any repairs in the future.

I have never had a better experience at an auto shop. Amilcar, or Angel, was the definition of phenomenal customer service. He updated me every step of my cars service, helped me find a rental, and my car was even finished four days early. This was such a great experience. They ran smoothly with COVID precautions and had procedures set in place to stay in compliance with the government mandates. Angels genuine hospitality during such a hard time was amazing, he seriously went above and beyond. GREAT place, wont go anywhere else after this experience.

I have had 2 of my be vehicles repaired here and my wife absolutely loves how they make a follow up phone call every single day. You are never in the dark and know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. They did a wonderful job both times and both vehicles look brand new! We live way in South Clay County and dont mind the drive at all for the kind of service they provide.

Everyone here at Service King was polite and courteous to me throughout the repair process. I was always kept well informed of when my car repairs would be completed, they answered all questions in a way that I could understand, and in general made me feel at ease.While I hope to never return under the circumstances that I did, if I or my family ever needs car repairs done again this is where we will go.

I would say that they did an excellent job on my truck. Can you put a damaged door back in like new perfect shape....? Probably not but they did a great job. Exent service. I would use them again.

The paint job they did on my car is cheap and doesnt match the whole car. The bumper is a more creamy white than the body. Its even obvious on my cell phone pictures. The excuse was that the replacement bumper was different color from the car. REALLY?! My car was keyed while the premises. They did a half fast spot spray job on that area, and acted as if they were doing me a favor. You can see spray marks on the car and theres paint build up in the seams. They had the nerve to charge me extra days for the rental. This was large ticket body repair, and I am pretty sure that the shoddy paint job may prove to be only the tip of the iceberg. I wish the car was just totaled. Incompetent. Allstate should stop using them.

My husband and I came by today Saturday, August 12th around 10AM. We stopped by to get an estimate for his broken sunroof. An employee told my husband that he couldnt give an estimate and handed him a business card and told him to come back in 2 hours (mind you they close early on sat) also told him even if he could give us an estimate it would be a rough estimate because of how busy they were. First impressions are always important to a customer. I could see there was no customer care here. Which is fine because we will take our money somewhere else...

Dealing with this repair shop is exhausting and I would not recommend it. I have been trying to retrieve an license plate that was taken from my car when it was declared a total loss for almost a month. I needed the plate to transfer to a replacement vehicle. Since I dont live in the area, they offered to mail it to me. After a week, I was told that it was on the bosss desk under a lot of papers and would be sent out immediately. After another week, I was told they couldnt mail it until they were reimbursed by Allstate for the postage. It seems customer service is the least of their concern and the reason for the delay changes with each phone call. I have contacted my Allstate agent for help since Allstate recommended this shop. If getting a plate returned is this much trouble, I cannot imagine dealing with an actual repair.

It wont let me put 0 stars because that is what they really deserve. My girlfriend re-ended someone in October. Service king was able to get the car in at the end of October and and was supposed to be done with the car November 14th. needless to say it was not. Not even close to being done. When we finally did get the car back it was more destroyed then when we left it. first the bumper was not put on correctly AT ALL. They also left off the ambient temperature sensor which if you do not know also controls the A/C. i have two small kids and its Florida so its hot and without the sensor the cool air would not come on. I took it back to them and explained to them what happened and what they need to fix and they told me they were unable to fix it when they were the ones that took it apart in the first place. I tried taking it to Ford dealership but they do not do corrective work which is understandable. So i finally got a hold of one of the managers and he told me to bring it back up to service king and they would take another look. so in the end we dropped it back off to service king at the beginning of January. we did not get the car back until Tuesday January 29th. So a whole month ONCE AGAIN without our car. This so called collision center is possibly the worst around i would AVOID AT ALL COST. So from the END of OCTOBER TO JANUARY 29TH is how long it took them to own up the their mistake and fix the car which still had problems when we picked it up on the 29th the fresh paint was chipped and there was WHITE over spray on BLACK parts that should have been taken off and/or covered and were not because they were to LAZY to do so. i will be telling people i know and everyone else to never come here.

TERRIBLE!!! It took over two months for simple body work. They ruined the front end of my car in the process and wouldnt fix it. I believe the only good review on here was written by the manager(who never contacted me after I left 5 messages with the country-accented receptionists that answer the phone). This is an Allstate scam! These people are only good at screwing you over! Worst place in the entire world! Hearing the name Sterling Autobody makes my entire body surge with anger!

I have been in a car 2 yrs and so far I had to take my car back and forth to service King and nimnitch Chevy due to noise in front end due to not changing the rubber bushes in the first place and now one year later noise is back for same place cant ever get a straight answer ..cant ever get ahold of call back from management,,all in all I have been without my car for over a month now,,, I just wish it would be fix right and done and over with ...I have been very patient and reasonable

Not sure who’s fault it was (that’s why I’m giving 2 instead of 1) but they insurance adjuster told me my rim quarter panel and headlamp would be replaced and my bumper would be repainted (all contacted as a result of the wreck). The only thing replaced or painted was the quarter panel. The headlamp still is scratched my bumper is still scuffed and my rim was repaired and not rebalanced. I’ve tried multiple times to talk to someone but they send me to the insurance and the insurance sends me to them. Very frustrating. I’ll be paying for the repairs my self as I have spent almost a year trying to resolve this issue.

Repaired left fender and replaced mirror. When I picked it up they said they washed it, but the tire they took off looked like it was grounded in dirt. Hope when I wash it the brown dirt will come off. Also, they left off the clear plastic that is on the edge of the door.

I give them a star for liars and tricksters, late delivery and the tinsmith was in charge of spreading the paste all over the car (white) so they gave me an appointment for a month later since they had to correct that disaster by polishing the car, when my husband goes to the appointment they tell him they could not do anything. Work of poor quality, dirty and the worst of all is that the paint is coming out a month of painted my car. Poor service the person who speaks Spanish in service is the worst a few days can speak Spanish and other days, if you can find another workshop do it I do NOT recommend them at all.
