Was traveling from North Carolina me and my family was transferred to Mayport Naval station, when a semi truck cut us off causing 16 thousand dollars in damages Mr. Majid handled all the insurance calling and paperwork for us, our 2019 Camry looked like it was never in a accident at all. I took my Jeep gladiator to get the solely the hood sprayed. Transparently, it wasn’t up to par at first, but the Owner Omar took it upon himself to handle this by making sure it was repainted properly and offering additional deals on top of it to make up for it. He communicated with me throughout and was professional and was easy to work with. Wound up getting a lot more painted for a crazy good price. The reason for a 5 star isn’t because where it started, it’s where it ended, and the truck looks amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. He went Above and beyond for me.

Omar’s been working on my family’s cars for years now and takes great pride in his work. We, as a family, do tend to prefer luxury cars, making it difficult for some smaller shops to locate proper parts or have the knowledge necessary to work on a Mercedes Benz with German engineering or a Toyota FJ Cruiser that’s been discontinued with hard to locate parts... these potential issues never pose a threat to Reform.I highly recommend. Affordable, time efficient, quality done right.

I have a 2004 Dodge Durango, I brought it in to the shop to get an estimate after getting a few others in the area. As a woman I am always very skeptical about getting work done on my vehicles as I do not think I will get treated fairly and will be taken advantage due to my gender. I was quite surprise of how respectful the owner Omar was and how fairly he treated me. The price was right and the work that Majid did on my car was great. I am new in the area and so glad to have found them, I will definitely go back to them again for all future vehicle services. My experience with this company has been nothing but stress free and made my journey transitioning while my car was getting repaired after an accident nothing but a breeze. When I would call their business they would answer. If they were too busy they would return my call, and Vice versa left voicemails for me to keep me in touch and in the loop at all times.Always kept me informed with timeframes and progress on my vehicle. They were very courteous and respectful to me being in a rental and wanting to still do things efficiently but also take my time into consideration.Picking up my car was easy when the phone lines were down I reached out to the manager Omar who told me that someone was at the shop to assist me and that he would meet me there. This shop took parts from my truck on last minutes notice and, without hesitation, took on the challenge of my high demand to get them all prepped, painted, and cleared in a 4 day period.Within 1 business day after dropping them off, all the parts were miraculously completed and I was notified with pictures and videos of the finished product. I Purchased a vehicle for my son and typical teenager he had a slight dinger not too long after. This shop was conveniently close to our home and reasonably price. As a single mother I needed to stay in a decent price range to where we were able to pay out of pocket without insurance worries. My sons car looked better than it did when we purchased it and were even thinking about having some custom work done. Mr. White and his staff were prompt and professional and I have no worries referring my friends or family to them. I look forward to doing the custom paint work in the near future.

This shop is one of the worst in Jacksonville. PERIOD. This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Stay away at ALL costs. The owner, Omar, is a complete idiot and carries himself very unprofessionally. He also tried to blatantly commit insurance fraud by overpricing all of his bids to my insurance provider. I have alerted them of this and they are moving forward with investigating him. I carried my car there for a paint job and they held my car for two weeks. Whenever I would call in to get a simple update on progress, I was always treated as if I was bothering them by asking about MY car! What?! Everyone there is a bumbling idiot. I told him that his shop was a joke and he was very unprofessional and he decided to hold my deductible even though he told me he was waiving it. Omar White is a dishonest, unprofessional pitiful excuse for a business man. I know a lot of people and I will make sure that they ALL know that this shop is trash. I will NEVER forget this and Im not going to let it slide. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. There are MANY better options in Jacksonville. I only went with him because his shop was close to my house and I figured that would be convenient. BIG mistake.
