Dont go to the dealership and expect service. We bought our Escalade with the promise that it had premier pickup and delivery for all service. It doesnt. They want $50 for each service for them to do the already inflated simple services. Its outrageous and should NEVER be tolerated.I hate bait and switch sales people, who must all work for Cadillac at this point. Nothing that was sold to us has proven true. Its such an old brand, so I should have known that there is no chance they could do a luxury service.
I had a wonderful experience with Claude Nolan collision center. Steve Brennen was very observant when looking over the problems with my car (compared to other body shops) and making sure all of the issues were resolved. The paint job was perfect. It felt so smooth and looked very nice. They even had the whole car washed and interior cleaned when I picked it up which I wasn’t expecting. It was a very nice surprise. Therefore I highly recommend checking the collision center out when getting repairs done.

On My last visit I was told my service writer had to get PERMISSION to work on a car I bought there. Permission? I think this is pretty bad...

This review is for the body shop. Being a retired mechanic/body man I rarely bring my vehicles anywhere to have work done. We took our XT5 in to have accident damage work repaired and met with Bob. I explained to Bob how picky I am and expected to be kept up to date on the process of the repairs. I have to say I couldnt be more satisfied with how Bob was to deal with and how he handled the repair process. He called when he said he would and kept me up to date on any issues with the repair. The car was ready when he said it would and it looked great. I dont recommend places very often, especially automotive repair shops but I definitely recommend them. Thanks for a good experience dealing with Nolan, something that doesnt happen very often these days. Two thumbs up !!

6/21/21 I planned to purchase a 21 Cadillac Escalade ESV, with Steven of Claude Nolan Cadillac. I completed the application & deposit to lease. Unlocked my 3 credit bureaus then LexisNexis 6/27/21. I established my insurance policy as directed. They ran 6 hard pulls on my credit twice on 6/28, 6/29, 6/30 & 7/2/21. My credit score is 866! They insisted there was an issue with their IT dept & I needed to wait for them to resolve it. 7/5 Pete Riera told me the bank was closed for the holiday, which he knew & they sold the vehicle to someone else that same morning. I was not allowed to speak to anyone else in upper management to escalate the matter. I believe this was unfair, I was discriminated against and there were deceitful business practices. I do not recommend anyone doing business with this particular Cadillac dealership.

I had a 2011 CTS for years and it was a GREAT car. Honestly, it was hard to see it go. We upgraded to the 2021 CT5. I had already done extensive research and knew exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I walked up, Art was there to greet us. Within 5 minutes of telling him why I was there and what I wanted, he brings a beautiful new CT5 around front. I personally wasn’t looking forward to the sales pitch, much less the whole car buying process. Art never once made me feel pressured. He listened to what I needed and made it happened! He went above and beyond to keep our experience as easy as possible. He took the time to go through ALL of the features. And when I say all, I mean all!! Unfortunately, every time I have schedule service I have experienced issues. I am not going into details, it would take me too long to highlight the issues. I have used several Cadillac dealers in the area and have come to the conclusion that Fields Cadillac is by far superior service, including the sales department. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Save the headache.

Claude Nolan offered a used Mercedes benz ML350 for sale. I agreed to purchase the vehicle, pending a pre purchase inspection of the SUV. I was told that the dealership does not allow vehicles to leave for inspections. First time in my life that a dealer would not allow a vehicle inspection. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Had to get my ATS serviced, so I came to Claude Nolan. My service adviser, Dan, was awesome. Got me in and out quick with friendly service. Definitely recommend Claude Nolan Cadillac.
I set an appointment up online for an inspection cause I hear noise while driving up to about 50mph. About 2 days before my appointment I get a call from Paula Beck asking several questions about the car noise essentially getting me to tell them what I think is wrong. After about 15 mins of these prying questions, I tell her, it sounds like its coming from the front driver side mostly cause I was at work and I didnt have time for this conversation to continue assuming they would diagnose the entire vehicle. That was my fault. Appt. day comes and I take my car drop it off and I sit and wait (not even going to go into the loaner vehicle situation).After an hour or so my ride comes and I leave. About 4:15, I get a call that my car is about ready it was the hub bearing on the drivers front. Cool, no problem I have a warranty so 8hrs and 200 bucks later Im driving home and before I can get home, I hear the same noise AGAIN. I try to call no answer, I call back the next day and set another appointment for today. I get there this morning and inform them Im not paying again for the same issue you all should have fixed correctly the first time. After a bit, I figure Id give them another shot (I mean nobodys perfect, right?) besides they got the loaner thing right this time lets see what happens. As Im leaving the rep says, Ill give it to the same tech worst most illogical idea Ive heard in a long time. Cause of course hell admit he screwed up the first time by not replacing BOTH hub bearings like you are supposed to and even the rep said her self when I called back for the second appt. 6 hours later I get a call, its your rims and the warranty doesnt cover that........ huh?Dont get me wrong I understand that rims sizes and weights can drastically effect a vehicles performance. But if its was my rims that caused the issue why didnt they say that the first time? Was it cause I made it clear from the beginning I wasnt going to pay them anymore money? Or was it because when she started the interrogation this time I didnt tell her what the problem was and someone had to actually do some work and run diagnostic test. At this point, Im fairly certain that they replaced nothing the first time and sprayed some lube and called it fixed. Ill never return to the place. The front and rear tires have the same diameter.
Ive been here a few times and its hit or miss. My AC went out and was told they would fix it the same day. 9 hours later and they didnt even look at it.*** edit 5/25/2021 - after a month of “fixing” my AC by adding Freon my AC is blowing hot once again. I would highly recommend seeking repair somewhere else

Overall, poor experience and ultimately an awful salesmen. My family and I just test drove a vehicle and the sales man pretty much talked us out of purchasing the vehicle. Completely ignored what was said and continued to disregard our needs and expectations for the vehicle. The salesmen was John and he was very sexist and disrespectful. Will not be coming back to this dealership.

Believe it or not, I have had car salespeople tell me a car was still available when it was not. Either another salesman sold the car without their knowledge, or they figured it didnt matter because they would show you something else just as good. But Bill Floyd assured us that this car could not be sold without his knowledge and confirmed that they still had the car the morning of our departure. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. Bill Floyd was very knowledgeable and very attentive. We saw the car, we drove the car, we liked the car. I had researched prices for this car and the price they were asking was not only reasonable but good. The dealer fee that dealers charge was less than youll find at many dealers. We were given a good offer for our trade-in and reasonable financing. Long story short, we bought the car and are very happy with it. I would recommend Claude Nolan and Bill Floyd.
