Field service and Tabatha did a wonderful job with my car. I also wanted to mention that I called Tabatha on my way drop to dropping off the car and explained that I had a low tire and would need to stop and get that checked. She said no worry, just come on in we will take care of that for you. When I picked up my car not only was it beautiful, but all of the tires had the correct air pressure. Worst place to take your car to. They broke stuff just to replace it, getting more money from insurance. I got rear ended from someone not paying attention and letting his foot off the gas. Im not a mechanic but they claimed my frame was bent. I thought to myself, whatever, the person at fault insurance is paying for it. No cost to me. But after getting my car back and finding things that need to be replaced that wasnt damaged from the accident, it went downhill. I had to go back 3 times after the sloppy job. First my front windshield fender was loose and would make flapping noise from the wind while driving. Second my gas pocket cap was damaged and broken(not from the accident) and now noticed my back seat chair is detached/loose and wont stay down on one side. I usually dont like writing bad reviews but after finding that out it just pissed me off.
They have had my car for 5 months. I have to help them get parts. Wrong parts are ordered. Water damage from the car sitting out. Stay away!

On April 19, 2019, I went to Fields to drop off my car for a scheduled repair. Due to the impending storms and tornado warnings I rushed from home and forgot some information. However, I was fully able to validate the required information.However, the receptionist was curt, unhelpful and dismissive to the point of unprofessional. She did not even bother trying to help for example, by contacting someone to verify my documents. She simply said no and dismissed me.I came to Fields because a colleague recommended this shop. However, the customer service was abysmal to say the least. If this shop is unable to provide customer service when getting business, then I certainly was not willing to find out how they handle customers who have issues after repairs are completed.Good customer service leaves a customer happy and wanting to come back to the same shop. I was neither and, thoroughly disappointed.They may be Lexus and Porsche approved but they are definitely not Lexus or Porsche level customer service.

Going to a body shop to get your vehicle repaired is never good news, however Tabitha at Fields made it wonderful. My car was returned to me in like new condition. I had my car repaired (which was my fender, front driver’s door, back left door, and back quarter panel) from this place when they used to be called Brumo’s before they change to a new company and some how some way my trunk started leaking water throughout time. Not only was there a leak, but there was rust found and also mold from the rain that leaked into my trunk. Now my trunk completely smells of mold. Because of another incident, I went to a different body shop to get the opposite part of my car repaired (but not near the previously mentioned leak in my trunk). After that fix, I decided to recontact Fields about the trunk leak. They scheduled me for an appointment in the beginning of this passed January. After that fix, they said to have resolved the issue concerning the leak. A month or two after, I found out my trunk is still leaking water every time it rains. So, I decided to give them a call again and the next day an associate from Fields contacted me. She told me that because I had an accident after their fix and repaired it at another shop that I would have to contact the other shop to fix the leak. I called the other shop and asked for a copy of the estimate sheet of what they had done to the car, and it had nothing to do with my trunk leaking water. She also mention that if I want my car diagnostics, it’ll be $129.95 plus tax to find the issue that should have been covered with the lifetime warranty work that they guaranteed. If they told me they fixed the issue when I had my car fixed again in January, I wouldn’t have had to contact them again and they wouldn’t have had to tell me that they want to charge me $129.95 plus tax to find out what was wrong when they should have addressed the issue in the first place and fixed it properly when it was there. I picked Fields because it is certified by Lexus, Mercedes, and all the other luxury cars. If I knew this was the outcome of going to them, i would’ve taken my car elsewhere and I wouldn’t have to keep going back and forth trying to get my car fix properly with Fields. All I really wanted was for my car to be fixed and have nothing to worry about, but now everything in my trunk gets soaked and in turn becomes moldy. I have a two year old and when we travel I like to store her toddler stroller in the trunk or even just a place to put my groceries or just anything that I buy really. I never knew how important my trunk was until after this situation. I just really hope that this issue can be fixed.

We have owned two new Lexus vehicles after switching from Mercedes. Our buying experience was amazing. Recently wife had a fender bender and we wanted to use the collision center to repair the vehicle. Tina was extremely rude to my wife when she called in, and offered little to no information on the services or timeline. As we live an hour away from the dealership we decided to utilize a more customer friendly and local body shop and will re-evaluate when shopping for our next vehicle this year.
Our 2017 Lexus was hit at the Avenues by some one who did not claim the damages. We were devastated by the experience but Melissa put us at ease and was awesome in reassuring us that our Lexus was in the right hands and she followed up on her promise. I had trouble matching a front passenger car seat that was damaged on a 2015 C Class. The replacement was different grain and slightly different color. Nikita, our service advisor, recognized this was not satisfactory. She got us a loaner car and persisted working with the insurance company and the Mercedes dealership until this was resolved. Lloyd Jones, the General Manager, was able to work with the parts manager at the Mercedes dealership to track down an exact match and we are very pleased with the result. The communication to us was excellent.

Jim, Sierra and Ken were all stars who took care of me from the minute I walked in the door. To be honest there were so many details to know about when your car is in a wreck. This place provided the WORST service I have ever experienced, from the staff being rude (TINA should not be working in the customer service field AT ALL) to lack of experience by the techs working there. Minor damage to my car is still being fixed after 5 weeks. NOT TO MENTION THE COLLISION CENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERING THE WRONG PART MULTIPLE TIMES! I would not recommend Fields Collision Center to anyone, unless you want your car to sit around and not get fixed.
Had a HVAC service truck rear end my wifes Honda minivan. Ken Perry and the team at Fields Collision Center did a good job. Tony the painter finished off the bumper paint job with class. Absolutely excellent paint work. I am a car person and very picky I have a Cadillac vsport and got rear ended and didnt want just anyone fixing this car. I wanted repairs I couldnt see. Nothing worse then looking at a car and see it has been painted. If nothing else it was better then factory paint looked better so they buffed out the rest so it all looked great. This place will paint you car right and today it is hard to find someone that will paint you car and it look good. Last time I had work from another large body shop towards the beaches they gave it back to me with bugs and trash in the paint. Looked like it was painted out side. Then body work fell out after 8 months started cracking so I was worried about any kind of paint work period. No worries here at all they will meet your expectations. Many high end cars being repaired there when I saw mine so many others also trust their high end cars to this shop. Dont look at old reviews from the old owners fields as a company is doing great things in the automotive end of everything in Jacksonville. From car buying experience to now getting your car back after it has been wrecked and it being perfect. Nice to see someone in the automotive industry doing things for the customers that help keep the doors open at these places as with out us they dont exist. They had my truck for over three months with no work being done for the entire first month. They gave me numerous completion dates, each of which I scheduled my week around, which they blew by without even telling me they werent going to be done. They rarely ever called Enterprise to let them know that my rental car needed to be extended. In addition I was only contacted by Brumos Collision Center a grand total of four times throughout the entire process. The rest of the time I had to call them multiple times a day, sometimes 7 or 8 times because they refused to return any message I left then, just to get status updates. They repeatedly blamed the delay on backordered parts from Toyota. I talked to the guy they had been ordering everything through and he said they had received all of the parts in the first month and that he had 95% of them in stock at the local warehouse. I came to find out that the manger had taken another job and the interim manger had no idea what she was doing and took on significantly more work than they could handle. Even with all of this they were completely unapologetic and refused to provide any kind of compensation for the length of time it took it for lying to me about the parts. I would rebuild my truck myself on the weekends before I would ever even consider taking another vehicle here.*Update*After numerous unsuccessful attempts by my insurance agent to have the general manger contact me I called him directly. I told him everything and said I was calling to file a complaint. He said he would take a look at my file and call me back before the end of the day. That was three weeks ago. I recommend that no one take their vehicle here or have any association with Brumos.*Update*The general manager recently contacted me to discuss my experience. He apologized for the time delay on the repairs and for the customer service provided. I was also provided some compensation for the additional time I was without my vehicle.
I am absolutely horrified by the service I have received by Fields. Many of my friends and family own Mercedes because of the assumed quality of service

I am having the worst time with my account representative. Her follow up time and customer service skills are below average. I requested to speak wirh her supervisor, I even left him a detailed voicemail expressing my concerns. The sad thing is he still has not returned my call.They have had my vehicle for over 30 days due to ordering the wrong parts. Not to mention they want me to pay additional fees for a rental car.I will never recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here for service.

FOUR WEEKS FOR A FENDER BENDER!!!They have had my car for three weeks now and I just got told it will be ANOTHER WEEK!!! 4 weeks to fix the passenger back corner of my bumper. They tried to blame my insurance company but when I researched the timeline, they lied. It sat on A desk for at least a week. They DONT return calls and they don’t answer emails until pushed. DONT USE FIELDS COLLISION!!!

Working with and through our repair advisor, Annette Campbell, we were permitted to turn in our vehicle a day in advance due to a minor accident thatm occurred subsequent to the accient that the vehicle was involved in earlier that required repairs. We were advised that the repairs would take two (2) weeks and that insurance would cover a rental vehicle for the entire period required. We were provided periodic random updates by phone on the progress of our repairs and our vehicle was ready when promised. After returning home and giving our car a closer inspection we noticed that one seam was not flush and one door gasket was not secure. We returned the vehicle and Annette ensured the errors were corrected while we waited a brief time. The drivers window was replaced and required window tinting. Annette recommended a window tint business and that was taken care of the following day. We commend the Brumos Collision Center for their workmanship and professionalism. Advisor Annette Campbell is a pleasure to work with and a dedicated professional that will satisfy all customers. We highly recommend her to all who would require her expertise.

Im still disappointed. I was sideswiped by a State Farm customer. They sent me to Brumos and I was happy because of the name. Dont be deceived. They dont live up to the name. I asked them to finish the damage repair and I would pay to have the rest of the car re-painted. They flatly refused saying they dont do full paint jobs. That should have been a sign. It was late and raining the day I picked it up just before leaving on a business trip for a couple of weeks. When I finally saw the car in the daylight I was sorely disappointed. The body work is quite good but instead of using BMW Cirrus Blue, they used a Toyota metallic gray. It does not match the rest of the car. They never gave me any paperwork because, the computer was down. Messages left for the manager went un-returned. I advise you to take your repair work to someone who gives a dang about their work and customer service without sole emphasis on quick turn insurance work.
Picked up my car last week, came back today because it was making a ticking noise. Brumos heard the noise as well stated it was a mechanic problem, possibly the Rim and tire, so it went over to service. Still here waiting, two hours later.. Shouldve received a rental the moment it went to service.They had the car for about 3 weeks after my fender bender.... They worked on it for maybe a full week. I would think a company who knows what I recently went through wouldnt want me to waste any more of my time with a matter like this, and provide me with a loaner so they could send me on my way...Regardless if i had the loaner a full day of 4 hours.But I guess trying to squeeze me in to save them the cost of a loaner was the best they could do... In my experience dealing with service depts at dealerships, a loaner is to be provided if the wait is over an hour. Of course the collision center didnt know how long it would take, but I did mention I needed to get back to work as soon as possible... I came to this company because its BRUMOS! I had high expectations. I will not be coming back with any more business or referring friends. So hopefully my car will finally be fixed this time.STILL HERE, working on hitting hour 3. 😃
Nice people with quality employees and work. I wrecked my Lexus ISF into a mountainside in the middle of nowhere VA - I live in MS. After searching for the best recommended repair facility in the region I chose a Lexus certified repair center in Jacksonville - Brumos Collision or Fields it is called now. They worked with my insurance company to make it hassle free for me and I also gave them the time to do it right. When the repairs were completed, I was picked up from the airport and inspected the car and drove off. I had the pleasure of returning, a 600 mile drive, a few months later for some hail damage and was pleased with the service and workmanship yet again.While I dont want to see them for awhile, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or return to their place of business should the need arise. After speaking with Tyler, The GM, I can see how his lack of care and concern is demonstrated by his staff. Other than him I spoke with 4 other employees today. NANI was the only person who seemed to remotely care that I had a concern. They tell you anything to get to off the phone and transferred to someone else who apologizes for miscommunications which are LIESwhich I have documented texts.
Questionable repair practice going on here, as stated by several reviews. Advisors/staff are friendly enough when youre dropping off but then the saga begins during the repair process. Insurance claimed repairs seem to take longer than usual, seems by design. When I asked the advisor if my car was done after one month (estimate was for 12 days of repair) I was told theyre waiting for the insurance to approve the addendum for other repair costs. When I called the insurance company they stated they have no knowledge of additional addendums and that their system is automated, any additions are tracked upon submission and reviewed/approved/paid within 24hrs. Upon relaying this info back to the advisor she then says the adjuster asked for a copy of the addendum and that she asked hime to expedite. Sounds more like she forgot to submit or delayed in order to milk for more hours. Either case this repair took a total of 6-weeks for a 12-day (or 3 week) job. To top it off, there were cosmetic damage to the car that they blamed on their clean-up crew, they have yet to fix this damage.
My car was in an accident. They set up an appointment and took the car in on the specified day. The repair took longer than expected and they took car of the rental car differential. There was a slight defect in the paint and they insisted on repainting the area. They provided me with the same model Lexus that I owned, they came to my office to pick up my car and dropped the rental Lexus off. Huge props go to Jim and Clifford for their their high level of dedicated customer service! I had a personal emergency during the second repair process. Those two men went above and beyond the call of duty to make all of my processes easy and seamless.
WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THE ENTIRE STAFF IS A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THE TECHS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. YOUR CAR WILL BE IN WORSE CONDITION THAN WHEN YOU BROUGHT IT IN....IT TOOK 33 DAYS FOR THEM TO FIX MY BUMPER AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP THE BUMPER WAS HANGING LOOSELY OFF... NIKITA DELGADO IS A LIAR AND SHE WILL MANIPULATE THE STORY AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET AWAY WITH KEEPING YOUR CAR THERE LONGER AND THEREFORE MAKE YOUR BILL HIGHER. THE MANAGER IS OF NO USE EITHER, MAKING ONE WONDER WHAT THE RELATIONSHIP IS BETWEEN THE TWO, WHICH IS EVEN MORE DISGUSTING. THE STAFF ONLY LOOKS OUT FOR THEMSELVES, NEVER ONCE PLACING ANY IMPORTANCE ON THE CUSTOMER AND THE VEHICLE....WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED.

I had my car in the shop 2006 Acura TSX . I was rear ended pretty severely. I got nothing but great service . My service advisor was Annett . The body technician was ken. The work done on my car was done in a very timely matter and the repair work was done very well . Could not even tell my car was in a accident . I would highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs
Do not get suckered into going here by Travelers Ins! The after market bumper they put on didnt fit at all and they thought that they could get it by me! Theyve had my car for Two weeks! Steer clear of this place!
Horrific! They had my car for over two months for the back hatch, exhaust and two tires. They drove the car around when it was done with two flat tires first. Then the hatch doesnt stay open they actually told me it was normal and they see this alot. It was probably the shock they didnt put on. Had to get the work they did fixed somewhere else. Couldnt be more disappointed BEWARE! I will never go here again.

Caution!!! Their customer service is not good. Once I went to pick up my car and they asked me to wait and forgot about me. I saw a lady having a bad day. My car has issues after it’s fixed and they don’t return calls.
