I am extremely pleased with Excel!Road debris was propelled towards my vehicle and hit its front corner which created a spiderweb effect of issues across the front and underneath.My car now looks brand new inside and out! They washed/detailed every inch of the outside and on the inside, they were just as particular. My dog sheds a bunch, and I was shocked when I opened the door to find it so spotless and free of hair. They definitely did not have to do that. What a wonderful surprise and amazing customer service! The professionalism, experience, and family atmosphere at Excel is unmatched anywhere else. I hope I dont need their services anytime soon, but if so they will definitely be my first and only call.

Excel body shop is the best place to go! Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I hit a deer and they were able to fix everything completely brand new, it looked better than it did from the dealership. They even got my car detailed for me!! They gave me an estimate time of 2 weeks and I was able to get my car between 5-7 days. I definitely will be going back if needed, I was not disappointed at all!

What a great shop to work with. Multigenerational family ran and owned. Had repair done to our 5 year old car and it came out looking like the day it came off the showroom floor. They even detailed the interior. They were recommended to us and would recommend them to anyone.

My family had an unfortunate accident with our newborn in the back seat. As a brand new mother, I was hysterical over the fact that the door I usually use to access the car seat was now smashed shut. The entire passenger side of the car was smashed. Excel made my car look BRAND NEW! They updated me along the way to let me know what all was being done with my vehicle. Upon pick up, they offered to show me pictures of the process. I got to see my car cut and welded and much more. The honest work they put in is incredible. On top of that, they detailed the inside of my car before giving it back. The entire staff was so helpful throughout the entire process. I have heard great things and Excel came highly recommended. When I recently hit a deer and was in need of some body repair, I knew exactly who I wanted to go with. The whole staff was incredibly helpful through the whole process, and even walked through the damage with me. I had a couple sensors alert to services needed right after the accident and Whitney didnt hesitate to run a quick check for me until I could get the car in for the full repair. It is clear that the entire staff cares about their customers and values their reputation. My car was with them for less than a week for all the repairs, and everything looked great when it was done. After driving it for a couple days, I noticed the alignment was a little off, and called them back. They had an appointment for me that afternoon and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They took care of everything with my insurance and really made the whole experience enjoyable. No one likes having to get their car worked on, but if you work with Excel, they will take care of you like family.

Brought my car here to get the rear bumper fixed and replace some of my exhaust with aftermarket exhaust that got damaged. They did amazing work and kept me informed on what they were doing and how long it would take. In the end they did amazing work and Im very impressed by there work.

I was on the rd back to nyc and my bumper I had tied up thinking I could make it since I drove down like that snapped off. Had to turn back around to onslow county. Went to caliber collision because my bumper was falling off and they were willing to fix same day but because I filed a claim with my insurance they wanted me to now wait 2 weeks for an appointment, Stressing I needed to be back for work I found Excell body. Walked in showed them the claim john said not a problem had my bumper the next day finished job and painted following day. Prestige work truck bumper looks better then when I purchased off the lot. I’ll only go to them now since I’m closing on a house down there. My forever body shop. No bs and great work awesome staff. A++++ work

“Excel body works”, wow what an understatement for such an amazing shop. After my accident, I assumed I’d be dealing with your typical auto body shop, I could not have been more wrong! While my vehicle was at the shop I received frequent updates on how far along my vehicle was in the process of getting it’s repairs and I was always greeted by the most welcoming and military friendly staff that I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with. I don’t mean just their “front” workers either, I mean the entire spectrum of the quality of workers they have there is without a doubt outstanding; from the tow truck drivers, to the mechanics, and to the owner. The hard work and dedication that they put in to servicing my vehicle had it coming out looking completely brand new! Excel Body Works was there to shake my hand and walk me through the entire process, step by step. We set up a tow in advance to bring our car home from another location. I spoke with John each time and he patiently answered my 100 questions with kindness and professionalism and top-notch care! On the day of the actual tow the service driver Jose promptly arrived for the appointment. Jose brought our car home and was absolutely outstanding at securely parking our car where we wanted it. It was a bit of a challenge getting it up our driveway but Jose found a way. :-) He was so super nice and helpful. Weve have never met a tow truck driver with such kindness and professionalism ever!!! The trucks they have are amazing and they are very attentive to every detail of making sure your vehicle is safe and secure while in their care. This service request was FLAWLESS! We were very edgy because of prior bad experiences with other tow truck drivers but these guys erased all the anxiety we had. There is a reason why they’re number one in Onslow County. We were referred to them by our very trusted mechanic and we are so grateful1 million thank you’s to both John and Jose for EVERYTHING 😀🇺🇸💜. When someone damaged the bumper of my BMW, I took it to Excel Body Works for an appraisal. I was met by their friendly and helpful son John who stopped what he was doing to take a look at the damage. He was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. His father, Charles, then came and inspected the damage, took all pertinent information and minutes later, I had my quote. They even helped with my rental car! Enterprise is within walking distance, which is very convenient. I had my car repaired, with a beautiful paint job, washed and detailed, and returned in 2 days, as promised. Called them up to take a look at a used f150 that had a minor accident on its record, and they still told me to come in even though they were closing on a Friday afternoon. They thoroughly assessed the truck and did it all free of charge. If I ever need anything done with my truck, Ill be going here before anywhere else in Jacksonville. I had a scratch on the hood of my brand new S550 that I wanted to get out. So I called ahead and asked if they could take a look at it. As soon as I got there Charles comes out to look at my car and says Come by tomorrow at 9:00 and well see what we can do. So I brought it by the next day and within minutes Charles had the scratches out in no time. He even offered me future business as well. I would recommend going to this place and giving it a chance. They have nice people and some cool cars theyre working on.

I took my 2007 Corvette to this shop after reading great reviews. The previous owner of this car had front license plate drilled on the bumpers, so I was hoping to fill it. Charles (the owner) recommended painting small plugs and install them over the holes instead of redoing the bumper. The employees installed, buffed the bumper, and dusted my Corvette in less than 45min. The best part? $30 all in all. The bumper now looks great. Highly recommended. This is a very rare, honest, outstanding shop in Jacksonville. They didnt take advantage of the fact that I own a Corvette. I will continue to have them work on my Corvette.

This is the the BEST shop EVER. Charles was very friendly and his family was very warm and welcoming. I was hit by a deer and took my 2012 Impala to them to get the bumper replaced. Not only did they have this done in a days time but they gave me a car to drive so I could still do my errands for the day. Awesome Place, Took my 2007 Toyota X-Runner to them after it got messed up by Hurricane Irene. They went above and beyond to make it look better then new. The complete paint job they did came out flawless and you can tell they take alot of pride in their work. It too them a few day longer then expected but it was well worth the wait. I am dropping my wifes car off next and now it will come back looking just as good as my truck. Also the owner is very hands on with the customer and talks with you directly which is awesome.

AMAZING! My husband got orders to deploy and had some damage on the lease we were turning in. It wasnt enough to claim and we definitely didnt want to see what the dealership would charge. They moved up his dates and we found ourselves with three days to get it done and turn it in. Not only did they quote us a price that was 1/4 of what everyone else did, but they actually offered to come in on the weekend and complete it so we could get it back on time. There was a small mark that we noticed when we picked up and they fixed it in under 15 minutes without charging us! We are pretty sure it was already there but was just more noticeable after being detailed but they didnt hesitate to help us!I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!AMAZING work, AMAZING prices and AMAZING people who showed us time and time again that they were willing to bend over backwards to help us and make us happy without ever charging us a cent more!

Good reliable people with fair pricing. They removed key marks from my husbands car for WAY less than what other shops were asking for. The complete job took some time but I was offered a loaner vehicle. People there are honest and outgoing and I will recommend them to anyone!

Best experience at a body shop ever! Extremely friendly staff and great prices. Had paintless dent repair done on my husbands car and was charged literally 1/4 of the price I was quoted by others in Jacksonville. I got a lot of quotes in the local area as well as the surrounding areas, as far as Raleigh. Excel beat all of those prices and the work was done in less than an hour. The dent is completely gone and there are no signs it was ever even there. Definitely recommend them for any work you may need done to your vehicle!

Excel Body Works FAR exceeded my expectations and hours after leaving, Im still reeling from the amazing body work and superb customer service. I had minor bumper damage to my 2006 Honda Accord and not only did they fix the initial damage, they also repaired prior scratches and dents on the bumper. They color matched perfectly, even after I had a Honda Dealership tell me years ago they would not be able to match that specific color. Charles personally took us back in the garage to show us the final product, and was very in depth to what work was performed. The inside of the car was completely detailed and the outside was washed and perfectly clean. Charles and his wife treated us as kindly as if we were close family friends. Extremely friendly staff and owner. They gave out a free of charge courtesy car to drive while your car is getting fixed; all they ask is that you put some gas in it (if you want to). My car was in there for body work and they took the time to clean both the inside and outside of my car. They managed to remove a sap stain that had been there for months; my car looks brand new. They also noticed that my windshield wipers were worn and decided to put on brand new ones, free of charge.Best auto shop I have been to. Excellent business; would recommend them to anybody.

Thank you so much Excel Body Shop for everything yall did. I recently got into an accident and the way I was hit, my wheel was bent up. The policeman called me a tow truck and they showed up. Even with the insurance lady dragging her feet, they still got me back in my car in a timely fashion. They even cleaned up the other side of my bumper for me from where I accidentally tapped one of those yellow poles at the gas station.

I recently totaled my car on a cool rainy day. I felt terrible for the poor guy who had to load my car and clean up my mess in that weather, but he was so nice! The people in the office were wonderful too. With the rain, my trunk being messed up and having family valuables in it I was desperate to get my things out of it so they didn’t get ruined. One of the girls from the office came out in the rain and helped me until we could get into it, about 20 minutes. I just can’t say enough about how impressed I was about their customer service. They even helped me fill out paperwork ahead of time to save me a trip. Wonderful people!

Excel is great. Ive been in two accidents now, with excel handling both. They sent their tow trucks to get it and take it back to their shop. The office staff has helped me with getting the process and filed with the insurance. They are the only ones I trust.

When we dropped our car off to Excel body we had great service. We had received a quote for the damage on our car from another shop and excel was able to cut our quote nearly in half. Our car had damage along the whole passenger side of our vehicle and excel replaced the door fixed the dents and repainted the whole side for us. We saved over a thousand dollars with Excel Body shop. When we picked up our car they had it waxed washed and completely detailed clean. We will recommend this place to others.

I was hit in the rear in the back passenger door and it also ripped the bumper off. Ive never been in an accident but Ive heard great things about this shop. I was sure there would be some discoloration in the paint once it was repaired. I inspected the car throughly the day it was ready and I was honestly very surprised. The work that Charles does up there at Excel Body Works is beyond exceptional. I also never once had any doubt that I wouldnt be taken care of. Great customer service! I truly felt like they were on my side and not just trying to save the insurance company money. Id recommend this shop to anyone for any kind of collision repair!

I took my Honda here twice over the 9 months Ive lived here and was more than satisfied both times. The second time I took the car there I assumed the damage would cost about the same amount as last time since my wife made the same mistake again. AGAIN. However, when I went to pick the vehicle up I was told they were able to salvage the parts and only charged me $35 for the labor of putting the damaged parts back together and fastening them into place!!!!! (The initial estimate was over $200 when they first did a quick look over before I dropped it off. Meaning, I would have easily paid at least the Estimate.)This place is reliable and will NOT rip you off. I highly recommend this body shop as it is nearly impossible to find an honest business these days.

We got to Lejeune and two days later someone hit us. We only have one vehicle and from beginning to end Excel exceeded our expectations in body work and customer service. I was still in shock and panicking and they ALL pitched in to calm me down and handle everything. I wouldnt use any other place for body work on our vehicles. We got our car back looking better than it did before the accident and thats saying a lot because its barely a year old.

I was recommended Excel body works by S&N automotive for some damage on my passenger side door. A tree stump decided to run into me causing a fairly large dent along with long scratches and dismantling of trim. I decided to do the paintless body repair knowing that it wouldnt be 100%, however, it was a quarter of the cost to fully repair it and I was told it would be around 80% repaired after finishing. It only took a few hours for Excel to complete the repair and I was thoroughly impressed with the results!! Id say it was more around 90% repaired, the paint looked great again with very minimal scratches remaining! I absolutely recommend using Excel Body Works for any paint and body damage! They were exactly how you hope and expect a business to be ran!Thank yall so much for the amazing job, respect and professionalism Excel!

Every single member of the staff genuinely cares about the customer. Not very many company’s can you sit and talk to the guy that started it all and keeps his hands in the day to day interactions with the customer. The body shop is huge, with resources to do whatever’s needed and the work they put out looks like nothing happened. They do very good at taking care of customers and are very helpful with the process after totaling a vehicle. I’m glad they got the call to pick up the pieces of my totaled truck. On a aide note, they’re one of the few companies in jvegas that aren’t out to score an extra dime off a service member. And all this, learned in the first hour at the facility.

Picked up my vehicle yesterday and it looked amazing! They went above and beyond what was asked for! Definitely recommend going to them for body work damage!!

I had a car accident In june and They fixed it perfectly. My car is 2015 white nissan ALTIMA. So manytime I had problem with the insurance company and rentalcar company. the Owner talked to the insurance and rental car company and it fixed alot of problems for me. Even when they completed the car, it looked like a brand new car. They did a very good job.
