I would rate 10/5 if I could. The best body shop in Jacksonville. No cap. I had my Lexus rx350 repaired there. Two doors and the fender. Morris was the best there. He helps us went through the process everything. Better deal than every other body shop. Also great customer service. Quick work done. I told by the dealer that it will at least take two weeks to get it done. And Star automotive got it done in a week. Even there are some little issues after the repair. But they had fixed it all. This is my best experience here. Highly recommend to everyone.

Wow! I had the best ever repair experience at this place. What a great service and professionalism. I have never seen anything like this before. The owners and stuff are amazing people and very helpful and swift. Plus there is no way any other body shop can beat the prices here. These people demonstrate not just an example of professionalism but at the same time how can one be a good person with kindness and goodwill.

When it’s all said and done I was stressing more then ever when my car/baby got scratched and dented. By far the best place that I could have found. From the quality body work on my car to the great pricing and EXCELLENT customer service I give this a high recommendation. I even notice a small scratch was fixed after reevaluating it and couldn’t be more happy. If you get lucky they might wash and vacuum as well :)

Took my car in for repair a while ago. Really friendly and helpful people. I remember my insurance was making it difficult to get through the process of fixing and paying for my car and the people at Star auto was nothing but helpful with any questions I had. They called and updated you with everything and if they can go beyond and fix something else they will.

I was referred to Star Auto by my regular service mechanic nearby and I couldnt have been more pleased. With it being my first wreck and auto body repair experience, they made the whole ordeal quick and easy! My car looked brand new when I got it and they even cleaned the inside! They even went above and beyond by helping me out with my rental prior to me having to return it. I would highly recommend!

I typically do not write reviews, but this one definitely deserves attention. Star Automotive definitely came to my rescue. I was going to sell my car the following day when someone hit it and drove off. With time not being on my side, I literally googled the top rated automotive collision places in Jacksonville and this was the first to pop up. I immediately drove my car straight there and let them know my situation. Despite the busy schedule they had listed, the staff willingly opened a spot for me and had my car done by the end of the day. I only expected them to fix the damaged area, but they exceeded my expectations and took care of the minor flaws as well. Car looks BRAND NEW! The owner and staff were very friendly and understanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I will sure be a returning customer to this facility with any car needs I may have.

Excellent service!!!! I did a dumb thing and tried to take off house over- spray paint on my BMW. Of course in my garage, I had no idea I was scratching my car really bad when I was taking off the paint. I called Star Automotive and they took my car and made the paint job look new again with no swirl marks in the finish. I highly recommend them. I cant thank them enough! Very nice family owned business.

I chose Star Automotive Collision because they had the best review on Google. I took my car in for a rear bumper damage, and they made my bumper look ten times better than the rest of the car! I took a chance on Star Automotive due to the shop having a 5 star review. And I agree this is a 5 star auto shop! Owner and staff very respectful, pleasant, and professional. Took in a silver Nissan Murano to have four doors repainted due to vandalism, and after a week the car was brand new again. Great job and great service. If I ever need to Ill use Star Automotive again for sure!

I came to Star Automotive to have my windshield repaired after my hood slammed into it while driving. I was of course very concerned about what the cost of such a repair may be given the damage that was done to not just the glass, but to the hood, and the integrity of my vehicle.In first meeting with Sul he provided me with two options of repair, one very economical, and one very complete option. I thought about it and left my car the next week. Within a couple of days I was back on the road, and Sul worked out a way where I would save even more than my quoted amount and as a student I was very appreciative of that.
