The selection was really good. The owner himself helped my daughter and I pick a nice washer/dryer set. I believe the price was fair and delivery was fair. They will also set everything up.I will definitely update if I feel there was any issues with the purchase. Will go back if something else is needed. Definitely recommend...

ALERT!!!! I would strongly urge you not to buy from this company. Friendly at time of sale (6/19) but service sucked from delivery (6/22) to repair request well within the warranty time frame. Fridge was damaged when delivered which made leveling very difficult. Both ice makers, top and bottom, were working at time of purchase, owner even commented that it was a unique feature to have 2 ice makers. A day at home, 6/23 and top ice maker quit working. I called and left messages 3 times before I got a return call only to tell me they werent going to fix it, even thought they gave me a 30 day warranty. They said I was told the ice maker wasnt working when we bought it. NOT TRUE! What kind of fool would spend $600 for something that doesnt work?I am reporting them to the BBB and the Florida Consumer Affairs.

I had Andrey come out the day after I made an online request for service on a front load washer that I purchased without checking to be sure it worked properly. He arrived early, listened to me about “what I thought was wrong”, he smiled saying he would check it out and fix it. He did is magic and my “new” washing machine was fixed and running properly, my drain pump was fine, there was just a large clog in the line from years of built up sand, dirt, debris from the previous owners. He serviced my machine advising that everything else was in good working order. The service was prompt, honest and top quality. I’m glad that I chose to call them to repair my machine.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company. We purchased a used refrigerator in April 2021. 28 days later, on a Saturday, it stopped working. I tried to call them, but they were closed, so I left a message. They were closed Sunday as well. I waited for a call back on Monday morning, but did not receive one, so I called again that afternoon. No one answered, so I left another message. Tuesday morning, still no returned call. At this point, I decided to drive over there. I showed up and spoke with the manager. After providing the info on the purchase, he told me that I only had a 30 day warranty, and since we were now on day 31, it was out of warranty!!! Seriously?? He did not want to honor the warranty even after I explained that I had been trying to reach them for 3 days. After haggling with him about no one answering their phones or returning phone calls, he reluctantly decided to honor the warranty. A tech came out and decided that it would be more cost-effective to replace it than to repair it. So, I went back and picked out a replacement. This time the manager told me that if I want a warranty on the replacement refrigerator, I would have to purchase a more expensive replacement instead of an equally-priced replacement. At that point, I should have asked for a refund and walked away, but hindsight is 20/20. I picked a more expensive replacement, and paid the $100 difference. Now, 4 months later, my replacement has stopped working. We will never purchase an appliance from this place again.

I purchased a refrigerator and an extended warranty in Sept 2020 and the purchase and delivery was wonderful. In Febuary when the appliance quit freezing they had a repair person here within 2 hours and compressor was replaced by mid afternoon on a Saturday no less. Overall I am very pleased with all dealings with this business and will recommend them in the future. They have earned a repeat customer here.

Do not purchase from these people! If you are unhappy with your product you will not got your money back and they will be extremely difficult to reach! They will send you through hoops asking for pictures of your invoice and then you will not hear anything from them. The sales rep working at the location will tell you there is nothing they can do and they can’t do refunds and they have to pass it off to the owners! The owners will not be diligent about getting back with you! They will ask you to then send your request via their website which you will then do and again nothing will happen! I’ve informed them several times I have not been happen with the service I’ve been receiving or with their product and they will literally do nothing. It’s been 2 weeks and still no actual progress on my request! The washer machine will not spin dry the clothes, it has leaked water on the floor of our new home and the dryer has this burnt smell to it when it starts up. If I do not get a response I will also be contacting the Better Business Burea! Please give me back my money and come get your washer and dryer!

Dryer i purchased from them died pretty quickly and the repair that took weeks to get scheduled did not fix the issue. Had a third party tech tell me it will be cheaper to replace it at this point.Washer still works fine but i wont be back

Came out the same day to fix my fridge. Prompt service. Fixed the motherboard vs buying an expensive new one.

I’d give them a negative if I could. Sure, appliances are priced ok. But we could barely get someone who knew anything to help us while we were there. We were quoted a a delivery price by the “manager” I didn’t need anything plugged in but I needed them lifted and brought into my house. Three steps. Communication for an actual delivery day and time was impossible. Told me Sunday then said it’s be Friday, I called off work because of that. Then they text Friday and say no, it’s Sunday, sorry. Then I get a text Saturday asking if they could deliver Saturday because they only had one guy on Sunday. I said sure but couldn’t get them to say what time. They would not respond to me. A single guy shows up at 7:40 pm and doesn’t want to bring either inside my house although I paid $125 for them to bring them in. Then proceeds to not use a dolly on a larger refrigerator just scraping it all over the cement. Cussing and arguing with us. And leaves it halfway up one step. I have a bad back and a kid. We had to fight and struggle to get this in the house. I cut my thumb wide open and am laid up in pain. My son smashed his thumb. This guy Josh damaged my steps. And I’m hoping the refrigerator still works after the way he treated it. I’m furious at the treatment. Do not use them. Especially for delivery!!

I would like to highly recommend Alansy LLC! We purchased a refurbished Kenmore fridge, washer, and dryer, along with delivery and installation, for under $1,000.They work wonderfully and have a warranty included. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable with a kind disposition, and answered any questions we had. He even took off the delivery fee as a discount! Jeff and Chris went above and beyond with delivery and installation. They were incredibly careful with moving the products, had all of the tools they needed, cleaned up after themselves, and even assisted us with putting back a heavy door we had to remove for installation. They also assisted us with cleaning the fridge lines and installed a replacement valve for the back of the fridge. Though they ran into a few snags (small doorways, big appliances), they handled these issues with ease. They even hauled away an old minifridge for us! The movers were very cordial and knowledgeable. I wasnt as fortunate as most of the buyers giving rave reviews.I happily purchased a used washer against my better judgement of deciding the sticker price of $450 at Lowes was a but much.Not a week later, it leaked causing serious damage to my downstairs ceiling. They pretended it wasnt their fault but did come back to fix it that same day. It hasnt leaked since so obviously it was improperly installed.The consequences were huge. My insurance company paid to fix the damage, kicked me out and I was out 1k in deductible costs. To date they havent paid me a penny in damages. So cheap can be very costly as was my case

Our LG (8 years old) refrigerator broke and we called this company and spoke to the owner who was very detailed and responsive. After careful consideration we decided to purchase a new fridge (Samsung) from them. The delivery was very speedy: one day wait time! In comparison to Best Buy and Home Depot of one week! The installation was perfect and they were able to remove our old fridge and bring the new one in. Keep in mind: the doorway and entrance is very narrow so they had to remove doors and hinges on order to bring everything in. The walls and floor did not have a single scratch.
