The young man named Brian was extremely helpful and kind with info and advice on choosing a washer. There is an array of washers, and dryers to pick through and your not rushed or pressured. Also, they are reasonably priced. They do maintenance calls too so check them out!

Its rare to find someone thats not after every penny you have. Mike knows his stuff and isnt after your wallet. Beyond satisfied!

Only reason I’m rating 1 star is because I bought a used washers which broke down within like 6 months of having it. I asked for advice to see if it was better to sell this one to them as is or purchase a new one and a few times I didn’t get a respond back. I then finally got a respond back, got a newer one. I paid for the delivery fee and for them to install it. I asked if there would be 2 people coming to unload and install and they said yes. When the guy came only one of them showed up. Then the guy asked me to help unload the washer which I went on to help him. He dropped the washer on my head & said it ‘slipped’ after he left I had my sister drive me to the hospital because I started having a really severe headache & blurred vision. Which I know it was my mistake because I shouldn’t have helped him since it’s their responsibility to do it since they said they’d do it on their own. Not even a month later that washer broke down again. Messaged them and was able to get another one for free since it was within the warranty, 2 months later the newer one I got broke again. When i messaged them if I could sell it to them they didn’t reply back.

Walked in and told what my budget was and he immediately pointed me to multiple options well within my budget. Very good about explaining the warranty and everything having to do with their repair and delivery service. Very helpful when losing appliances into your own vehicle. Overall very happy and highly recommend.

Ive bought washer dryer from him. For the price I honestly didnt expect much quality or longevity. Three years later theyre still work as advertised. If your not into overpriced appliances this is the place.

Stopped in for a new washer dryer set. I had a strict budget which the workers accommodated greatly and provided me with multiple options. Every one was super friendly and very helpful answering questions and being patient with me. Delivery was quick and easy ( as most of the delivery drivers are marines )and reasonably priced . 10/10 will be recommending to family and friends.

Stopped in today and got a great deal on a washer. Before I could get the money out of the atm it was loaded on the truck. Awesome service and highly recommend if you need a washer

Bought a dryer from here about 4 months ago for about $350. Unfortunately, the dryer stopped working.. it’s whatever. When you buy something used, you run a risk of it having issues. The reason this rates a 1 star review from me has nothing to do with the product, and only has to due with this company’s values, and customer service. I was told to submit pictures of the issue, which I did. I was then told that it would be cheaper to just replace it. So I asked them what they had for inventory, and if they could give me a deal on a new one. They have refused to respond to me multiple times. I’m not even asking for a handout, but simply a fair deal on another one they have in stock. This company has proven that their customer service ends at the time of sale. If you care to reach out to me, you know who I am. I would appreciate it. In the mean time, I’m just going to go buy a new one, which is what I should have done in the first place. I would recommend anyone else to do the same.

They were 3.5 hours late on deleivery and delivered terribly filthy appliances after I was told the would be cleaned. When I tried to return one of the appliances they told me I could drop off the item and they would contact me when it was resold. They then called two days later and said all sales were final and I wouldnt be reimbursed at all.

Mike was very helpful and informative with what needed repaired with our dryer. He fixed it in a timely manner and was wonderful to work with.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have very shady business practices and have no issues with telling you a straight up Lie.

I bought a washer and dryer from this place when I first got a house down here about a month ago. I’ve never had to deal with appliances and had no idea how much it would cost to get a set. These saw that and took awesome care of me. They trimmed the fat on sales talk cut straight to what I needed, what was reliable, and what’s in my prices range. A month later and my washer and dryer set still work great, and the service I received from these guys were awesome. Do NOT waste your time at those appliance stores with the fancy stuff. They have what you want and need here, and will take care of you at a great affordable price.

Great people, the owner was very nice, I over payed him and sent it back. Responds fast and the people even looked at my A/C unit for me and tried helping me figure it out and he spent 16 years in army SSgt and hes still hustlin. If possible would rate it 10 stars bc 5 is a lil too low for the services!

Do not buy from them. First of all, the washer and dryer I got from them do not work. The dryer gave me problems within the first week. They traded out the one I originally bought for a different, never gave me the original back. The repair guy who came out talked to me like I had never worked a dryer before. I know what settings to put it on. I know how to open and close the door and start it. Come on. Now the washer doesnt spin. Of course they offered a 30 day warranty but tried to let it go out before I even got help with the dryer. Youre better off spending the money on a new set or a used one from a reputable company not this place.

Bought a washer and dryer from this place about a year ago and 2 months in something on the washer needed to be repaired, so I hit them up and had to pay $60 for them to come check it out and then obvs whatever the repair costs. Well that was fine but then since then my washer and dryer together have broken down a total of 6 times. This is ridiculous. I knew when purchasing that these were used but I thought that they would work good. I spent so much money on repairs that I wish I would’ve just gone out and bought new ones. Now I hit them up to get these fixed or see if maybe I can trade them in and they won’t reply to me. Never again, I would not recommend anyone to come here. Maybe so people got lucky and didn’t have they’re stuff break down but i guess if you get bad ones like I did don’t expect any help from them.

Bought a washer and dryer a couple of months ago and asked if it came with a warranty. Employ got offended and said they were basically built brand new and parts replaced. Needless to say parts are not new nor replaced and dryer broke just over a month later. Took it apart to find heating element damaged and botched repair, quick fix at home after buying new parts but only problem we had is mostly that once we asked them about warranty they got offended stated it was basically brand new and rebuilt in shop. Apparently not, cause it had damaged parts and found out it was a botched repair or none at all.

Brian was very helpful and professional in helping me and my wife find a perfect washer ad dryer to meet our budget.. And the delivery and hook up was prompt and swift!!outstanding service!!would definitely recommend! Five star service

My husband and I bought a samsung washer and dryer set from this guy and his store about a month ago. Last week the dryer stopped heating and after watching some youtube videos i found out it was the heating element, 20 dollars and 2 days later i fixed it myself with the help of youtube. The store owner was offended when we asked for a warranty and said his appliances we basically brand new and had new parts. I uploaded a picture of the heating element. It is clearly not new and if you look at the upper left corner of the heating element you can tell it was broken and twisted together then put back into the dryer. Im not happy that this happened, but i am happy that i could fix it myself for 20 bucks. Be really wary when buying from him and ask for the waranty. We had to ask we were not offered!

Would give zero stars if I could. Dryer stopped heating just under a month. Since we were told we had a 30 day warranty we called but because we picked the washer and dryer set up we could only bring the dryer back and they would not send anyone out without charging us. We were not told this when the set was sold to us. Only stating “30 day warranty”. Stay away from this place.

Bought a washer and dryer and hadnt had it 2 weeks before the washer started throwing codes. They came and out and had to work on it then worked 4 days after that . Now I have been trying to call them to come out for the past week and a half to see what else can be done and I cant get anybody to call me back.

I needed a new (to me) clothes dryer but didnt have a lot of money to spend. Brian at Appliance Warehouse was personable yet professional. He provided me with a dryer that exactly fit my needs in my price range. My product delivery was punctual & the delivery person was expedient in installation. Ive had the dryer for about 2 months now & I couldnt be more more pleased. I will definitely be a return customer!

Brian was awesome! I was extremely picky and nervous to buy a previously owned washer/dryer but Brian worked to make sure I picked out a set that fit my needs. When he didn’t have what I wanted in store he went on a hunt online to help find me the appliance I wanted. My husband ended up getting confused on what set I had wanted in the end and he picked up the wrong dryer. This place is a joke. They brought out 2 broken dryers to a home and neither worked. After talking it over with nothing but excuses. The manager on duty (BG) is useless. Known for selling faulty appliances. The person who did the delivery and install doesnt work for the company. He was paid $30 to bring the dryers out after responding to a social media post. The warranty was written on notebook paper. No stars on this place at all.

Veteran owned local business and I will always support these kind of businesses. Everyone was nice and very helpful, the man who delivered our washer and dryer was also a veteran and he hooked them up and tested to make sure they worked properly and gave me great advice about the area. I will be going here from now on for any appliance needs.
