Had a TERRIBLE experience at the pharmacy!!!!First, no one called me to inform me of an issue with my prescription. Then, when I arrived to pick up said prescription, I was told there was an issue that couldnt be fixed (something to do with insurance, so when I asked to pay cash, all of a sudden it was a state law that couldnt be over ridden), despite having had the same provider call in prescriptions for me at other Rite Aid pharmacies (its not a controlled substance, FYI). The pharmacist even asked if my provider, a licensed nurse practitioner from Virginia who has her own practice and no supervising physician and who is also my primary care physician, knew a doctor that could call it in instead - what an insult! I called my insurance, who also called the pharmacist, and I called my physician, who also called to speak to the pharmacist, and neither of them got a clearer answer than I did.To troubleshoot, my physician called the SAME EXACT PRESCRIPTION into CVS in Jackson, and there were ZERO issues. I even called the CVS pharmacist to ask of there would be an issue, and she said she fills prescriptions all.the.time for physicians out of state and she said there was no state law indicating what the Rite Aid pharmacist had told me.CVS even sent me a text when my prescription was ready to pick-up - what service!! I had been a lifelong Rite Aid pharmacy customer, but that is no more - CVS, you did me right and Ill definitely be back!

By far my favorite pharmacy store. Almost like a family owned buisness, everybody know me by name just as I know them. They train new staff to be just as great. Everyone is very nice and very helpfull!! Thanks guys and gals for all you do!!!! --Rich B.

Always friendly and helpful. Can’t get in and out of store without staff offering to help you. Reasonable prices, clean and pleasant atmosphere. My favorite pharmacy & Drug store.

This is the worst rite aid ive ever been to.Don’t even try calling them because they don’t answer or just hang up on you.I’ve had to many problems with them to list,im looking for somewhere else to go.

I am so very thankful that I am getting my covid vaccine tomorrow at this location!

They treat people family

Dont bother with this pharmacy. They dont bother answering their phone and when they do answer, they immediately hang up. I would suggest going to Meijer Pharmacy instead.
