What an awesome store! I discovered you on my trip out west in August. I traveled from Lexington, Ky. During Covid it has been hard to find a boutique with a good stock (understandably) You exceeded my expectations! Dagi was delightful to work with and helped me in choosing items to my liking. When I mentioned I would need to ship the items and asked where the nearest UPS or FedEx was located she volunteered to ship from the store at the same cost. SOOO helpful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in this weekend looking to purchase a pair of boots for my niece. We were followed so closely by staff that I actually bumped into one gal as I was turning around. We were treated as if we were going to rob them!!! Then my 11 yr old daughter was looking at a sweater and was told to stop touching it. She was not doing anything a person shopping wouldnt do while checking out an item. My husband was standing right by her and we were treated like complete garbage by your staff. He promptly told me we were leaving the store NOW at that point. The people we were with are locals and they were very upset and embarrassed as she talked highly of your store. I have the ability to pay for the items we were looking at just as any other person but definitely not treated as such. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE NOR RECCOMEND TO ANYONE VISITING IN JACKSON!!!**If your not WHITE AND VERY OBVIOUSLY upper class then dont go in this store you WILL be profiled and treated like shit.**

Very nice staff that know their products. Lots of great clothing and accessories. Bought a nice belt and had help from staff selecting it. Almost bought a cowboy style Hawaiian shirt but it was a bit too expensive.

Sadly I went to purchase a hat on sale the next day and was told it was no longer available. I asked the two men working if I could get it from another location and they said they couldnt find it nor was it sold. I was quite surprised because I had just tried it on and even took a picture. I left them my contact information to call me back as the hat was on sale and I was very interested in purchasing the item. So where did the hat really go to ?
