Weve been renting skis for our kids for the last three seasons. Pricing is very reasonable and the staff is always patient and friendly during fitting. Shout out to the awesome guys who got my kids fitted yesterday after store hours!

My wife and I rented an E-bike and hybrid bike for the primary trail that runs from Jackson to the National parks (Yellowstone/Tetons). By far the most enjoyable part of our trip. The bikes were comfortable and reserving them was very easy.Highly recommend doing this if you come out to Jackson.

We rented our snowboard great here. They said get there a half hour early. We got there a little earlier and it was pretty crowded. I wasnt sure we would get out in time for our lesson but they are very fast. I docked a star because we had reserved helmets and when we got there, they only had a kids size and adult large. It was too big for me and one of my kids but better than nothing. Looking back though, I dont know if beginners do enough to need a helmet.

These guys are the real deal!Our first time to even try skiing and they were so knowledgeable, helpful, and really went out of their way.If you need stuff - this is the place to go!Excellent customer service and just all around nice people.

The crew helping with rentals was very friendly and didnt get frustrated when my daughter complained about multiple pairs of boots. Great reservation system online, very fast getting gear and being on the slope! Way better than other ski resort in the area.

Rented a snowboard and boots for multiple days. My first time snowboarding and these guys gave me a good board which I had a lot fun learning and riding. Their service met my expectations

Rented mountain bikes here during a recent family trip to the Tetons. Excellent service, staff knew the area and their stuff, bikes were well maintained, shop was very close to the Cache Creek TH. The staff took the time to make sure we all were comfortable on our bikes, talked us through various trail options, gave us maps, and were legit concerned about my son after a crash (he was fine). The owner later gave us a lock and talked us through bike paths in town. Cant say enough good things about this place. Rent here and you will not be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! Bikes are in great shape, staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. They set my friends up with great e-bikes and got them on their way quickly. Even my Dutch friends (who know a little something about bikes) were very impressed with the quality and service. Nice location too--easy to find and easy to get to the bike lanes on Snow King and to the pathways.Overall just a great option for renting bikes in Jackson Hole.

I’m spending the week-end with my 2 kids here at the hotel. I love the rental shop conveniently located in the lobby. Staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and attentive. The equipment is top notch. We are having a wonderful time skiing😊⛷

The shop at Snow King Mountain sports is outstanding! The staff is the most knowledgeable and friendly in town and they can tell you about where to ride or what components you need fixed on your bike. The store has lots of great options for gear and clothes. If you’re in Jackson, definitely check them out.

Great folks who were very helpful. Nice tuning shop. Good mix of things you might need and only about 50 feet from the lift.

Ted and Wendell are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection and spend the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. Their shop has a great variety of winter and summer sports gear!

The staff at Snow King Mountain Sports have provided the highest level of service for our family. This has included childrens ski rental, ski tuning, and even fabricating a jig for mounting an atypical binding! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

We have been coming to Snow King for our skiing vacations since 1993. Always a great time. The staff at the Mountain Sports center has always gone above and beyond to help ensure that we have a great time. On our most recent visit, I asked for some assistance with my daughters snow board boots. They had only been used a few times but she had been experiencing a great deal of discomfort. 2 times last season and again this past December, I had the proshop at Jackson Hole mountain resort look at what was causing this issue and after 3 different visits and another 150.00 plus spent on spacers, butterflies, new liners and heat molding, we had the same issue. 1 visit with Trey, and all was well. Hats off to the great team at Snow King Mountain sports center. They even offered us a pair of backup boots in case the changes Trey made didnt help. We never needed them. I cant say enough how much this made my daughter smile, that she was able to use her new boots, pain free. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon!!! Snow King Mountain Sports is a great place to rent bikes. That have a wide selection from mountain bikes to ebikes, road bikes and cruisers for the pathways. Service was super and they also have a great selection of t-shirts and other souvenir items. They also rent SUPs and lots of fun activities to do for the family at SK. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and a nice selection of bikes in all sizes. The guys in the shop went out of their way to get my kids set up for a fun day of biking on the pathways in Grand Teton National Park.

The worst experiences ever!!!!! I brought my brand new skis (paid 1200$) and asked them if they can put bindings on, nothing else! Came back to pick up my skis first they was waxed, second they was scratched on the top around edge and in the bottom!! I told them this is not how I left my skis and I didnt ask for anything else except to put my bindings on!!!Guy with glasses and blue shirt on first picture (said he is Manager) said he doesnt understand what I am talking about! And then my boyfriend asked him what he doesnt understand its visible that they are scratched! Than he started making excuses and told me how that doesnt change nothing how they gonna ski! Really!?!?!?!?!?!And than took 20$ from tips jar and pushed toward me! I dont care if it change or not, I didnt brought my skis like that and I paid a lot for them that somebody ruined them!!! Than he started making fun of me how I bought wrong ski boots and that I am upset because of that!!!! What my boots has anything to do with this!?!?!?! And on top of everything he call me out about my English and language barrier!!!!!! More people came in store and he didnt want everybody else to hear it, so he asked me to leave the store!I am so frustrated and humiliated, we came for vacation and we are not skiing first time, I am skiing 25yers and I am professional skier, so dont tell me about wrong boots, I have more than one, do what I asked you for!!!!And yes we paid for that! Soooooo poor customer service!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT SKIS FROM HERE. The employees are rude and disrespectful. The bindings on the skis are unsafe and the manager was not open to feedback regarding issues with the bindings. This place is awful!
