We dont have much by way of shopping in Jackson, so thank GOODNESS for this beautiful store! They carry all the *it* brands you would normally want to find (with great stock of sizes), in addition to some beautiful lines you might not know about but probably should. They always have great sale racks, as well as an amazing curated selection of jackets/shoes/boots/swimwear/etc depending on the season. Not to mention Brianna and her crew are all lovely, welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Ive loved shopping here/sending my out of town family and friends for the 5 years Ive lived in Jackson (and I came from NYC so I know my shopping!), and will continue to be a loyal customer. Never leave us, Altitude!

Altitude is my favorite store in Jackson and every time we are in town I make sure to stop in! The selection is unique and different from all other boutiques on The Square (and in the region if we’re being honest)! I am always so excited to see what treasures I can find. Also, they have an amazing Instagram and they make it so easy to shop from wherever. The staff is always helpful with sizing and styling in store and online. Plus, it’s locally owned, they care about their employees and the town of Jackson, which is a huge bonus!

Great store! Extremely helpful staff! The owner even one time pulled a dress for my daughter that was not on the floor yet because she knew my daughter would look great in it for prom. Above and beyond every time I go in. And the selection is fantastic! Great place to shop!

I stumbled upon this store while exploring Jackson Hole and Im so glad that I did! So many good brands and styles! We were immediately greeted when we walked in, which made us feel so welcomed and no pressure to buy anything that we didnt love. Definitely will stop by the next time Im back in Jackson Hole!

This is one of my all time favorite stores! There is a huge variety and you can find anything from clothes to books and all the self care products in between! There’s a wide variety of price points, and some really fantastic brands. I’m currently wearing a new free people top that I typically never would have purchased, but the staff is so great about helping you with merchandise that will fit your body type. I wish I lived closer to shop there more often!

Whenever I am in Jackson Hole I absolutely shop at Altitude. The buyer has such a wonderful eye, picking unique brands from all over the world. I highly recommend stopping in. You will most definitely find many things to fall in love with. Also, the staff is knowledgable and friendly and can help guide you if you need it.

Altitude is my favorite boutique for luxury brands. They have an excellent selection of clothing that is on trend, as well as timeless staples. The customer service is excellent!! They give you a personalized experience and pay close attention to the important details. I’ve always had a great shopping experience!!!

Awesome store! They have a great variety of styles and price ranges. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They are extremely responsive for online shopping, especially if you have questions about sizing and fit. Definitely recommend this place, whether you are in Jackson or shopping online.

I walked in and loved everything about this store.Sadly, I was not greeted by any employee, instead I was followed around as if I was about to steal something.There is honestly nothing like walking into a store where you are ready to make a purchase and have someone profile you because you don’t *look* like you can afford to buy anything.I would love to come back to this store. The owner and buyer/stager did a fabulous job with the retail choices and displays, however the experience I had is enough to keep me from coming back.

Altitude has always been my favorite go-to in town, but since the current owner came in, its gotten better and better. I really dont go anywhere else. They go to great lengths to find whats new and different, even in the way of basics. Maybe not what youd expect in Jackson, but a real treat. Their IG feed is awesome, too!

Love this store!!!! Whether I need a gift for my mother-in-law, a candle for the office, a fun decoration/ party accessory or a treat myself moment Altitude will have it! The kind and knowledgeable staff is always able to point me in the right direction of a fun unique item!

Great selection of designer apparel. Fabulous mix of new brands as well as some great staples. Great shopping experience either in-person or virtually. Love the curated eye of the ownership and the diversity of the lines that carry.

Amazing store and excellent service. I have been into Altitude every time I have visited Jackson Hole (it is usually annually) and I always walk away with something special. I look forward to it and I appreciate the compliments I get when I wear what I find there.

I am so grateful to have a locally owned store with awesome, stylish options in an inviting and inspiring atmosphere. I am especially appreciative of the Owners care during COVID and her leadership in encouraging the town to require masks while indoors and in close-quarters. I moved to Jackson Hole in the summer of 2012. It was my first time living in a small town that didnt have a traditional shopping mall and it is not easy to get online shopping orders here. If you have lived in JH you know the post office is a social scene just like the bar on a Friday night. That being said, I loved being able to find brands I loved at Altitude. I still remember the first shirt I bought there. The prices are on par with any boutique, especially with the quality of brands that they carry. I have loved seeing how Brianna has pivoted during quarantine and have loved still being able to shop this fabulous store now that I live in California. It is a great place to buy fabulous clothes, fun shoes, jewelry, makeup and even fun gifts and home accessories.

Locals and visitors alike will LOVE Altitude. Friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous selection of everything from jeans, skincare, swimwear and SHOES all in a beautifully curated and inviting space. Always a favorite✨

I visit Jackson 1-2 times a year and Altitude has always been a “must stop” place for me. I’ve invested in some statement pieces (hello, sequined cheetah sweater!) and staples (Sorel boots — on sale) here. They have a beautifully curated selection of everything from artisan jewelry to cookbooks, and I’ve really loved following them on Instagram, for the great posts and for the sales. Love this store and the people running it. Check em’ out.

Love this store! Love to visit in person when I’m in Jackson, otherwise love to shop online or via Instagram. The staff is always super knowledgeable about how things fit (when shopping online or DM) and I especially enjoy the eclectic array it merchandise. Definitely certain brands that are out of my price range but 1. It gives me something to aspire too and 2. They have plenty of things that are in my price range, so I certainly appreciate the variety!

Experienced very poor customer-owner interaction today in this store. I was appalled at the way the owner spoke to another customer. Masks or no masks, it was uncalled for. A customer was upstairs in the store and the owner, from downstairs, very sternly and loudly, reprimanded the customer for pulling her mask down below her nose. And she was the only one up there, besides her daughters. She was most definitely social distanced!I think you took your authority a little too far. You need to realize many of us are coming from other states with completely different set of standards. And even in your town, not all shop owners are being as stern as you.We come to your town to relax, rejuvenate, and spend our hard earned money in your business.EVERYONE has been through a lot with changes due to this pandemic. Kindness goes a long way. I’ve worked in the public eye my entire life, from growing up in the restaurant family restaurant business to many retail jobs over the years and then eventually owning my own retail business...I have not and will never speak to a customer the way this owner did her customer. No excuses. Ever.Coincidently, this owner has written all over her page about customers being mean to her and employees over mask wearing, you Miss were just as guilty today.A group of about 5-6 customers gathered outside the store today after this incident. The owners behavior today lost her quite a few customers. Overall feeling from other shoppers was that she displayed arrogance and rudeness and they would also never return.

Absolutely rude! Very eclectic and was going to buy a pair of shoes $300+. Walked upstairs with my daughters to look at sales. I was lightheaded and hot the three of us were the only customers up there. I pulled my mask off my nose to breath the sales clerk yelled at me from the first floor informing me if the law. The entire store looked up!!!!!! Very embarrassing! Needless to say did not buy the shoes! I own a Retail Women’s Boutique and would fire, on the spot, any employee that made a customer feel that embarrassed! Don’t bother going there, Jackson has plenty if other stores to shop with who would appreciate your business!

I love Altitude: the environment is welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful and the wide arrange of styles is the best in Jackson. There are price points to suit every budget and it seems they are always having great sales.

The customer service here is amazeballs! Is that too over the top? But they really are the nicest and the owner has insanely great taste. Shes helped me via Instagram messages to order sale items while they were still available. She also helped me select a dress for an important photoshoot...I had tried so many dresses from other stores and she showed me one in her store that was perfect! Its so fun to shop when the store staff makes it feel like your friends are giving you advice. And the inventory they carry?!?!? Its THE BEST!!!!! 🤩🥰🤩🥰🤩

Bri and the entire staff at Altitude are fun fashionistas to work with. The variety of brands and styles that Altitude offers always keeps me looking fresh and cute! I’ve even had Bri ship me options from the store, and that was also a great experience. This store is a must to shop in when visiting Jackson!

I absolutely love this store! It carries all of my favorite brands (Free People, Chaser, Mother, Wildfox, Xirena, Splendid, Johnny Was, Terez, LAFCO, I could go on and on)-The setup is so beautiful, there is just so much to discover- beautiful dresses, amazing jeans, fun t-shirts, SO many gift ideas, books, make up, jewelry, shoes, bags, candles, it really has it all.The staff is super helpful and they always recommend new styles for me which I both love and need.And guess what, they have A SALON in the back.This is the best store in town, hands down. 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this store on the town square! They carry great go to basics - Michael Stars, Free People, Parker, Spanx, etc. I also love discovering new (to me) brands at this store like Smythe and Rixo. They also have a great selection of books, candles and beauty products that make great gifts/care packages. It’s my favorite place to shop in Jackson!

Terrible customer service. I was totally ignored. Too bad because they had so many cute things but I couldnt bring myself to spend money because I was treated so poorly.
