If I could give them no stars I would!!! I won the raffle, I have the screen shot and the QR code foot locker gave me to reserve my winning raffle shoes and Q the manager said they sold my shoes to someone else! What’s the point of a raffle if the employees pick and choice who they are giving the shoes too. Definitely will not be sending my fellow sneaker heads to foot locker in Jackson thumbs down!!👎

TI have purchased 3 prs of $150 shoes there in the last 45 days. The sales person was very friendly and helpful but the manager seem not to be a ppl person. If you ask him a question he snaps at you like he is doing you a favor! I done with Foot Locker!!! Finish line and Champs here I come ☹️

Absolutely horrible. Nobody answers the phone at all. I order some shoes on the 1st and its been 7 days and Im still waiting. To make matters worse no one will answer the phone in the store. Thats crazy because everytime I go out there they are not busy.

I went here to buy some shoes that were on sale. They had the size I needed in stock but wouldnt sell it to me because it was on hold for an employee. I always thought that the customer comes first. The employee went online and tried to find me the same shoe but couldnt get it from another store so they tried to offer me another color for $10 more. I declined but later called and asked if the offer still stood for the other color in my size and they told me no because the original shoe that I wanted shouldnt have been on display and that it was their mistake for it being on the shelf. This is the poorest display of customer service I have ever seen. I will never shop here again.

Online shopping: I made a purchase within 30 mins I changed my mind called and canceled, they sent a confirmation of cancellation. The hold was on my card for 14 days .. fast forward two months later Foot Locker charged my card for the shoes and sent a email saying they had an error and sent the shoes . Held up my money on my card for 5 days . I had to call, so stressful, Just to be told they sent them and then charge me . And I never receive a notice they were getting to be shipped .Like that didn’t make any sense .In any store : they don’t wanna work, just ignore people

No customer service what so ever! this guy that works there acts like he cant speak well or want to give good service or help..... dont waste your time with this footlocker store.

I have never been able to get any help in this store. I can walk in there at anytime of day and not even be acknowledged. This store has lost many shoe sales from me.

They had a shirt priced at 9.99 and i tried to buy it and they said it was priced wrong then they called me a thief and said i switched tags. I am not very pleased with the way i was treated by there employees
