Nice store if youre in need of jeans a/o boots. Customer service was awesome, had a large variety of brands to choose from. Unfortunately I didnt make a purchase because they didnt have my size in the style I wanted. I will definitely check back in for future purchases when in the area, and would recommend to others to give them a shot as well.

Oh my gosh, this place is just what the name says it is. If you cant find your western wear here, it more than likely havent been made yet. Eager friendly staff just chomping at the bits to help you out. I mean cavenders did not have what we were looking for but hey boots & more sure did

Such a wonderful place. The gentleman who took care of me was so patient even though my heels didnt want to fit in so many other boots! He found me boots that I think will suffice for riding and are just within my price range.

First off the Customer serivce I recieved was top tier!! I feel awful I cant remember the young mans name but it was this past Saturday evening that I was in the store right before closing time. His demeanor was warm and his smile matched. I am from Atlanta so returning the boots wasnt going to happen. When we were deciding on a boot for my dad and I describe his wide feet lol the young man knew to go up a size and to get a wide fitting boot. Well they fit perfect and my daddy loves them!! Thank you so much! Next time Im in Jackson Ill be back!!

Had a great time and they had everything I was looking for

I came in yesterday with my sister to pick up her boots. She talked about the nice selection so I decided to look around. The men were nice and helpful. I decided to purchase a belt buckle for my husband’s birthday. The buckle rang up $80 however the tag said $74. The lady at the register say well yeah they are $80. I stated well it’s is marked regular price $74. She changed it no problem. I paid for it and left; however I noticed she stamped my receipt “sale no credit merchandise”. My issue is this was not a sale item, you corrected a price that you failed to update. I was not told prior or after purchasing the buckle it was a sale item. That was not only low down but awful business practice. I took pictures of boots and sent them to my husband. He was so excited and asked where I was. However I will not spend another red cent here. There is no acceptable excuse for how this situation was handled. There are too many places going out of business during the pandemic and for other reasons. People work hard for their money and will not spend money where poor service is provided. Business owners and workers assume people want to get over; no a consumer just want what’s right and provide the service you would want to receive!!!!In response to“Response from the owner 57 minutes agoGood afternoon, thank you for your great review on our customer service. We talked with the sale associates that we’re there that day. Very very disappointed in the no return policy which I was not told before the sale and didnt find out until I tried to return a pair and they poited out on the recite ao that means if they donor tell you soon As you buy something you stuck with it i have talked to several people that has shopped there and said the same thing and also thats the price tags changes buy the time they got to the check out counter and only thing you can do is a xchange which they will keep the difference if there is any.very disappoint and my 74 year old dad which the boots which the boots were for Christmas very disappointed also very very bad biz

I took my kids shopping for some boots, hats, and clothes.. We were greeted by a friendly salesperson when we entered the store. He directed us to the kids section where Micah (sp?) was very helpful in getting all three kids taken care of. We found everything we came for and added some ropes. The service is great, and we plan to shop there again in the future.

Jess has always took good care of me and my family when purchasing boots or clothing from their High St store or at Florence. They have the best selection Ive seen of any boot store within 1000 miles. If you have a receipt and theres a problem theyll stand behind their products and warranty them to the best of their ability. Go talk with them before posting negative comments. I trust theyll do everything they can to resolve an issue.

Best sales staff Ive ever encountered. Went in to only get a hat worked on and ended up buying 2 pairs of jeans solely because I was appreciative of the service and friendly atmosphere. I hope they thrive here in Jackson for years to come.

I have spent three days working with Boots & More to get a pair of particular pair of Ariats they had at the High Street store. They didnt have them in my size there but I was assured by two people that they had the pair I wanted in my size at the Richland store and would have them sent to the High Street store for me. I got a call this afternoon saying they actually didnt have the boot I had been waiting on and couldnt get it because it has been discontinued. After dealing with a total of 4 different people in 3 days Im going to be doing business with Cavenders from here on out.

I am 73 years old, in my life, I have never been to a store, of any kind, that has been more helpful, that tried harder to get you what you need, or went so much out of their way to help you. Their sales people are unreal when it comes to trying to help you, you just have to go there to see what I mean. You will go back, I guarantee it.

My brother and I went to Boots and More in Florence, Mississippi so he could purchase a new set of boots. Mike, the owner of the store fitted my brother to a pair of boots and said they would fit fine. He told my brother to wear the boots around the house and they would break in.The next day I went with my brother to return the boots because he realized they were not fitting correctly. Mike looked at the boots and said they were not the right size because they were too wide. Mike also said he could not determine if a boot was too wide.In the end Mike said he would not take the boots back because they were worn boots. (The soles of the boots are still fine and the ridges are still sharp.) I would not send my hard earned money at this store since they do not stand behind the products they sell nor the service they provide.

I have been in there before, I will not be back. Michael Knight is a rude man and he will not stand behind his products or service. He fitted my brother with the wrong size boots and refused to make it right. The soles started coming off of my boots within three days. They gave me a business card for man that repairs boots and said he might give me a discount. This is the wrong way to treat customers.

Great family owned business and they know their business. They will get the right boot on your foot for sure!

The owner talked to his employee Andrew like a dog right in front of us and them explained to us how weve been wearing the wrong boot size all our lives. Funny, but I think I know what feels right on my foot. Thanks for your help Andrew.

Very rude male employee at High St. store in Jackson, MS. As my son was leaving the store he tried to go out the door which was locked and the employee smarted off to him..wrong door smart one My son replied back Captain Obvious if there was a sign on the door people would know to use the other door. The male employee had my son to step to the side and he called the police and stated that he was causing disruption in the store and distracting customers. When the police officer asked my son what had happened he was told by the officer to have a nice day and let him leave. Apparently the officer thought it was unnecessary to be called by the look on his face. I have spent money with this company, but you can rest assure I will NEVER purchase another item. I feel that my son should have been apologized to by this unruly employee. I would like to say that we first went to the store on Hwy 49 and the employees there were polite and helpful.
