I love my people ask Universal Beauty they are very sweet and helpful they have fun and enjoy their selves but always do their job. Its like a family away from home. And I absolutely love your lipsticks they have an entire section of makeup now

Totally Unfriendly place!!! Will NOT return! It still amazes me how other nationalities (not all) with these types of businesses REALLY LOVE OUR MONEY, but doesnt care for us at all...not even enough to be friendly..and return! This particular store seem to be the only beauty supply store in the neighborhood ...with such variety for the African American woman. I had planned to spend at least 50.00....but I only gave them 9.83.....they wont miss the rest, Im sure. Too bad.

Hair selection is kinda cramped in there. Theres more furniture and clothes than hair and hair care products.

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional in dealing with customers.. I would never recommend this place, especially since there are quite a number of other reputable beauty supply shops in Jackson.
