The best place ever for hair styling! Tasteful surroundings that make one feel elegant and skillful stylists who know hair!

Terrible. I would rate it zero but that isnt an option. I tried to make an appointment online, it said it had worked and confirmed my appointment. On the day of the appointment I tried to find there new location but I could not. I called them for directions and the woman who answered the phone said that she doesnt work on Saturdays and hung up the phone. I made an appointment for a later date and when I showed up at my confirmed time nobody was there. I gave up and went to the much more accommodating, friendly and professional Sanctuary Day Spa and Salon (located near pearl street bagels, an easy five star). Learn from my mistakes and DO NOT go to Shear Dimensions!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I had my hair cut there once and it was okay. When I went back the next time, I helplessly sat in the chair while the employees argued over using each others hairspray and other beauty products. Like an idiot, I went back the third time, and after waiting around in town for 30 mins for my appointment, I was asked by the stylist (Karen) to come back in an hour because she was eating lunch. Then I just reluctantly went back the 4th time because I was absolutely desperate and they left me in the lobby for 10 mins while they tried to find the lady who was supposed to be cutting my hair (again, the stylist was Karen, but that horrible owner lady at the front could NOT be worse! Judgmental, mean as hell, etc.).If you want to deal with unreasonably rude, caddy women who will treat you like crap, get your hair cut here! Otherwise, I would suggest finding another place to go.
