Great place to get your car painted. Ralph will throw in little extras to earn your business and I am all for that! Not only did I get my bumper painted for a reasonable price but they also clipped my bumper back in place and took care of some road paint splatter on my car. I was beyond satisfied with the work that was done!
This business has went above and beyond on my paint job so Im lining up another paint job on another car cant wait excellent service for sure
They did a great job on my 99 Benz. Fair price, nice body work. Impressed
Jess, Ralf, and Ralf did an amazing job on mine and my husbands vehicles. They were very professional, timely, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you guys for am amazing job. Would definielty recommend Jackson Maaco.
This place is absolutely amazing! Ralf and team do great work. From the time I called to set up a consultation to the time I drove my vehicle home. The price is very reasonable and fair and he and the crew went the extra mile. If you are looking to get quality work and not give an arm or leg this is the place to go. Big thanks to everyone there for doing the best job I could have hoped for.
Ralph and his crew had the lowest quote in town, to top it off had the car completed ahead of schedule and was helpful with another part. For sure youre in good hands. Respect 1
Iβd recommend Maaco to anyone. Ralph is who I delt with heβs AWESOME. Iβve took my car here multiple times for paint jobs and each time my experience was phenomenal thank you Ralph.
I know a lot of people say that a Maaco paint job is cheap and doesnt look good. You have to remember that each one is independently owned an operated. That being said, Ralph and his team at this location did a FANTASTIC job on my car. Is the job perfect? No. I didnt pay for perfect, I paid for good, and the work exceeded my expectations. What I really appreciated was the honesty of Ralph from the beginning to the end of the process. He let me know exactly what I was going to get based on the level of paint job I picked. Thanks to Ralph and the team at Jackson Maaco! My car looks fantastic. Ill post some pictures as soon as I can.
Ralph and team did a really good paint job with my white Toyota Corolla. The car looks brand new after the paint job. The quality of their work is really good and Iβm impressed with their efficiency. Iβm from East Lansing but still I went to Maaco Jackson for the paint job because of the good reviews for Maaco Jackson.
Had My 85 Trans Am repainted by them. Overall, really good for the price. I got some minor body work done and base + clear coat done and am very happy with it. The only thing they missed was the sides of my hood, and a couple chips in the paint on the front headlight. Jesse the manager said he would take care of it, If I bring it in. Its been a year since it was painted and so far no problems. I would use them again.
My bumper was cracked, had a huge dent, and paint was chipped. The Jackson Maaco staff gave me an amazing price for repair, made my bumper look brand new, and repaired it faster than expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repair!
To expensive
I am very happy with the job that the guys did on my Jeep. The color is perfect and it looks so good. And the way they did the emblems on my Jeep.... its very cool. Thank you so much Jess and Ralph. I love my Jeep.Nancy N.
Great people π
Loved the way my car looked, it was totaled but now it is good as new!
By far the best body shop in the area. Jess and the gang are straight-shooting, friendly guys whove pulled off simple jobs when I needed them, along with high-end precision jobs on specialty vehicles! The price is always fair ...but most importantly these guys REALLY know paint and body.
Jessie the owner was truely amazing and honest with me about car paint colors. Jessie spent a few days trying to help me find the right color for my car, then Jessie found the most amazing color I ever seen on a car:) besides all the stuff he did for me, he gave me a 3,000 looking paint job for a little over 800.00. Raphe was very helpful too. If you like a great paint job for affordable price, this is the place
Great work at a great price
Bait and switch. The prices on the wall are not what you pay. They quickly add to the price. They dont include the roof, they charge more for minivans. Why are there prices on the wall?
WOW! What can I say? Im so impressed by their level of courteousness, professionalism and their pull no punches attitude. They had extensive knowledge and were very clear and concise when they explained the services to be performed. My 2008 Altima suffered a rear end collision and was vandalized in the worst way...my poor baby! She made a full recovery thanks to the hard work and dedication put in to her by the repairmen, painters and ALL staff involved in restoring her. When I saw my car for the 1st time after having been serviced and painted...I could not believe my eyes!! It was as if she had never been battered or bruised and looked brand spanking new!I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for these services.THANKS GUYS...YOU ROCK!!
Jackson Maaco Pros: Fantastic body work.Jackson Maaco Cons: Well below average paint work.Poor communication.Poor work ethicPoor standardsOnly partial disclosure as well as honestyUnfortunately for me and my wallet, I did not have the great experience here that a lot of these reviews are touting. I just had my entire 2006 civic painted with some moderate body work done. The body work turned out great - phenomenal even. Couldnt tell where the work had even been done. Very impressive - I applaud them for that.Everything else however is a completely different story. But ill start with the communication problem. I took my car in on a Friday and talked to Ralph. He was nice and seemed to care about the work that was to be done on my car. I asked Ralph for an approx. of when I can expect it to be done and he said by the end of the week - Fri or Sat at the latest. Saturday rolls around and I receive no calls. I call 2 minutes before they close and he says, Itll be done Tues or Wed next week. I have no problem with how long the job took. I do have a problem with the lack of communication between Maaco and the customer. Theyre a company dealing with peoples means to their jobs. You cant justifying keep someones car without updating them on the fact that they will be without their car for 2 days longer than originally quoted. This is not taking care of the customer. Now the paint work issue. I paid for the 3rd most expensive job. $1300. The amount of dirt painted into my car is INSANE. I counted 100+ painted in dirt granules just on the front end of my car between the hood and fenders. Thats right, 100+. They were everywhere - on the doors, the roof, the trunk lid. Every single panel of my car had an excessive and extreme amount of dirt painted in. Theres one so big on the top that you can literally scratch your finger on it. Its nearly the size of a small pebble. They also completely overlooked a deep scratch on the door that they just painted right over. You can refer to the photos. When I had my first initial meeting with Ralph he was transparent about there being imperfections in the finished product and I appreciated that. He mentioned some lint here and there. But his write-up quote mentioned nothing about dirt specs. Even if there were some throughout thatd be okay - I get it, its not going to be perfect. But he was not honest about the extreme amount there would be. Had he done so then I wouldnt have gotten my car painted there and he knows that. I paid $1300 and it looks like a $600 job.So I went to Ralph yesterday asking him if this was normal. He said it was completely normal and that thats what I paid for. He also mentioned that he warned me about the paint specs. This is not true. Lint, swirls, waves, and orange peel - yes, I was cautioned about those. DIRT - Absolutely not. Once I learned he was defending his employees work I became more challenging in my tone. I asked him of his work conditions. He thought I was either stupid or joking when I asked him if Maaco paints their cars outside. I was 100% sincere because it honestly and sincerely looks like my car was painted outside. In the past Ive painted my own hood, deck lid, and a fender outside and had ZERO dirt specs. He responded that they use a paint booth. Well if thats true that paint booth is VERY dirty or their paint gun is shooting clumps of paint out.Regardless, it doesnt matter the reason because it is clear this is Maacos standard. I asked if they could rectify this job in some way and Ralph said no. No offer of partial refund and would not fix these issues in anyway. They did offer to buff down the scratch but I declined because it pales in comparison to everything else.If you dont mind your car looking like it was painted while someone swept the booth then Maaco is for you. Go elsewhere.
Jesse....took care of my cars..... fair price....my to go guy....ed
They did amazing work on my 2000 subaru!! A few blemishes but they told me there will be some imperfections. 100% honest, great price, and willing to work with your budget. I recommend maaco of jackson. And also, I drove over an hour to use them and it was worth the trip.
